Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menurunkan total downtime pada mesin Extruder melalui penerapan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kegagalan, dampak kegagalan, dan menetapkan komponen kritis. Melalui Logic Tree Analysis (LTA), dilakukan pengkategorian mode kerusakan dan pemilihan tindakan atau task selection yang sesuai. Kemudian, dilakukannya perhitung Total Minimum Downtime (TMD) untuk menentukan interval perawatan optimal bagi komponen kritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan data riwayat perawatan selama 6 bulan di PT. X, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi pakan kucing. Analisa FMEA mengidentifikasi 3 komponen dengan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi adalah 150 pada komponen Dinamo, 280 pada komponen Steam, dan 210 pada komponen Mata Pisau. Melalui analisa RCM, komponen Dinamo termasuk dalam kategori B (Outage Problem) dengan rekomendasi tindakan yang diambil adalah Condition Directed (CD) dengan interval 12 hari. Komponen Steam termasuk dalam kategori C (Economic Problem) dengan rekomendasi tindakan yang diambil adalah Time Directed (TD) dengan interval 3 hari. komponen Mata Pisau termasuk dalam kategori C (Economic Problem) dengan rekomendasi tindakan yang diambil adalah Time Directed (TD) dengan interval 4 hari. Kata kunci: Penjadwalan Perawatan, RCM, FMEA, dan TMD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang memproduksi bahan tambah makanan. Berdasarkan pengamatan serta wawancara dengan operator permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tingginya downtime pada mesin packing sehingga menyebabkan terhambatnya proses produksi sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran efektivitas pada mesin packing sehingga dapat menganalisis serta memberikan saran perbaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dengan menghitung nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Six Big Losses dari mesin, lalu mencari penyebab kerusakan yang paling kritis dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analiysis FMEA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rata-rata nilai OEE masih berada jauh dibawah standar World Class OEE yaitu sebesar 64,50%. Hasil perhitungan six big losses terdapat losses terbesar yaitu downtime losses dengan presentase sebesar 50,39%. Dari perhitungan FMEA didapatkan RPN tertinggi sebesar 128 dengan penyebab kegagalan pisau cutting tumpul. Penyebab besarya losses terdiri dari faktor manusia, mesin, metode, material, measurement dan lingkungan. Faktor mesin dan manusia merupakan faktor yang paling dominan. Abstract

Providing interventions for children with autism requires various methods and learning media. Visual Support has long been implemented to help train communication skills in children with autism. Recently, many applications have developed as assistive technology to help children with autism in the learning environment. This study aims to elaborate on the visual design integrated into application-based assistive technology for children with autism. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review. Based on the data tracing results, several references have been collected that specifically discuss the design of visual Support. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that visual Support is important to be integrated into digital applications to help children with ASD to carry out daily activities in various environmental settings. The development of visual support design must refer to the prerequisite rules to support the suitability of their characteristics and needs.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran bagi masyarakat, sebagai bagian dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat, menekankan pada upaya kemandirian dalam mengembangkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) produk kripik tempe kedelai di Mojokerto, agar kreatif, inovatif dan produktif untuk menciptakan diferensiasi dan kemampuan mengembangkan usahanya. Tujuan pengabdian ini, memantik pelaku usaha dengan memberikan input pengembangan bisnis. Metode pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan teknik Forum Group Discussion (FGD), melalui diskusi secara berkelompok dan terfokus pada permasalahan yang dihadapi. Hasil FGD menunjukkan peta masalah berupa jejaring dan kolaborasi bisnis, model bisnis, laporan keuangan dan branding produk. Keempatnya, memberikan peluang pengembangan usaha melalui penciptaan ekosistem usaha yang kondusif melalui pelibatan stakeholder, model bisnis yang diterapkan, laporan keuangan melalui teknik penyajian laporannya, dan branding produk melalui penciptaan atribut dan kemasan produk. Pemberdayaan masyarakat UMKM produk kripik kedelai di Mojokerto merupakan sinergi antara dunia usaha, akademisi dan pengambil kebijakan daerah setempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to broaden students' knowledge about marketing, especially digital marketing. Entrepreneurship as one of the materials in the SMK curriculum has been successfully implemented as an alternative in producing graduates who have had an average career as employees, become entrepreneurs who are able to make a product or service and sell it to the market. However, in practice students only learn how to make and sell, not to market and develop their business. Meanwhile, the world is currently entering the era of e-commerce where the majority of products are marketed via the internet. This service activity is carried out to increase students' insight and skills in order to develop and expand the market for selling their products so that it will increase business turnover. The training is carried out using a workshop method, where students practice marketing their products through Instagram and Facebook. After that, an evaluation of the increase in customer engagement is carried out. From the results of the evaluation, it was found that engagement increased by 20% after being paid to promote students' business social media.

