Abstract

There are several frameworks that can be used to calculate the investment value prediction. One of the frameworks used in this theses discussion is Val IT. Val IT can be used to give a clear explanation about the advantages of information technology investment in an organization. Val IT published by Information Technology Governance Institute (ITGI). Val IT consists of 3 main processes to measure the information technology value; there are Value Governance, Portfolio Management, and Investment Management. Each main process divided into several processes. Value Governance consists of 11 processes, Portfolio Management consists of 14 processes, and Investment Management consists of 15 processes. Just like an enterprise, Indraprasta PGRI University as an institution expects to have maximum result and advantage in its information technology investment planning. On the other side, Indraprasta PGRI University which have just established in 2004 and previously was the union of the STKIP PGRI Jakarta must be able to envision the information technology investment as something which can be conducted. This research conducted by identifying all Val IT process in Indraprasta PGRI University using questionnaire. Details of the questionnaire results it is concluded to implement the appropriate proposals, then these processes are classified based on characteristics of the portfolio of the organization by using the McFarlan grid's. The results of McFarlan classification is applied to determine which proposals should be in the portfolio process to be developed, held, or eliminated. This will be used by management in the investment planning to obtain business value in accordance with the organization's strategic objectives. Abstract

. Implementation of the use of interactive computer aimed at fortifying early childhood of the influence of technology is increasingly rapidly with the behavior of their morals are in accordance with the norms of public life in accordance with religious rules in the village of Kreo Selatan so as to have the computer skills can help create tranquility, and comfort in social life. While the intended target of this activity is the use of interactive computer without removing the behavior and morality in public life. The solution in overcoming the problem for early childhood to use a computer that morals are in accordance with the wishes of the user (user friendly) by providing information and motivation of the use of interactive computer in objective to follow religious norms, so that can provide stimulation to children who wants to use the computer.Keywords: Computer interactive, Early childhood, Morals

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to design home automation applications using arduino devices via the web. The research method used by the researcher is a method of development (development research) is a research method used to produce the product, and test the effectiveness of the product. The design of the application begins with the stages of designing the system first, followed by interface design / display, then coding PHP program and microcontroller. After the application is completed, it is done by testing the accuracy of the program by the experts through simulation using the model / miniature of the house which has 4 lamps and 2 doors, the test result that the accuracy of the application meets the test criteria. This application is easy to use / operate (user friendly) with a simple view (user interface), so that user can easily understand the use of the buttons contained in the main menu of the application. This application can make it easier for users to monitor the situation and control the door and home light directly in their home from anywhere.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan struktur data dalam merancang dan membangun sistem parkir otomatis berbasis Radio Frequency Identificartion (RFID). Penulis berharap agar para pembaca lebih memahami pemecahan masalah perparkiran yang lebih terpadu dan terdokumentasi dengan baik serta efisien dalam operasionalnya. Struktur data yang telah dirancang mampu mengidentifikasikan kendaraan yang keluar masuk melalui gerbang parkir yang telah dilengkapi teknologi sistem parkir Radio Frequency Identificartion (RFID). Kendaraan yang masuk maupun keluar diseleksi melalui teknologi aplikasi sesuai dengan data kendaraan yang terrekam dalam  database. Hanya kendaraan yang terdaftar dalam database saja yang dapat melalui gerbang parkir. Adapun untuk melakukan proses seleksi data pada sistem parkir otomatis dengan teknologi RFID ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perancangan logik, tahap perancangan fisik, dan tahap perancangan interface.Kata Kunci: sistem parkir, RFID, struktur data, database.
