Abstract

Abstrak. Dewasa ini, perkembangan pendidikan Islam tidak lepas dari sejarah perkembangan agama Islam sendiri. Kebutuhan manusia akan pengetahuan agama yang dapat menuntunnya ke jalan yang benar, terjawab oleh pendidikan melalui kualitas dan pemahaman keagamaannya. Agama Islam merupakan agama yang diwahyukan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, mengandung implikasi kependidikan sebagai rahmat bagi sekalian alam. Hal ini terbukti secara konkrit bahwa Al-Qur`an sebagai mozaik dan konten pendidikan Islam yang berkembang dari masa ke masa dan tidak pernah berubah, baik dari segi isi dan lainnya. Dalam agama Islam, terkandung suatu potensi yang mengacu kepada dua fenomena perkembangan. Pertama, potensi psikologis dan paedagogis yang mempengaruhi manusia untuk menjadi pribadi yang berkualitas bijak dan menyandang derajat mulia melebihi makhluk-makhluk lainya. Kedua, potensi pengembangan kehidupan sebagai khalifah di muka bumi yang dinamis dan kreatif serta responsif terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, baik yang bersifat alamiah maupun ijtimaiyah, dimana Tuhan menjadi potensi sentral perkembangannya.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of learning English at 7-12 years or the basic school level to develop the ability of leraners to learn and improve things in their lives. The ability to understand English vocabularies are very important foundation that must be mastered in learning English, many vocabularies are controlled. It will be more sophisticated using their English. In studying English language vocabulary in children 7-12 years found a lot of basic, appropriate in the price of new vocabulary. Therefore, the author with the teachers in RPTRA Lenteng agung interested in conducting research by using Flash Card media in  effort to improve the understanding of vocabulary. This study aims to determine the role of RPTRA Lenteng Agung in improving the ability of learners in English lessons by using flashcard media in RPTRA Lenteng Agung. The research method used is action research with the following stages: planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. Data processing techniques used in this study are: (1) test, (2) interview, (3). The results of research in the implementation of the first act of learning has not achieved maximum results, this can be done by using media that is done by using flashcard media and there are still learners who feel confused with what instructed tutor that gives the average value obtained by learners in cycle I is 68, with mastery learn about 70%. While in cycle II, the increase with the average average obtained by learners in cycle II is 86, with learning mastery about 100%. Keywords: RPTRA, Flashcard, English Vocabularies

Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah semakin tinggi kinerja kepala sekolah, semakin besar peluang sekolah yang di pimpinnya mencapai tujuan yang di tetapkan. Sayang data penelitian awal menunjukkan masih ada penomena permasalahan pada kinerja kepala sekolah. Karenanya perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menemukan cara – cara meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah. Hasil tahap kualitatif menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel bebas dengan kerja kepala sekolah hubungan antara integritas dengan kerja kepala sekolah (rye=0,739;P<0,05) Keywords:kerja kepala sekolah, integritas

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of dividend policy, managerial ownership, and firm size on earnings growth. This research was conducted in a manufacturing company in the non-primary consumer goods industry sector. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative method approach. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017–2021 period. Samples were collected using purposive sampling method. The amount of data collected is 40 observation data. The data was processed using the Eviews 9 Statistical Program to test the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the F statistic test show that dividend policy, managereial ownership, and firm size affect earnings growth, while the results of the t-test statistic show that partially dividend policy and firm size affect earnings growth, but managerial ownership has no effect on earnings growth.

Abstract

Partners for PKM (Community Service) activities are community groups from RT.03 Pondok Rangon, East Jakarta. There are several problems faced by partners to be used as a background for implementing PKM activities. As for the various problems, they include: 1. Many urban people who live in the RT.003 area do not update their data to the local RT head; 2. Service delays and public complaints due to invalid data; 3. Incomplete complaint and service files; 4. There are other activities of public stakeholders that make them not in place. Therefore, the PKM team offers a solution that forms the basis of the goal to overcome the problems of PKM partners. The main objective of PKM activities is to utilize information technology (google form) to support services and complaints from RT residents. 009 Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The method for implementing PKM activities is online training with reference to the material developed by the PKM Team. Outcomes from PKM activities are: 1. Research Report; 2. Journal Articles; 3. Appropriate technology for the community in the form of improving soft skills; 4. The service process and public complaints are faster and more efficient by utilizing the Google Form.

Abstract

The abacus is a traditional calculating tool from Southeast Asia such as China, Korea, Taiwan and Japan. According to Chen (2009), it is said that the abacus existed in Babylonia and China around 2400 BC and 300 BC. In education in Indonesia in the 1990s the abacus began to enter the form of arithmetic courses, after 700 years of disappearance. The impact of the abacus is amazing, a kindergarten child who masters mathematics can calculate faster than a calculator. The abacus succeeded in attracting the attention of mothers with small children, who then enrolled their children in abacus arithmetic courses. This program is very appropriate for children aged kindergarten to elementary school. The conditions that occurred in RW 01, Gedong Village, the proposing team found that there were still many children who had difficulty using addition, subtraction operations, or using the abacus. Parents don't even understand how to use the abacus in calculating. Maybe this is because there are no parents to teach their children, because the majority of children in RW 01 are from the lower middle class. To overcome the problems mentioned above, the solution offered in this community service is to provide socialization on abacus arithmetic media to parents of children in the RW 01 Gedong Village environment, in order to optimize children's potential, including: increasing the ability to calculate faster, balancing the use of left and right brain and optimizing it to achieve a level of analytical thinking and correct analytical thinking, training concentration thinking power, helping children to master other subjects, developing imagination so that children's creativity develops, and getting used to numbers makes children not I'm afraid of exact lessons

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran pada masa era new normal yakni diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan guru meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dalam mendesain e-didaktik pada proses pembelajaran yang efektif yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa agar bisa paham materi yang disampaikan guru. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini bermitra dengan guru-guru SDN 01 Pagi Setu Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Tercatat 30 orang guru SDN 01 Pagi Setu dari berbagai sekolah yang ada di SDN 01 Setu, Cipayung. Metode yang digunakan service learning, dimana kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan dalam pada tahap pelatihan dengan tatap maya (synchronous) bertempat di SDN 01 Setu, Cipayung dan pendampingan dengan waktu yang berbeda (asynchronous), sehingga bahan ajar yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang baik untuk dapat diaplikasikan di kelas. Hasil PKM berupa seluruh rangkaian kegiatan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Pengetahuan peserta mengenai e-didaktika, etnomatematika dan teknologi dapat digolongkan baik.
