Abstract

Poverty is still a big issue that occurs in almost all over the world, including third world countries like Indonesia. This study aims to find a theoretical framework for the possibility of solving the problem of poverty through MSMEs. This research is a literature study or literature study with actual data taken from credible sources. Data is 'dialogued' with references to relevant theories such as the circle of poverty theory. The results show that theoretically MSMEs are very likely as an exit strategy for poverty in Indonesia. MSMEs have very strong probabilities as representative ways out for poverty alleviation in this country.

Abstract

The current regime, is a regime that tries to manage governance as best as possible with various approaches. Good intentions are certainly approached all levels of government administration to the village level. Regional autonomy gives great power to the regions to act and improve. The village law number 6 in 2014 that was present increasingly provided adequate legal facilities for the implementation of these good ideals. On the ethical guidance side, we recognize how the concept of good governance is used as an institutional framework for strengthening village autonomy. The previous fact is that good governance practices in management practice more funds are directed to the central government, not to the public. The purpose of this reflective study is to understand the forms and practices of good governance and practices in managing village funds as seen from the process of transparency, accountability and responsiveness. The author will associate one of the instruments to ensure the three things above go as expected. The instrument is the application of the village financial system. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological approach to explore how the application of the village financial system as a manifestation of the concept of GCG in governance in the management of village funds. This study found that the GCG concept encompasses the intersection between the village financial system and the village information system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh fenomena terjadinya jumlah komplain yang meningkat. Jumlah komplain yang meningkat akan menyebabkan pelanggan tidak puas. Maka masalah penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan IndiHome yang berdomisili di kota Semarang. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 99 responden. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. dengan metode analisis regresi linear, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesa. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk ( 16X1 )" style="width: 20pt; height: 15pt;"> , kualitas pelayanan ( 16X2 " style="width: 14pt; height: 15pt;"> ), dan costumer value ( 16X3 " style="width: 14pt; height: 15pt;"> ) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena t-hitung 1,922 lebih besardari t-tabel 0,1663dan signifikansi 0,58. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena t-hitung 0,062 lebih kecil dari t-tabel 0,1663 dan signifikansi 0951. Customer value berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena nilai t-hitung 3,581 lebih kecil dari t-tabel 0,1663 dan signifikansi 0,001. Studi ini mengidentifikasi bahwa manajemen PT Telkom Semarang harus memberi perhatian terhadap beberapa faktor seperti kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan customer value terhadap pelanggannya agar dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan IndiHome

Abstract

Abstract Employee engagement is a vast construct that touches almost all parts of human resource management facets we know hitherto. If every part of human resources is not addressed in appropriate manner, employees fail to fully engage themselves in their job in the response to such kind of mismanagement. The construct employee engagement is built on the foundation of earlier concepts like job satisfaction, employee commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviour. Though it is related to and encompasses these concepts, employee engagement is broader in scope. Employee engagement is stronger predictor of positive organizational performance clearly showing the two-way relationship between employer and employee ompared to the three earlier constructs: job satisfaction, employee commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. Engaged employees are emotionally attached to their organization and highly involved in their job with a great enthusiasm for the success of their employer, going extra mile beyond the employment contractual agreement. Abstract

Abstract People are the most important resource of a Software Company. Software companies especially have always had to compete for the best and brightest. Facing growing competition for the talent they need, they work harder and longer at keeping their best, developing skills internally, and always on the lookout to attract the best and brightest. The purpose of this paper is to provide an in-depth look into where retailers are succeeding on the talent front – and where they are coming up short. The research design used in this study is descriptive and conceptual framework of this research is based on theoretical and design principles. This paper draws on a survey of 112 organizations to investigate how talent management strategies affect organizational performance in software companies. The findings from this study are talent management practices with a strong focus on business strategy and its alignment with overall business goals. These practices have statistically highly significant impact on corporate profits; one that is greater than that of any other focus of talent management practices. This research paper suggested that the management and individuals need to establish metrics and communicate the impact of the organization’s talent management efforts. Abstract

Abstrak PT. Sinar Sosro merupakan sebuah perusahaan minuman teh siap minum dalam kemasan botol yang pertama di Indonesia dan di dunia. Dari  awal   produk  ini diluncurkan, memang  sudah menjanjikan. Ia menawarkan kategori  baru  yang belum pernah ada di Indonesia, bahkan di seluruh dunia: teh siap  minum dalam kemasan botol. Tagline merupakan bagian dari iklan yang bertujuan agar iklan tersebut mudah diingat oleh konsumen. Tagline (slogan) sebagai susunan kata yang diringkas (biasanya tidak lebih dari 7 kata dan diletakkan mendampingi logo dan mengandung pesan brand yang kuat ditujukan kepada target audience tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penciptaan sebuah tagline perlu disesuaikan dengan citra brand yang hendak dibangun. Salah satu cara untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengenal sebuah merek adalah dengan menggunakan slogan atau tagline, tagline yang kuat akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kekuatan suatu merek.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the difference attitude between Indonesian Chinese and Indonesian Javanese in term of family business successor planning.. Sample used in this researh is came from Javanese and Indonesian Chinese businessman in Semarang. Data retrieval is done by using open-ended questionnaire, and being processed by SPSS ver 19.. The results of the study show that there is a significant difference between Indonesian Javanese and Indonesian Chinese in case of the way they prepare their family business successor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life integration as a new phenomenon in the middle of Covid outbreak in Indonesia toward work exhaustion , and the mediating effect of work life balance. 100 samples recruited in this researh is came from workers with at least two year working experience since Covid outbreak. Data is done with an open-ended questionnaire, which processed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the study show that work life integration and work life balance have significant effect toward work exhaustion. Besides, work life balance is partially mediate between work life integration and work exhaustion. As the practical implication we suggest that employee should build priority activities to prevent two or more activities executed at the same time.
