Perawat sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan, tidak hanya dituntut untuk menunjukkan kemampuan dan profesionalitasnya semata dalam melaksanakan semua tindakan medis keperawatan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung beban kerja, konflik peran ganda, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat wanita dalam penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan ruang rawat inap di RSU Fastabiq Sehat PKU Muhamadiyah Pati tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian crosssectional. dilakukan bulan Februari 2018 kepada Perawat wanita diruang rawat inap yang sudah menikah di RSU Fastabiq Sehat PKU Muhamadiyah berjumlah 86 orang menggunakan kuesioner. Persentase pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung semua variabel terhadap kinerja perawat dalam model ini sebesar 90,51%, diantaranya pengaruh langsung semua variabel terhadap kinerja dalam model sebesar 83,07%, dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 7,44%. Model mampu menjelaskan variabilitas data sebesar 97,1%, sedangkan 2,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Saran dari penelitian ini Diharapkan perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Fastabiq Sehat PKU Muhamadiyah Daerah Pati menciptakan kondisi kerja yang nyaman sehingga dapat menghindari untuk terjadinya konflik dalam bekerja.

Upaya preventif dalam kesehatan dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan merupakan salah satu ukuran dari kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien yang mempengaruhi keinginan pasien untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang kembali terhadap penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung serta besaran antara upaya preventif, mutu pelayanan kepuasaan dan loyalitas ibu hamil terhadap minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil di Klinik Abdi Persada Banjarmasin Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode cross sectional. Populasinya adalah ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Klinik Abdi Persada Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang ibu hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model menggunakan Smart PLS 2.0 dan SPSS 18. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode smartPLS menghasilkan temuan penelitian yaitu upaya preventif (24,56%), mutu pelayanan (26,89%), kepuasan (8,13%) dan loyalitas (38,33%). Loyalitas ibu hamil merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil di Klinik Abdi Persada Banjarmasin. Model - Model hasil analisis dapat menjelaskan 99,9% keragaman data dan mampu mengkaji fenomena yang dipakai dalam penelitian, sedangkan 0,1% dijelaskan komponen lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara upaya preventif, mutu pelayanan, kepuasan dan loyalitas tehadap minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil. Sarannya sebagai masukkan untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kepada ibu hamil dalam pemeriksaan kehamilannya sehingga memberikan kepuasan ibu hamil agar dapat berkunjung kembali. Comparing data from the Kuin Raya Health Center in 2019 to 2020. , the number of pregnant women in the Kuin Raya Health Center's working area decreased from 843 to 379 pregnant women. The declining achievements from 2019 to 2020 occurred in indicators of complete postpartum visits (KF 4), complete neonatal visits (KN), detection of maternal risk factors by the community, detection of risk factors by health workers, maternal complications handled, and referral of rest cases. maternal.Types of Research The type of research used in the preparation of the final project report is descriptive research with case study methods.From the results, the authors can draw the following conclusions: Subjective and objective data on care for pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning for Mrs. P have been collected and has been interpreted. Also can be drawn assessment/diagnose in all care is physiological. Data analysis does not require immediate action needs for collaboration and referrals to care for pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning for Mrs. Management has been arranged in accordance with the care provided for both pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum and family planning care in Mrs. P. Management has been carried out efficiently and safely in the care of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning to Mrs. P. After being given comprehensive care, it can be concluded that Mrs. P underwent pregnancy, childbirth, newborns , postpartum and family planning without any complications (physiological). And the care that has been given is in accordance with the theory.

According to the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2017, the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) related to pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period is 265 per 100,000 live births, while the infant mortality rate is 27 per 1,000 live births. Number of live and active babies born. In reducing MMR and IMR, as well as preventing complications in pregnancy and childbirth, early detection of high risk is very necessary with the support of quality services and other events such as counseling, classes for pregnant women and comprehensive care. Objective: To carry out comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. H from pregnancy to family planning. Research method: This research is a case study by understanding the condition of the client and the problems faced by Mrs. P 22 years G1P0A0 UK 33 weeks, conducted in October 2020-January 2021, data collection namely observation, interviews, measurements and documentation using a case study instrument in the form of the SOAP midwifery care format. Results: Based on the assessment during pregnancy, Mrs. P is normal and has no complaints. Evaluation of the client in good and normal condition. Smooth delivery. The baby was born normal, during the visit no problems were found. Uterine involution is normal and there are no complaints. KB care for Mrs. P plans to take lactation pills. The care provided is in accordance with the standard of care

Cervical cancer is first cancer with an estimate every 1 hour a woman dies of cervical cancer in Indonesia, the number of cervical cancers is made worse by the fact that many (70%) cases are already at an advanced stage when they come to the hospital. Based on register data in obstetrics poly Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin, 68 people were affected by cervical cancer. This study aims to determine age of mothers who are at risk of cervical cancer and level of education of mothers with cervical cancer. This study uses a descriptive method, population is all mothers who checked for cervical cancer in obstetrics poly of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin totaling 68 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method, namely by taking all the population as a sample. Data collection is taken from data register book. Data processing is summed, tabulated and presented, for further descriptive analysis to determine the age of the mother who is at risk of cervical cancer and the level of education that can affect the occurrence of cervical cancer. The results ,aged over 35 years was 67 people (98.53%) and mothers with cervical cancer with a low level of education (SD) were 36 people (52, 94%). Based on research that has been conducted on 68 mothers who experienced cervical cancer at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, it can be concluded that the age of mothers who are at risk for cervical cancer is mostly (> 35 years) and education level of mothers who experienced cervical cancer was mostly (SD).
