Abstract

Celecoxib merupakan obat antiinflamasi yang termasuk golongan Biopharmaceutical Classification System kelas II, untuk meningkatkan kelarutannya dibuat menjadi sistem dispersi padat dengan polimer PEG 4000 sehingga bisa meningkatkan kelarutan dari celecoxib. Dispersi padat dibuat dengan metode Co-Grinding dalam beberapa perbandingan antara celecoxib dan polietilen glikol 4000 yaitu 6:4, 7:3, dan 8:2 serta campuran fisik 5:5. Serbuk celecoxib murni, campuran fisik, dan dispersi padat dikarakterisasi sifat fisikokimia meliputi analisis SEM, analisis FT-IR, analisis XRD, analisis DSC, dan uji disolusi. Pada uji disolusi diperoleh % terdisolusi pada menit ke-60 celecoxib murni 55,57% ± 0,690, campuran fisik 61,20% ± 1,464, formula 1 68,38% ± 0,744, formula 2 64,24% ± 0,181, dan formula 3 61,07% ± 1,463 tingginya disolusi pada formula dapat membuktikan bahwa kelarutannya meningkat lebih baik dibandingkan celecoxib murni.

Abstract

Analysis of the synthetic sweetener sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate in tea packaging has been done. The content of synthetic sweeteners are identified by color reactions and test microcrystals. The results obtained were compared with the reference standard material. Of the four samples tested, obtained three samples containing sodium cyclamate, while the other samples did not contain sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin. Levels are determined by sodium cyclamate spektrofoto, ether UV-Vis. Levels of sodium cyclamate were obtained not exceed the maximum limit allowed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is 0.3% for soft drinks.

Abstract

The research about characterization inclusion complex of ketoconazole-β-cyclodextrin with co-grinding method, with variations 1:1, 1:2,5 and 1:3 has been done. The formed inclusion complexes characterized by x-ray diffraction, IR spectrofotometer, scanning electron microscope and dissolution test. Dissolution test done based on Indonesian Pharmacopeia V Edition using apparatus type 2. The result of research showed that x-ray diphractogram was decreased the peak intensity and change crystalline form to amorphous form, while from IR spectrofotometer was a bit stretch compare with pure ketoconazole which indicate the formation of complex. Based on the results, concluded that the form of inclusion complex can increased dissolution rate from ketoconazole.
