Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah gender berpengaruh dalam suksesi perusahaan keluarga dan pertimbangan yang mempengaruhinya di Kabupaten Tulungagung  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada perusahaan keluarga yang dipilih dengan teknik interview dan observasi, dengan tujuan mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas dari para pemilik perusahaan keluarga terhadap isu gender dalam suksesi perusahaan keluarganya.Proses suksesi menggunakan model Handler (1990) yang menyatakan tahapan dalam proses sukssesi dalam perusahaan keluarga terdiri dari tiga tahap ; a) tahap inisiasi, b) tahap integrasi, c) tahap penggabungan, dan disempurnakan d) tahap Penarikan (withdrawal Phase, Cadieux dan Lorain, 2003). dalam penelitian ini ditemukan dalam tahapan tersebut setiap perusahaan memiliki pola yang berbeda-beda. Perbedaan tersebut dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut; Proses iniasiasi, integrasi, penggabungan dan withdrawal tergantung pada perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh pendiri perusahaan. Beberapa pendiri perusahaan tidak memiliki perencanaan suksesi, perencanaan suksesi dilakukan setelah suksesor menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi, dan pendiri perusahaan yang telah merencanakan proses suksesi sejak suksesor mulai dewasa. Pada beberapa perusahaan yang menjadi obyek penelitian isu gender mayoritas tidak berpengaruh dalam proses suksesi. Pertimbangan utama dari pendiri perusahaan adalah supaya keberlanjutan usaha tetap terjaga maka suksesor yang dianggap memiliki kemampuan yang dipilih untuk meneruskan usaha. Terdapat perusahaan keluarga yang pendirinya memutuskan anak lelaki yang akan meneruskan usahanya tetapi pada tahap penggabungan merubah keputusan karena suksesor dianggap tidak mampu untuk mengelola dan meneruskan perusahaan keluarga.

Abstract

In the modern industrial world, there is intense competition among all businesses as they strive to become more competitive in order to survive and compete on the worldwide market. Information technology is a vital component of the corporate world, particularly in light of the fiercely competitive commercial environment. Business strategy matters become more crucial to firm management because of this competitiveness. Innovation management strategy is an important step for online product companies to increase their competitiveness in the market. By implementing the right innovation strategy, companies can create unique products or services, meet customer needs, and face competition with competitors. By implementing the right innovation management strategy, online product companies can increase their competitiveness in the market. Abstract

The aim of establishing a swimming pool in Plandaan Village is to develop the potential of a tourist village through the construction of a swimming pool, considering that the swimming pool is a tourist destination that is popular with children and a comfortable place to play with the family. The existence of a swimming pool in Plandaan Village can meet the needs of the community, both within Plandaan Village and outside Plandaan Village City. Therefore, through the results of the Village Deliberation, the existence of the swimming pool in Plandaan village needs to be developed and utilized as a tourist area. This is none other than to develop the potential of the local village area. Apart from that, the swimming pool in Plandaan Village can also increase activities for young people to become a field of work and increase the income of the local Plandaan Village area, because it will also directly increase the cash of Plandaan Village. The results of developing the potential of the Plandaan Village area regarding the construction of a swimming pool can be collaboration and cooperation with school agencies for swimming sports activities. Apart from that, it is also a tourist area that needs to be developed and enlivened considering that the existence of this swimming pool is very strategic in the Plandaan Village area. However, the existing activities This swimming pool must also be managed professionally in order to attract more visitors, not only in the local Plandaan area, but also outside the village of Plandaan itself. Promotions and services must be improved to attract visitors who will come to the swimming pool. Also, the presence of clean bathroom facilities will attract future visitors.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the increasingly fierce competition in the business world, requiring business runners to develop a traditional herbal medicine business. Bydesigning an appropriate strategy, it is important for the survival of a business to maintainits existence. The aims of this research are: (1) to find out and analyze how the developmentstrategy in the marketing aspect of Mbah Gedong's traditional herbal medicine business (2)to find out things that can affect the development strategy of Mbah Gedong's traditionalherbal medicine business through SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive.Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, literature review, anddocumentation. Then the data analysis technique used SWOT analysis to find alternativestrategies used by Mbah Gedong's herbal medicine business. The results of the researchconducted indicate that the strategy used by Mbah Gedong's herbal medicine business is touse the marketing mix. Based on the SWOT analysis, the business position is in quadrant I.The strategy that needs to be implemented is a growth oriented strategy with strengths andthe availability of profitable opportunities. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persaingan dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat, menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan usaha produksi peracikan jamu tradisional.Dengan perancangan strategi yang sesuai penting untuk keberlangsungan hidup suatu usahadalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis bagaimana strategi pengembangan pada aspek pemasaran usaha jamutradisional Mbah Gedong (2) untuk mengetahui hal – hal yang dapat mempengaruhi strategipengembangan pada usaha jamu tradisional Mbah Gedong melalui analisis SWOT.Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanyaitu wawancara, observasi, kajian pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mencari alternative strategy yang digunakan usahajamu Mbah Gedong. Hasil Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa strategi yangdilakukan usaha jamu Mbah Gedong dengan menggunakan bauran pemasaran. Berdasarkananalisis SWOT posisi usaha pada kuadran I. Strategi yang perlu diterapkan yaitu growthoriented strategy dengan memiliki kekuatan dan tersedianya peluang yang dapatmenguntungkan.

