Abstract

 Abstrak:Manajemen merupakan penentu atas keberhasilan suatu lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan. Terlebih lagi pada lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan Islam, Setiap penyelenggara pendidikan harus memiliki pemahaman yang sama tentang hakekat tujuan pendidikan Islam, kesamaan visi dan misi, serta kesatuan dalam kepemimpinan. Kedua; Penyelenggara pendidikan Islam harus memiliki semangat etos kerja yang baik, dan harus menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat. Ketiga; Penyelenggara pendidikan merupakan sarana ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Keempat; Penyelenggara pendidkan Islam memiliki tugas sebagai pemimpin di bumi. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pendidikan, Islam dan Tauhid

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan dasar penggerak yang mendorong aktivitas belajar seseorang sehingga ia berminat terhadap sesuatu yang dipelajarinya, karena minat adalah alat motivasi dalam belajar. Minat belajar seseorang tergantung kepada seberapa besar keingin untuk mendapatkan hasil belajaar. Motivasi sangat memiliki peran penting untuk menggerakkan minat belajar. Sering terjadi pada siswa yang tidak memiliki motivasi akan berdampak buruk pada hasil belajar siswa. Begitu pula sebaliknya seorang siswa yang memiliki motivasi akan berdampak positip terhadap hasil belajarnya. Betapa penting peran motivasi dalam belajar, karena itu motivai memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak:Masalah produktivitas merupakan masalah Nasional, bahwa pembangunan SDM menjadi pusat perhatian di masa depan. Sebab kunci keberhasilan pembangunan sangat tergantung pada kualitas manusianya, dan kualitas manusia ditentukan pula sejauh mana kualitas pendidikan yang ada di Negeri ini. Perguruan tinggi memiliki andil besar dalam upaya memproduksi manusia yang berkualitas, sebagai jawaban tentang keberhasilan pembangunan di masa depan. Perguruan tinggi sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan harus memiliki komitmen tinggi dan kompeten dan mampu mengembangkan penelitian sebagai perwujudan pengabdianya terhadap masyarakat bangsa dan Negara. sebagai pengemban Catur Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Kata Kunci: Membangun, Produktivitas, Dosen.

Abstract

Correctional institutions are a place of guidance for people who are ensnared by the law. In connection with this coaching, this study tries to describe the activities of Islamic Religious Education held in the Class IIB Lapas for Tangerang female children in an effort to improve religious understanding with the direct observation method. The results of the study that Islamic religious education activities in Lapas class IIB Tangerang female children run well and positively. It was concluded that efforts to increase understanding of Islam were carried out using several methods that were no different from the method of guidance in general. Among them such as the lecture method, the method of learning the Koran, as well as the muhasabah and dhikr methods. The obstacles that occur in Islamic religious education activities are the lack of awareness of prisoners in carrying out the process of religious activities and the lack of attention from the Government in the provision of teaching staff and infrastructure in the implementation of religious activities.

Abstract

Al Qur’an merupakan pedoman hidup bagi umat muslim. Oleh karena itu, mempelajari Al Qur’an bagi umat muslim merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan memberikan pengajaran dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an untuk menghadapi permasalahan yang dialami komunitas pengajian di daerah Pos Pengumben, yaitu kurang memahami perubahan bunyi dan tanda baca pada kalimat-kalimat Al-Quran, kurang memahami istilah-istilah dalam Al-Qur’an, dan belum bisa menulis kalimat pada Al-Qur’an dengan benar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode drill dan demonstrasi dari pengenalan huruf-huruf hijaiyah, pengenalan istilah-istilah dalam Al-Qur’an, dan memahami kaidah bacaan Al Qur’an.

Abstract

As we know, the application of the Multiple Intelligence theory in the world of education has been widely researched before, and the majority shows good results and the theory is very useful if it can be adopted in the school learning system. As quoted in an international journal with the title "The Effectiveness Of Multiple Intelligences Based Teaching Strategy In Enhancing The Multiple Intelligences And Science Process Skills Of Junior High School Students", the research states that several benefits from applying Multiple Intelligence are that it can be a significant predictor of development. students' multiple intelligences, from being only oriented towards academic abilities, to being oriented towards multiple intelligences and focusing on the potential of each student. Other research quoted from the international journal "The Implementation of a Multiple Intelligences Teaching Approach: Classroom engagement and physically disabled learners" also says the same thing, that a teaching approach that uses multiple intelligences also contributes to a significant increase in students' multiple intelligences, namely, greater student participation in class. Not only that, the journal with the title "The Concept of Multiple Intelligences Perspective of the Al-Qur'an/Hadith and its Implications for Islamic Religious Education Learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether there is influence of the Synchronous and Asynchronous approach methods on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Tangerang. The population in this study were 310 students and 175 students were taken as a sample. This research is a quantitative research and uses a questionnaire in collecting data. The results of the questionnaire data were processed using the IMB SPSS Statistics application version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence in online learning using the Synchronous and Asynchronous approach methods on student learning outcomes. Even though the magnitude of this influence, based on the results of the analysis the coefficient of Determination (R2) is relativaly low, namely 0.292 or 29.2 %.
