Abstract

ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) merupakan pendekatan strategis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi pelanggan dalam suatu bisnis. Penerapan CRM pada toko obat menjadi penting karena persaingan yang semakin ketat di pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan implementasi sistem CRM pada toko obat guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan, mengoptimalkan interaksi dengan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada toko obat Stokis Herbal Cabang Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan manajemen, karyawan, dan pelanggan. Pengembangan sistem CRM dengan pendekatan terstruktur melalui tahapan yang merujuk pada model waterfall. Hasil sistem CRM yang dibangun berupa transaksi penjualan dan fasilitas layanan pelanggan. Fasilitas transaksi dan layanan yang lebih baik diharapkan meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, CRM, Toko Herbal

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide assistance to provide motivation and understanding of further studies at tertiary institutions at the Baiturrahman Islamic Center Vocational School, Semarang. This was done in order to support students' design creativity. In the initial discussions that were conducted, it was seen that knowledge regarding further studies in tertiary institutions was still lacking. Activities carried out in the form of interactive presentations and questions and answers with students regarding their desire to continue their education to the tertiary level. This activity is expected to provide education about the importance of determining the right strategy in choosing majors and tertiary institutions so that students can choose the right majors according to their wishes to continue their education to the tertiary level as a means of achieving their goals in the future.

Abstract

Pelatihan digital marketing adalah suatu pendekatan pendidikan yang krusial dalam era digital saat ini. Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dalam bidang ini. Pelatihan digital marketing memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang strategi pemasaran digital, alat, dan teknik yang dapat siswa terapkan di dunia nyata. Manfaat penting pelatihan digital marketing bagi siswa SMK mencakup peningkatan permintaan pekerjaan di bidang ini, peluang berwirausaha, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru, dan kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam proyek-proyek praktis. Pelatihan ini juga memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami pasar global, menyediakan rujukan akademis, dan mengurangi kesenjangan kompetensi di antara lulusan SMK. Metode pelatihan yang efektif mencakup kelas daring, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, kolaborasi dengan industri, pelatihan dalam kelompok kecil, mentoring, sertifikasi digital marketing, kompetisi, evaluasi, dan klub digital marketing. Semua ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa SMK agar siap menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di dunia kerja yang semakin digital.Pentingnya pelatihan digital marketing untuk siswa SMK adalah investasi dalam masa depan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam menghadapi dunia digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Taman pintar “Tunas Bangsa” saat ini telah menyelenggarakan berbagai macam kegiatan termasuk Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (KBM). Namun demikian masih banyak fasilitas KBM yang belum memadai, termasuk belum tersedianya perangkat teknologi pembelajaran. Kendalanya aktifitas pembelajaran menjadi kurang  efektif, sehingga kurang menarik minat belajar terutama siswa PAUD, anak, dan remaja yang tergabung dalam komunitas tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan instalasi perangkat  Android TV, internet, dan pendukungnya, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan materi ajar multimedia sederhana yang dapat dterapkan pada perangkat tersebut.  Metodenya yaitu melakukan survei analisis situasi, persiapan kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran dan pelatihan, pendampingan instalasi Android TV dan internet, dan pelatihan multimedia sederhana dengan MS-Powerpoint, serta monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasilnya, instalasi perangkat multimedia berbasis Android TV telah terlaksana dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Setelah mendapat pendampingan dan pelatihan, mitra telah dapat mengoperasikan  perangkat, dan dapat mengunakan aplikasi multimedia sederhana pada proses pembelajaran dengan perangkat Android TV.

Abstract

Presence shows the presence of the employee in a company and can be used as one of the points for calculating salaries and meal allowances. The presence system is one of the most important components in an office as an employee attendance recorder. This employee attendance system can later be a proof that the employee is already in the office or company. PT. Tigaraksa Satria which is usually done manually (by means of a signature on the attendance register paper) will be able to cause inefficient data collection and has a weakness that allows fraud in recording employee attendance, the fraud is often called an absentee deposit, therefore a system is needed which can be used to address fraud as well as more specific data collection on employee attendance. QR code has the advantage of being easy to read from various directions, large capacity, small size, can be resistant to dirty and not easily damaged. In this way the QR code can be used as the basis for the development of a presence system. In order to avoid cheating in attending attendance or leaving attendance, employees must take a face photo when making attendance with a QR code. PT. Tigaraksa Satria based on QR code can validate every process on the system such as login, data entry, attendance and so on.

Abstract

To create production downtime report-making using an information system at PT. Apparel One Indonesia 2 is still very important to investigate daily production time. Moreover, this report is also used to find out some of the problems that occur every day so that the company can prevent the occurrence of same problem in the future. So, it is expected that the problem will be resolved more effectively in reporting production downtime in PT. Apparel One Indonesia 2. Currently, the company’s reporting process is still manual, using the paper and then inputting to Microsoft Excel software by the administrator. This makes the administrator takes longer time for making the production of production downtime reports and requires a lot of paper to make. The risk of misreporting all the company’s problems and processes is also high. The downtime reporting using information system has been successfully implemented. It is expected that the built of information system can be used for faster and more accurate data processing. This information system produces several reports, including production downtime reports, borrowing reports (machines, needles, and spare parts), expenditure reports, return reports and stock reports (machines), needles, and spare parts) which are useful for monitoring so that downtime is minimized. The results of the questionnaire test from the built PKK information system were measured using a Likert scale, and the results were 95% in the very satisfied category.

Abstract

Taman Pintar merupakan wadah pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan berbasis pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Taman Pintar Tunas Bangsa dibangun di kawasan strategis. Salah satu permasalahan di Taman Pintar Tunas Bangsa adalah terkait pengelolaan organisasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan manajemen organisasi Taman Pintar Tunas Bangsa. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan dan sosialisasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap persiapan meliputi survei pendahuluan, pembentukan tim, penyusunan dan pengajuan proposal, koordinasi tim dan mitra, serta penyiapan alat dan bahan pelatihan. Tahap kedua adalah tahap pelaksanaan program berupa sosialisasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan (penjelasan materi) dan diskusi. Tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi dan pelaporan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi mitra sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program, dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Selanjutnya disusun laporan dan dilakukan publikasi.
