Abstract

Blood services through the UDD (Blood Donation Unit) PMI have been felt by the community so far. In this case the UDD PMI of Kediri City which consists of 20 employees is ready to help the community in the Kediri City in particular. Blood distribution is supported by employee performance where ERG motivation (Existence, Relatedness, Growth) is the variable that determines the performance of UDD PMI of Kediri City employees. This study employs the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen the effect of the ERG motivation variable (Existence, Relatedness, Growth) on employee performance. Variables of existence needs influence employee performance, sig values 0,000 <0,05. Variable of social relations needs do not affect employee performance, sig value is 0.458> 0.05. Variable of growth needs affect employee performance, sig value 0.015 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Asha Graha. Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah pengalaman kerja (X1), kompetensi (X2), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Lokasi penelitian di CV. Asha Graha. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan literatur. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dangan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program software SPSS versi 22.0. Berdasar pengujian yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, terbukti variabel pengalaman kerja (X1) dan kompetensi (X2) secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) CV. Asha Graha. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 15.147 dengan sig. 0,000 menunjukan bahwa uji t pad variabel pengalaman kerja (X1) dan kompetensi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai signifikan variabel X1 sebesar 0,002< 0,05 sedangkan untuk variabel X2 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai (R2) adalah 0,654. Artinya variabel pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 65,4%.Kata kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The selection of a marketing strategy is one of the important things that must be done by a business agent to maintain the sustainability of a business in a fierce business competition environment. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has lasted from 2020 until now, had a significant impact on the sustainability of business type. Coffee on the bus Yogya, one of the business agents that get the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, endemic is trying to survive and maintain the business. Coffee on the bus offers a new concept of enjoying coffee while enjoying the view of the city of Yogyakarta through a predetermined time and several routes. This marketing strategy was chosen as one of the business strategies to keep running the business activities. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of descriptive qualitative research is to know, describe, and reveal the conditions related to the marketing strategy that has been done by the company. The data collection method used is an interview, observation, and documents related to the research. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, they are reduction, display, and verification/drawing conclusion. The results show that Coffee on the bus Yogyakarta in running its business uses marketing strategies related to the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 65 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran data skala likert dengan teknik analisa uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan probabilitas Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,006 < 0,05 yang menyatakan variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan probabilitas  Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang menyatakan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri dimana hasil uji F didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05).Kata kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas KerjaAbstractThis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables of Occupational Safety and Health and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri. The research method used is quantitative with saturated sampling technique. Research data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents. This study uses a Likert scale data measurement with classical assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the occupational safety and health variables showed a significant value of the probability of Sig. < 0.05, namely 0.006 < 0.05, which states that the occupational safety and health variables have a partial effect on employee work productivity. The work discipline variable shows a significant value of the probability of Sig. < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, which states that the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, simultaneously, occupational safety and health and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity at CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri where the F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05).Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, Work Discipline and Work Productivity

Abstract

This thesis research is motivated by a phenomenon of communication influence, conflict and work stress on employee performance productivity. This happened particular challenges for the management of human energy resources that exist in industry. They are required to change the HR management system by implementing protocols health. HR management managers changed their methods of control human resources owned by industry. Therefore, in facing the eraIn today's globalization, the quality of human resources is the main factor realizing the goals of a company. In companies, resource quality problems humans always receive special attention, because of their position in the role of resources Humans are highly expected in the development of the economy in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain partial influence of communication on employee work productivity at UD Harapan Jaya Kediri Regency, partial influence of conflict on work productivity employees at UD Harapan Jaya Kediri Regency, partial influence of work stress on employee work productivity at UD Harapan Jaya Kediri Regency, influence simultaneously communication, conflict and work stress on employee work productivity at UD Harapan Jaya, Kediri Regency.This research shows that: 1) Partially communication (X1) is not influence on employee work productivity at UD. Harapan Jaya Regency Kediri obtained a significant value of 0.052, which means a significant value of > 0.05. 2) Partially there is a significant effect of conflict (X2) on work productivity employees at UD. Harapan Jaya Kediri Regency obtained significant scoresof 0.004 which means the significant value is <0.05. 3) Partially, work stress (X3) is not influence on employee work productivity at UD. Harapan Jaya Regency Kediri obtained a significant value of 0.127, which means a significant value of > 0.05. 4) Simultaneously there is the influence of communication (X1), conflict (X2) and work stress (X3) on employee work (Y) on employee work productivity at UD. Jaya Hope Kediri Regency with a significant value of 0.005 means a significant value of <0.05

Abstract

In a company paying attention to and nurturing employees is very important for the sustainability of a company, if employees experience work stress then this can hinder work. While work motivation also needs to be considered so that employee morale increases so that the results of the performance carried out can go well. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample with 40 employee respondents. From this study the variable Work Stress (X1) shows a significant value of Sig. 0.037, namely > 0.05 which states that job stress has a partial effect on employee morale. Work Motivation Variable (X2) shows a significant value of Sig. 0.000, namely > 0.05 which states that job stress has a partial effect on employee morale. Simultaneously there is the influence of work stress and work motivation variables on the work enthusiasm of production employees at CV Seribu Kubah Tulungagung with a significant F test result of 0.000 or > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction (X1) and work stress (X2) on organizational commitment (Y). This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research data were obtained by interview, questionnaire, and observation methods. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of the UKM Mendunia Center Kediri Foundation as many as 37 people. The results of the study using the SPSS version 25 program assistance show that: (1) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a tcount of 4.749 and a Sig. 0.000 <0.05 (2) and work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment with a tcount of -3.366 and a Sig. value of 0.002 <0.05 (3) job satisfaction and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment by the Fcount value is 32.284 and the Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

This study ains to determine the influence of self-efficacy and work life balance on employee performance. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of KSP Delta Urya Purnama Pare branch and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test . In the Validity Test, it is known that all statement items (X1, Then in the Reliability Test it was discovered that the results of the Cronbach Alpha value were > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question were declared reliable. In the t test, it is known that all items (self efficacy and work life balance) influence employee performance. Then in the F test it is known that the Sig value. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of f_count > f_tabel is 13.470 > 3.28, it can be concluded that the variables self efficacy and work life balance simultaneously influence employee performance. In the Coefficient of Determination Test, it is known that the R square value is 0.449, it can be stated that X1 and X2 have an influence of 44.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the variables price (X1), taste (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Caffe Tandalan Blitar. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used Accidental Sampling, the number of samples in this study was 187 respondents at Caffe Tandalan Blitar. This research data was obtained from questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y= - 1.739 + 0.320 T test results: The taste variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. t test results, the service quality variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that price, taste and service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe SAP Kota Kediri Jawa Timur Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan diimplementasikan pada 96 konsumen pengunjung Cafe SAP Kota Kediri. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara non probability sampling dan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach sedangkan Regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe SAP Kota Kediri demikian juga untuk kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan uji parsial (uji t) terdapat hubungan positif variabel harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe SAP Kota Kediri , serta kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe SAP Kota Kediri . Demikian pula uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel harga (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe SAP Kota Kediri. Nilai R Square sebesar sebesar 0,675. Memiliki arti besarnya kontribusi/sumbangan harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 67,5%, sisanya (32,5%) berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti
