GPSDI merupakan singkatan dari Gereja Pantekosta Serikat di Indonesia. GPSDI Sukorejo merupakan salah satu gereja yang ada di Jawa Tengah dan letaknya berada di desa. Gereja tersebut merupakan gereja yang masih berkembang, sehingga masih memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk memajukan gereja tersebut. Gereja tersebut memiliki jumlah jemaat yang terdiri atas sepuluh kepala keluarga. Terdapat kendala yang dimiliki oleh gereja tersebut dimana minat remaja dalam pelayanan musik masih kurang. Kurangnya minat tersebut karena tidak adanya kemampuan dalam bermain musik yang dimiliki remaja di gereja tersebut. Metode Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada dasarnya dilakukan melalui program pelatihan musik yang diperuntukan bagi remaja di GPSDI Sukorejo, Kecamatan Tegowanu, Kabupaten Grobogan, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama enam bulan dengan empat kali jumlah pertemuan dengan menyesuaikan situasi pandemi covid 19 yang sedang terjadi. Pelatihan musik yang dilakukan melibatkan remaja yang ada di GPSDI Sukorejo untuk dilatih bermain alat musik dan bernyanyi. Tim pengabdian terjun langsung dan berinteraksi dengan mitra dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang diadakan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan minat remaja dan membekali keterampilan dalam bermain musik.

Sekolah Alkitab Cianjur merupakan salah satu tempat pendidikan non formal untuk agama Kristen. Peserta didik di sekolah ini terdiri dari siswa dan siswi yang sudah melalui pendidikan formal setara dengan pendidikan menengah atas. Sekolah Alkitab ini memiliki murid yang berasal dari berbagai pulau di Indonesia dan memiliki usia yang beragam dari 18 tahun sampai 65 tahun. Sebagian besar siswa berasal dari daerah luar Jawa dan kesulitan berbahasa Indonesia. Mereka sudah terbiasa menggunakan bahasa daerah masing-masing. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat efektivitas kegiatan bernyanyi sebagai media dalam mengasah keterampilan bahasa Indonesia. Keterampilan bahasa Indonesia dalam pembelajaran meliputi diksi, intonasi, dan artikulasi siswa siswa di Sekolah Alkitab. Kemampuan bahasa sangat penting bagi para siswa untuk membekali mereka ketika menyampaikan Firman Tuhan. Penelitian ini diadakan di Sekolah Alkitab Cianjur, jalan Pasir Gede Raya No. 17, Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Siswa-siswi kelas 1 Sekolah Alkitab Cianjur angkatan 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan bernyanyi terbukti efektif untuk mengasah keterampilan bahasa dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa indonesia. Selain itu, bernyanyi dapat melatih intonasi, artikulasi, pernafasan, dan frasering yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa para siswa.

The learning process in Indonesia has been disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Class VIII vocal learning at SMPN 281 Jakarta, which initially had to meet face-to-face, required teachers and students to continue learning at home by doing online. Of course, after carrying out online learning, you need to re-adjust to face-to-face learning. Online learning is also a bit difficult to do if the material being studied is in the form of a practicum. Like one of them is vocal learning. In this learning, it is certain that the things that are taught are in the form of practice or are carried out directly. The purpose of this study is to find out how the vocal learning process in the school is through face-to-face after conducting an online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach to generate data in the form of descriptive text. The author also uses three research instrument techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study it is known that; Vocal learning for class VIII at SMPN 281 Jakarta was found in the same learning steps as the steps in the Project Based Learning learning model. This can be proven by the existence of work project planning, preparation of activity schedules, project monitoring, as well as assessment and evaluation of student work project results. In addition, it was also found that vocal techniques were still used in vocal learning which were taught and trained in the class

The purpose of this study was to determine the training process for brass instruments in marching bands at the Daar El-Qolam Islamic Boarding School, Banten. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were direct observation, interviews with sources and experts, as well as written sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the training of brass instruments in marching bands at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Daar El-Qolam Banten has a routine training schedule of three times a week. There are 4 types of brass instruments used, namely trumpet, mellophone, baritone and tuba. The determination of the material provided is adjusted for new brass members and old brass members. The training methods used by the trainers are the lecture method, the demonstration method, the drill method and the imitation method. Marching band activities have very good benefits, including being able to increase the confidence of the members, that with this activity they are able to appear in front of many people, this confidence will be very beneficial for their future life in facing various challenges and obstacles in their life. A marching band member will also have loyalty, good leadership, achievement and also have good teamwork.

Abstract: The purpose for this research is for knowing the learning of music with piano media for deaf students at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur. When the research was carried out from November to December 2020 offline. The object of this study is learning the art of music with piano media at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through observation, interviews with sources and experts, as well as written sources. In addition, the data analysis technique used in this study was by making notes on field results that had been carried out, making interview transcripts. Doing triangulation by re-examining the results of data analysis from data collection in the form of observations, interviews. The results of this study are that through learning the art of music with piano media, deaf students at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur succeeded in playing a song "Ambikan Bulan Bu" using the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) and the Demonstration Method. The purpose of this study was to find out the learning process of musical arts used in teaching 9th grader students at Candle Tree Junior High School for the 2022/2023 academic year. Time and place of research starting from November 2022 to January 2023 at Candle Tree Junior High School. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection uses observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation techniques. Data analysis was conducted by making field notes, making interview transcripts, compiling and searching for data from pre-recorded interviews, then transcribing interview transcripts in table form, making field notes and searching for data, as well as documenting. The results of the research showed that the learning process of musical art used in teaching 9th graders uses the discussion learning method, the demonstration method, and the drill method. The advantage of using this method is that students are activated through discussion, students pay attention to teacher demonstrations, then immediately try to practice. Giving motivation is also conducted, and educators listen to students' input in determining song material.
