Abstract

Abstract: The Implementation of Educational Aid Policy (Study on Educational Aid Policy for Surakarta’s societies that written in  Surakarta Mayor Regulation Number 11A year 2012). Education is becoming one of main problem that have paid attention from Government of Surakarta. In order to achieve proper education and qualified, Government of Surakarta has given additional aid for education to societies. The result of this research shows the implementation of Educational Aid Policy for Surakarta’s societies by Local Office of Education, Youth and Sport  is good. It can be checked in (1) The acknowledgement of BPMKS recipient has run well; (2) Funds alocation of BPMKS has run well and has been suitable with the regulation; (3) Accountability report has run well and has been suitable with the regulation; (4) Monitoring used of funds BPMKS has run well; (5)The result of this policy has run well and researcher has not found problem therefore, there are many obstacles in order to implement this policy as follows: communication, lack of time allocation. and there is no unit who handle BPMKS. Pendidikan menjadi salah satu pokok masalah yang mendapat perhatian dari Pemerintah Kota Surakarta. Dalam rangka mewujudkan pendidikan yang layak dan bermutu, Pemerintah Kota Surakarta memberikan bantuan biaya pendidikan bagi masyarakat Kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kebijakan Bantuan Pendidikan Masyarakat Kota Surakarta (BPMKS) oleh Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga  sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada: (1) Penetapan penerima BPMKS sudah berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan. (2) Pengalokasian dana BPMKS sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan. (3) Laporan pertanggungjawaban sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan peraturan. (4) Monitoring terhadap penggunaan dana BPMKS sudah dilakukan dengan baik. (5) Hasil implementasi BPMKS sudah berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ditemui permasalahan. Namun ditemui beberapa kendala yaitu komunikasi antar lembaga pelaksana kebijakan BPMKS, kurangnya alokasi waktu dalam pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban, pencairan dana terlambat, dan belum ada unit yang secara khusus menangani BPMKS.   Kata kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Bantuan Pendidikan, Peraturan Walikota

Abstract

The research objective of designing a planetarium building in Samarinda city, namely as one of the public facilities for recreation and education as well as the identity or icon of Samarinda City with a neo vernacular emphasis. The benefit of research for students is to improve their design skills in designing Planetarium Buildings using Architectural concepts. For the public, it is easy to get information about what products and facilities they offer. Research Methodology Primary data are direct interviews with relevant informants to get solid information. Observations, namely by making direct observations to the field. Secondary data search literature related to planetarium building design in books / internet. The results of the research determine the concept of building design and the achievement of planetarium building design with a neo vernacular emphasis in samarinda city.

Abstract

The tourist's perception is essential in developing tourism as a base on decision-making for tourism management. The purpose of this study was to identify respondents' perception of facilities and services, accommodation, infrastructure, nature, and environment in Pusri Lake Ranau Nature Tourism. Data collection was implemented by direct observation method and closed interview questionnaire. The data obtained is then descriptively qualitatively analyzed. The results showed that respondents' perceptions gave a varied assessment of Pusri Danau Ranau Nature Tourism for each aspect of the assessment, including natural and environmental aspects of 3.91 (quite good), accommodation aspect of 3.45 (quite good), infrastructure aspect of 3.22 (quite good) and aspects of facilities and services of 3.38 (quite good). The element that must be looked at is in the environmental hygiene sector because respondents are still not satisfied with the element, which can be seen from the average value of cleanliness of 2.91 (not good), waste management of 2.71 (not good), and toilets of 2.54 (not good). Environmental cleanliness needs to be considered so that tourism remains beautiful and the improvement of facilities such as the procurement of garbage boxes.