Abstract

The research that the researchers took was related to compensation, leadership style, and motivation for performance at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri. This study aims to know and explain about compensation, motivational leadership style for employee performance at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri. Descriptive Quantitative is a method that researchers use. Employees at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri as the object that the researchers took. The data processing that researchers use includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests through t tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficients of determination. The results obtained are a positive and relevant influence on compensation on employee performance which is shown by a sig value of 0.045<0.05, leadership style has a positive influence on teacher performance shown a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05, motivation has a significant positive effect on UD employee performance. Surya Manalagi Kediri is indicated with a sig value of 0.001<0.05. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of competitive advantage and product innovation on increased sales at San San Bakery Ngadiluwih. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used the Accidental sampling technique. The samples in this study were 99 respondents who purchased bread at San San Bakery Ngadiluwih. Data obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires, observation, and interviews. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis that has been done, the results of the study show that competitive advantage has a partially significant effect on increased sales, product innovation has a partially significant effect on increased sales. Competitive advantage and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on increased sales.

Abstract

Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang elektronik khususnya kamera di Tulungagung adalah Toko O Camera Tulungagung. Kondisi persaingan yang ketat merupakan masalah yang dihadapi oleh Toko O Camera Tulungagung. Oleh karena itu Toko O Camera Tulungagung harus mempunyai strategi pemasaran tepat sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Toko O Camera Tulungagung untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara. Jenis penlelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatifdan subjek yang diambil sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Toko O Camera Tulungagung. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan tabel IFAS dan EFAS dengan skor IFAS = 1,05 dan EFAS=0,42 jika dituangkan dalam diagram analisis SWOT maka posisi Toko O Camera Tulungagung Terdapat dikuadran pertama (I), dimana Toko O Camera Tulungagung berada pada posisi yang kuat dan berpeluang sehingga dapat terus meningkatkan kemajuan dalam bersaing.

Abstract

The increasing number of TikTok application users makes an extraordinary difference. Starting from the realm of short entertainment videos, TikTok is expanding into the realm of e-commerce (TikTok Shop). Not a few TikTok users make purchasing decisions through TikTok Shop. Marketing techniques, including content and influencer marketing, influence purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop. This study aims to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of Content and Influencer Marketing variables on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop. The research method used is quantitative, using p, primary data in questionnaires by dist.uThennaires to 84 were distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics, Tulungagung University. The calculation uses the SPSS 16 program. The study results indicate that content and influencer marketing variables positively and significantly affect the purchasing decisions of students who use TikTok Shop, Faculty of Economics, Tulungagung University. Simultaneously, the content marketing and influencer marketing variables positively and significantly affect the purchasing decisions of students who use TikTok Shop, Faculty of Economics, Tulungagung University.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Adaptive Management Control Systems (AMCS) in enhancing employee performance within hybrid work environments, emphasizing the behavioral factors of perceived fairness and psychological safety. As organizations adapt to remote and hybrid models, management accounting practices must evolve to maintain performance and engagement. This research aims to examine the direct impact of AMCS on performance, the mediating role of fairness perception, and the moderating effect of psychological safety. A quantitative method was employed using a survey of 75 employees working under hybrid arrangements in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that AMCS significantly improves employee performance, both directly and indirectly through perceived fairness. Additionally, psychological safety strengthens the relationship between AMCS and performance. These findings suggest that effective management control in hybrid settings requires attention not only to structure but also to employees’ behavioral and psychological experiences. This study contributes to the development of behaviorally-informed management control systems and offers practical insights for organizations aiming to optimize performance in flexible work environments.