Abstract

Kompleksnya masalah-masalah yang dihadapi bagi penyandang cerebral palcy, maka diperlukan layanan kompensatoris. Layanan kompensatoris yang dimaksud adalah pemenuhan alat bantu asistif bagi cerebral palcy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebutuhan alat bantu asisitif bagi penyandang cerebral palsy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian didaptkan melalui proses wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan FGD. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan Guru dan orang tua dengan anak cerebral palcy. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perhatian, kasih sayang yang didapatkan olaeh anak cerebral palcy dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri. Orang tua dan lingkungan terdekat menjadi sangat central dalam upaya tersebut. Peran orang tua dan lingkungan terdekat juga sangat diperlukan dalam upya rehabilitasi motorik yang baik. Anak dengan cerebral palcy memilki keterbatasan terutama pada aktifitas keseharian seperti makan, minum, memegang benda, gosok gigi dan lain-lain. Artinya keterbatasan tersebut terdapat pada aktifitas penggunakan tangan. Pemenuhan alat bantu asistif guna pemenuhan rehabilitasi motorik menjadi sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

This research analyzes the quality of Enterprise Resource Planning services at the PT CMPI ice cream factory using the Servqual and Six Sigma methodology. The main objective of this research is to identify the level of satisfaction and causes of user dissatisfaction with the Enterprise Resource Planning service, and determine efforts to improve service quality that require improvement. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents who had used Oracle's Enterprise Resource Planning services more than once in the company and testing them in validity and reliability tests. Servqual and Six Sigma methods are applied for problem analysis and solving problems. The results of the Servqual analysis, the average value of gap 5 is -0.591, meaning that users at PT CMPI are not satisfied with the services provided by the Oracle ERP provider vendor. Use of DPMO (Defect Per Million Opportunity) average value of 137,874 and sigma value of 2.74 to identify problems that will be analyzed using Pareto Diagrams and Fishbone Diagrams to uncover the root of the problem.

Abstract

Sepak bola amputasi merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang memberikan kesempatan kepada penyandang disabilitas amputasi untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan olahraga secara aktif. Surabaya, terdapat  Perkumpulan Sepak Bola Amputasi Surabaya (PERSAS). Namun masih memiliki kendala yang di alami terutama terkait dengan kemandirian komunitas. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan menjawab masalah pendanaan, pemasaran dan branding dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pelatihan dilakukan terhadap 25 peserta baik pemain maupun managemen. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi pelatihan yang dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya nilai rata-rata hasil pre-test dan post-test. Di mana nilai pre-test adalah 66,4 dan pada saat post-test adalah 73,4.

Abstract

The rapid development of vehicle technology increases the demand for efficient and manufactured hybrid motorcycle designs. This study designed a scooter-type hybrid motorcycle body with DFMA method for production and assembly efficiency. The study begins with the identification of consumer needs through questionnaires, then converted into measurable specifications using QFD. This specification became the main foundation in the development of the body structure. The results showed that DFMA design provides advantages over those of custom body manufacturers. Although the duration of manufacturing in both methods is the same at five days, differences appear at the assembly stage. DFMA-designed bodies are assembled in 50 minutes, while custom products take 1 hour. Although the time difference is not drastic, the results prove that the implementation of DFMA successfully simplifies the component structure and speeds up the assembly workflow. Thus, the study concludes that the DFMA approach is a relevant strategy for designing hybrid vehicle components to reduce operational costs and increase productivity in automotive manufacturing assembly in the future.

Abstract

The manual loading of finished goods in the cooking oil industry has the potential to cause unergonomic work postures and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the work posture of loading workers at CV. OASE using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method, identify body complaints through the Nordic Body Map (NBM), and provide suggestions for ergonomic work improvements. Data were collected through observation, interviews, posture documentation, NBM questionnaires for 12 workers, and posture angle measurements using the Angle Meter 360 application for 4 workers. The results showed that all workers obtained a final RULA score of 7, including high risk and requiring immediate improvement. The NBM results showed dominant complaints in the waist with a score of 44 and the lower neck with a score of 42, including very high risk. The contributing factors were a bent posture of more than 60°, a carton load of more than 10 kg, and repeated lifting. Suggested improvements include the use of an adjustable conveyor belt so that the carton position is parallel to the worker's waist. The RULA simulation showed a score decrease from 7 to 6, so the risk changed from high to medium. These improvements are expected to reduce MSD complaints and increase the comfort and productivity of loading workers.
