Abstract

Abstrak: Guru mempunyai kedudukan khusus dalam langkah penananaman nilai-nlai untuk meciptakan generasi penerus yang berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif dengan teknik pemaparan informan temuan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam menumbuhkan  nilai karakter peserta didik, Kepala Madrasah dan stack Holder merumuskan dan merencanakan program-program pembiasaan di sekolah baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Perencanaan tersebut kemudian direalisasikan setiap hari seperti menjemput kedatangan peserta didik, Murojaah Hafalan surah-surah, Mengaji, Shalat duha dan shalat duhur secara berjamaah.  Selain program unggulan yang diterapkan di Madrasah, Guru kelas memiliki strategi tertentu dalam menumbuhkan  nilai karakter peserta didik seperti Kultum setalah shalat Duha, Membaca Ayat Kursi, Budaya Literasi, Ice Breaking disela-sela pembelajaran, Sabtu sehat dan gizi juga penumbuhan karakter lainnya. Tidak hanya sekedar strategi yang diterapkan, melainkan guru kelas melakukan evaluasi kegiatan baik lisan maupun tulisan, juga dilakukan evaluasi melalui komunikasi oleh orangtua peserta didik.Kata Kunci : Strategi Guru, Nilai, Pendidikan Karakter, Peserta Didik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze multicultural education materials in social studies, to analyze the application or relationship between multicultural education in social studies and students' Bugis language behavior, and to analyze the supporting factors or the influence of multicultural education teaching and its application with Bugis language behavior at UPTD SPF SDN 277 Sarecoppeng, Soppeng Regency. Types and Approaches This research is a qualitative research by providing a clear and systematic description related to the object under study in order to provide valid information and data related to facts and phenomena in the field. The main focus in this research is the process and interaction of the subject and the behavior it displays, describes how the subject interacts with his surroundings related to the teaching of multicultural education and its application to the Bugis language behavior of students in social studies at UPTD SPF SDN 277 Sarecoppeng. The results of the study Contextual learning model is a learning model that motivates students to interpret learning by linking existing materials with students' daily lives, through this model, students are introduced that all differences that exist around are a gift from God Almighty so that students familiarize themselves with do not discriminate, understand the perceptions of others, avoid stereotypes, develop equality and social justice. and provide an understanding that with differences, everyone can complement each other. understand the importance of diversity, understand each individual from various racial, ethnic,.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of instructional media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects to enhance the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at UPTD SDN 185 Inpres Salomatti.The research employed a case study approach with a qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, involving the principal, the Islamic Religious Education teacher, and fifth-grade students as the primary informants. The findings reveal that: (1) The implementation of instructional media in PAI learning for fifth-grade students at UPTD SDN 185 Inpres Salomatti has been carried out fairly well, providing significant benefits for both teachers and students. (2) Student learning motivation remains at a moderate level but tends to increase when teachers use engaging media such as animated videos, images, and technology-based quizzes. (3) Supporting factors include teachers’ readiness to use technology, support from the school through Teacher Working Group (KKG) activities, and students’ enthusiasm for the media applied. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited facilities such as the number of technological devices, dependence on electricity, and students’ limited ability to operate technology-based media
