Abstract

Selama musim pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring), guru melakukan berbagai upaya agar penyampaian materi pembelajaran dapat dengan mudah diterima oleh siswa. Teleconference dapat dilakukan melalui google meet maupun zoom, yang mampu menyatukan berbagai siswa dari manapun berada dalam satu ruangan digital. Namun teleconference memberikan peran yang kurang maksimal dalam pembelajaran, karena dalam  hal ini diperlukan quota yang ekstra besar, siswa dengan kondisi lingkungan jauh dari akses internet akan kesulitan mengikuti pembelajaran. Gambaran pada mitra yang ada, lokasi jauh dari operator seluler, jadi untuk melakukan teleconference kurang maksimal, suara dan gambar sering putus. Akhirnya orang tua harus datang sekolah untuk menyerahkan tugas, melakukan absensi, menyerahkan jawaban dan lainnya yang tidak tersampaikan secara telekonference. Salah satu cara yang ditawarkan adalah dengan penyampaian lewat google form sehingga diperlukan adanya pelatihan pembuatan media pendukung pembelajaran berbasis google form, banyak manfaat yang bisa diperoleh dari pelatihan ini sehingga  dengan guru maupun tenaga kependidikan  mudah mengenal fungsi dan kegunaan dari google form

Abstract

One of the problems that employees often face is the employment pressure from their superiors. The impact of the problem includes the increase of employee turnover, the decrease of employee motivation, and the increase of employee absenteeism. Such condition decreases organizational effectivity. Therefore, the first step done by the organization is to increase employee commitment in order to improve effectiveness. To increase employees' commitment, the role of leadership is very important. One of the most popular leadership styles and suitable applied in many setting is the transformational leadership style. It significantly contributes to the improvement of organizational commitment. The leadership has four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. The current study aims to find empirical evidence of the contribution of transformational leadership styles to organizational commitment. The employees of BPR in the city of Semarang are used as samples in the study. The data used are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. This study used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results prove that simultaneously transformational leadership style significantly influence the organizational commitment. Partially inspirational motivation and individualized consideration variables have a significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. However, the idealized influence and intellectual stimulation variable have no effect on organizational commitment. The findings have theoritical and practical implication. From theoritical side, the continued research need to conduct to give clearer description of the two variables relationship. From practical side, leaders of BPR can consider the findings to improve their employee commitment.. Keywords: transformational leadership style and organizational commitment

Abstract

The city of Semarang as the capital city of Central Java Province is included in the category of a metropolitan city because it has a population of more than 1.5 million people, so the level of activity and mobility of the community is increasing. The Semarang City Government through the Semarang City Transportation Service has succeeded in developing the Trans Semarang Rapid Transit Bus as a mass public transportation program that is more comfortable, safe, fast, cheap, and mass in nature. However, in 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic emerged which had a very large impact, even though the number of passengers decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Semarang BRT continued to serve passengers and continue to provide the best service for passengers by implementing health protocols as recommended by the government. The population of this study was BRT Semarang users with a sample of 100 respondents. By using the Kano model approach, the researcher uses 31 service attributes which are composed of service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction variables. From the results of this study, 26 attributes fall into the Attractive category or pleasure attribute (A) and 5 attributes fall into the One dimensional category or the expected attribute (O). so that BRT Semarang must improve the quality of service better by evaluating employee performance and making improvements and improving service strategies, providing safe service quality by implementing health protocols for all consumer characteristics, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and development, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee retention. The research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method used is a census sampling technique, with a total of 87 respondents who are employees of PT Kuangyu Motors. The data analysis technique involves multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, whereas training and development, as well as compensation, do not have a significant impact on employee retention at PT Kuangyu Motors.  Keywords: Training And Development, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Employee Retention
