Abstract

This study aims to solve the problem of using a limited inventory of supporting media for learning at SD 096782 Tumorang Huta Dua Tumorang school, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. The limitations of school inventories in the use of instructional media must be distributed to teachers so that they can be used in teaching. Therefore, the difficulty of distributing school inventory was overcome by implementing a decision support system using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. This method uses 6 criteria consisting of: years of service, behavior, performance, attendance, responsibility, and last education. The results of the application of the DSS with the PSI method obtained alternatives that are priority recommendations for school inventory users. The recommendation results obtained from the application of the DSS with the PSI method are Teacher_3 alternative with a final value of 0.8506. The second alternative is Teacher_01 with a final score of 0.8190 and the third alternative is Teacher_07 with a final score of 0.7846.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate a strategy in terms of BUMDes management in the context of improving the economy of the Naga Dolok village, Simalungun Regency. Increasing the community's economy that encourages rural economic development, increasing creativity and improving the community's economy, encouraging the growth and development of the informal sector micro-enterprise, increasing the income and welfare of the village community, increasing the village's original income. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with direct data collection techniques for conducting interviews, observations, and distributing questionnaires. In addition to qualitative analysis, the data collected will be analyzed by SWOT Analysis. The results of this study are expected to provide technical solutions that manage BUMDes so that financial problems can be resolved by the community well and BUMDes in this village can make a good contribution to the community.

Abstract

Financial institutions, both bank and non-bank, which continue to develop in Indonesia will encourage financial institutions to always optimize their marketing activities. One of them is Bank Mandiri in facing competition. One of the strategies of Bank Mandiri is the marketing mix strategy. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Marketing Mix strategy affects the interest of Bank Mandiri KC Pematangsiantar customers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Marketing Mix affects customer interest in Bank Mandiri KC Pematangsiantar. This research is a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive nature using primary and secondary data, in addition to the data collection methods in this study using observation and interview methods, and this method of analysis using quantitative analysis methods. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the application of marketing strategies uses a marketing mix, the products offered are very varied according to the needs of society for the present and the future, then promotion using personal selling, advertising via television, brochures and others. , publicity with exhibition activities, social service. The marketing strategy that has been implemented has been good in increasing customer interest. Respondents in this study were 97 customers. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that, there is a significant positive influence between marketing strategy variables (X) on customer interest (Y) at Bank Mandiri Kc Pematangsiantar, the contribution of the influence of marketing strategy variables (X) on customer interest (Y) coefficient of determination (R2) 0.76 shows that 76% of marketing strategies (X) affect customer interest (Y), while 24% are influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The research objective is community empowerment through training on tilapia fish processing to improve entrepreneurial skills and attitudes for farmer women in Sirungkungon Village. The method to be used in research is through quasi-experiments by integrating a systemic, holistic, interdidpliner and participatory (SHIP) approach. The research activity begins with determining the priority of the problem, followed by an action plan. Recana action taken is an intervention of this research by developing entrepreneurship based on processed tilapia. The independent variable is training in entrepreneurial skills. While the dependent variable is (a) Knowledge processing various fish products and (b) entrepreneurial behavior. The proposer will get data from the public and be analyzed descriptively by finding the percentage of changes made by the paired t test with a significance level of 5% to illustrate the difference in analyzing the knowledge of existing community skills and entrepreneurial behavior. So by doing this research, it will be known the changes in behavior and skills of the peasant women of Sirungkungon Village. Crackers are foods that are very popular with all levels of society.

Abstract

The Influence Of Motivation And Management Of MHRD (Management of Human Resourses Development) to The Performance Of The Distribution Of People's Business Credit (Kredit Usaha Rakyat = KUR) In PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (BNI) Pematangsiantar Branch. This journal : Research Program 2018. The coefficient of motivation gives a value of 0.316 which means that if the motivation is better with the assumption that other variables remain and the Coefficient of Management of Human Resource Development gives a value of 0.343 which means that if the management of MHRD is higher with the assumption that other variables remain then the performance of the Distribution of People's Business Credit in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk , Pematangsiantar Branch will increase. The results showed that both independent variables (Motivation and Management of Human Resource Development) have a positive and significant influence, partially on the dependent variable ( The Performance of Disbursement of People’s Business Credit), Regression calculation results can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained of 0.57. This means 57% variation of variable of performance Distribution of People's Business Credit at BNI Pematangsiantar Branch can be explained by motivation variable, management of MHRD while the rest equal to 43% explained by other variable not submitted in this research. Recommended for institution of BNI Pematangsiantar Branch. In order to improve the performance of the People's Business Credit Distribution need to increase motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation melalui kualitas pelayanan yang ada untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Sebanyak 123 pelanggan dijadikan sample penelitian dan dibagikan kuesioner tertutup dengan indikator kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance dan emphaty. Indikator kepuasan pelanggan yang dijadikan dasar pada penyusunan kuesioner adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, emosional, harga dan kemudahan. Hasil uji korelasi antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,401, kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan 0,358. Hasil regresi linear berganda adalah Y = 9,859 + 0,226X1 + 0,176X2 yang berarti setiap bertambahnya atau meningkatnya 1 satuan harga maka akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,226 kali, dan setiap bertambahnya 1 satuan kualitas pelayanan akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,176 kali. Hasil uji parsial dan simultan menunjukkan harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 20,9%, sedangkan sisanya 79,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain diluar penelitian

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial performance and stock price of PT SIANTAR TOP TBK because many companies are experiencing various obstacles in running their companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial performance is important for business people because it is one of the indicators to find out how the company is. It was found that PT SIANTAR TOP did not experience a high enough impact which can be seen through several ratios which indicate that PT SIANTAR TOP was still able to run its company well even though it experienced a decline in several quarters in 2020. PT SIANTAR TOP's share price was relatively stable which can be seen from data shows that the price of PT SIANTAR TOP is stable at Rp. 8,000 to Rp. 12,000 which shows that investors are still interested in buying PT SIANTAR TOP's shares even though they are during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Engagement dedication SMEs for processed goods such as craft bamboo, chips banana, jam tomato, cranky corn, and so on are employed by the residents of Village Sandpaper Subdistrict Sandpaper Field City Medan, North Sumatra, where this is being done. The purpose of this activity is to teach locals how to use social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. Sales of locally produced goods are expected to increase market share, boost efficiency in marketing, and use other strategies to make the most of already-existing social media platforms that are controlled by residents. These strategies should also improve the quality of goods that are more productive, rather than just sending messages.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a decision support system (DSS) using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method for selecting the best educators at Yayasan Pendidikan Bina Usaha Indonesia (YPBUI). The selection of qualified educators is crucial for creating an effective learning environment, yet the current manual process is prone to bias and inaccuracies. This study involves problem identification, determination of evaluation criteria and weights, data collection on educator performance, and the application of the COPRAS method. The results indicate that the developed DSS provides more objective, transparent, and accurate assessments compared to manual methods. The COPRAS method allows for the proportional integration of various evaluation criteria, resulting in more precise final rankings. The utility calculations show that educators TP04 and TP06 occupy the top positions. With the implementation of this system, YPBUI can enhance performance and service quality in education through a better and more efficient evaluation process.
