Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price perception, product quality and promotion on the level of customer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers who purchased products at CV Kawista Rembang Bird God. Sampling is done by Purposive sampling technique, namely deliberate sampling in accordance with the required sample requirements, the number of samples taken is 100 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of statement items, Cronbach alpha to test instrument reliability, and regression analysis to test the effect of the independent variables tested on the level of customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price perception, and promotion have a positive and significant e,ffect on the level of customer satisfaction on CV Kawista Burung Dewa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the influence of lifestyle, brand image, and celebrity endorser on Zoya hijab purchasing decisions. The research uses survey methods with questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population of this study is all people in the city of Semarang. The research sampling technique was purposive sampling with the criteria of consumers who had bought and used Zoya's hijab. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, brand image has a negative and not significant effect on purchasing decisions and celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence the product design, product completeness, and price on the purchasing decision of EIGER products in Semarang. And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors affecting purchasing decisions on EIGER products in Semarang. The population used in this study is consumers who buy EIGER products in Semarang. The sample in this study were 100 respondents and the technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach (sampling based on certain considerations). The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, namely multiple regression analysis. Based on the t test, it can be seen that the complete product and price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while the product design variables have a positive and not significant effect on the purchasing decisions of EIGER products in Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Warung Susu Segar (STMJ) Karangdoro Semarang. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with the number of data processed as many as 100 respondents. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Partially the results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously product quality, price and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and price perception on the purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles (a case study on motorcycle consumers in CM JAYA Rembang). This study uses purposive sampling research using a questionnaire to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are used with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (a) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Honda motorcycles in Rembang City. (b) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Honda motorcycles in Rembang City. (c) Price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Honda motorcycles in Rembang City.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti faktor ekonomi yang mempengaruhi pekerja untukmelalukan migrasi sirkuler dari desa ke kota. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metodewawancara, dengan metode sampling yang dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukanpendekatan kelompok (analisis diskriptif), yaitu datang pada daerah asal subyek penelitian, bertemu denganperwakilan responden (pendekatan dengan tokoh masyarakat desa Turunrejo). Hasil pendekatan ataupenelusuran ini digunakan untuk menjelaskan secara diskriptif mengapa mereka meninggalkan desa asal danmelakukan migrasi sirkuler atau nglajuDari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor yang menjadi pendorongpara penglaju di desa Turunrejo adalah motivasi ekonomi, karena tidak tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan didesa Turunrejo dan para penglaju ingin bekerja di kota dengan alasan pendapatan lebih tinggi, lebih modern,serta jarak tempuh Turunrejo ke Semarang yang relatif dekat. Faktor penarik terjadinya kegiatan nglaju adalahketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan di kota Semarang, sarana di kota Semarang lebih modern.

Abstract

Abstrak:       Kegiatan  pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberi pemahaman tentang arti penting laporan keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM pengrajin bambu di Jawa Tengah serta  memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan  agar mereka mampu menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, yaitu SAK EMKM dan mengimplementasikan dalam usaha mereka. Berdasarkan komunikasi awal dengan mitra, diperoleh informasi masalah yang dihadapi yaitu belum memahami arti penting dan manfaat laporan keuangan, belum menyusun laporan keuangan dengan benar, dan belum mampu menghitung laba rugi dan tidak mengetahui apakah proses produksi sudah dilakukan dengan efisien, sehingga tidak mengetahui perkembangan usaha mereka. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasar SAK EMKM. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan: ceramah untuk menyampaikan konsep materi, praktik menyelesaikan satu siklus akuntansi dalam bentuk kasus, dan melakukan pendampingan di lapangan. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi  menunjukkan bahwa para peserta mampu menyerap lebih dari 70% materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Para peserta juga merasa puas dan memandang bahwa pelatihan SAK EMKM ini penting dan bermanfaat. Abstract:  This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of financial reports for bamboo craftsmen MSMEs in Central Java and provide training and assistance so that they are able to prepare financial reports based on applicable accounting standards, namely SAK EMKM and implement them in their business. Based on initial communication with partners, information on the problems faced were obtained, namely not understanding the importance and benefits of financial statements, not preparing financial reports correctly, and not being able to calculate profit and loss and not knowing whether the production process was carried out efficiently, so that they did not know business developments they. The solution offered was to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM. The implementation method used: lectures to convey material concepts, practice completing one accounting cycle in the form of cases, and providing assistance in the field. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that the participants were able to absorb more than 70% of the training material provided. The participants were also satisfied and saw that the SAK EMKM training was important and useful.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide assistance to provide motivation and understanding of further studies at tertiary institutions at the Baiturrahman Islamic Center Vocational School, Semarang. This was done in order to support students' design creativity. In the initial discussions that were conducted, it was seen that knowledge regarding further studies in tertiary institutions was still lacking. Activities carried out in the form of interactive presentations and questions and answers with students regarding their desire to continue their education to the tertiary level. This activity is expected to provide education about the importance of determining the right strategy in choosing majors and tertiary institutions so that students can choose the right majors according to their wishes to continue their education to the tertiary level as a means of achieving their goals in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived risk dan technology orientation terhadap kepercayaan nasabah dan dampaknya pada loyalitas nasabah BRI Unit Boja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner google form kepada 99 nasabah BRI Unit Boja yang diambil menggunakan rumus dari slovin. Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan pengujian persyaratan instrumen, persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat signifikansi variabel perceived risk sebesar 0.007 > ? = 0.05 (level of significant), technology orientation sebesar 0.004 < ? = 0.05 (level of significant) dan kepercayaan nasabah sebesar 0.000 < ? = 0.05 (level of significant) dan nilai perceived risk (?3) bertanda positif sebesar 0,200, technology orientation (?4) bertanda positif sebesar 0,433, dan kepercayaan nasabah (?5) bertanda positif sebesar 0,692. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel perceived risk, technology orientation dan kepercayaan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived risk, technology orientation dan kepercayaan nasabah memiliki peranan penting terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product attributes, perceived value and consumer experience on consumer satisfaction at Unisbank Semarang students who are users of wardah products. This study is a descriptive study because it  aims to determine the effect of three independent variables (product attributes, perceived value and consumer experience) on one dependent variable (consumer satisfaction). The population in this study were all Unisbank Semarang students who used Wardah products. Due to the large number of female students, the author only took 100 people in sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by factor analysis method with KMO test and factor loading, instrument reliability test and regression analysis with determinant test, F and T statistical test. The results of this study indicate that product attributes, perceived value and consumer experience have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
