Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of E-Puskesmas Services at Community Health Centers in Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency. As for the population of this study were the employees of the Cinta Manis Community Health Center, totaling 12 people. Adhering to the principle of rationality and to support the validity of the research results, the number of samples was determined, namely from employees as many as 12 people from the total population purposively. Types and sources of data collected include primary data, namely data obtained directly from research respondents, while secondary data is a source of data and information as well as information from agencies related to this research. The implementation theory that the writer uses is according to George Edward III. Whereas Implementation is an activity of administrative activities as an institution intended as one of the process activities carried out by administrative units or bureaucratic units. In the approach theorized by Edward III, there are 4 variable indicators that greatly determine the success of implementation, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. To obtain more valid data and information, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations and interviews. This research is in the form of a descriptive survey, namely by drawing a number of samples from the existing population, prioritizing research aids in the form of questionnaires so that the data is expected to be able to answer the desired research. As for the results of the research on how the implementation of E-Puskesmas Services at Community Health Centers in Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency was assessed as "Good Enough".

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Electronic Archiving System and its impact on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province. The background of the study is based on the increasing demand for efficiency and accountability in public institutions, where effective records management plays a strategic role in supporting administrative processes. A qualitative approach with a deductive method was employed to collect and analyze data through observations, interviews, document reviews, and literature studies. The research findings highlight that the application of the electronic archiving system, assessed through indicators such as hardware, software, application networks, and human resources, significantly contributes to improving employee performance. Employees demonstrated improvements in quality, quantity, time management, and collaboration in their daily work activities. Nevertheless, challenges were observed, particularly related to the limited mastery of the SRIKANDI application, data security risks, and the need for continuous technical training. Despite these obstacles, the electronic archiving system has generally enhanced efficiency and facilitated the management of official records. The study concludes that optimizing the system requires strengthening employee competencies, enhancing supervision, and integrating advanced technologies. Thus, the adoption of electronic archiving is not only beneficial for organizational memory preservation but also for promoting better performance and governance within public institutions.

Abstract

Socialization and counseling activities regarding village administrative governance are part of community service activities. The purpose of this socialization and counseling is to improve the ability or quality of the Marga Sungsang Pemdes village apparatus, especially in the field of administrative governance. The method used is socialization and counseling with dialogue or brainstorming techniques. With this activity, the performance and administrative capabilities of village staff and village officials as well as BUMDES managers in Marga Sungsang Village, Banyusin II District, Banyuasin Regency, will increase, so that it will change the traditional way of work into a professional way of working to improve community services.

Abstract

This research audit was conducted to find out the overall protection, management, and conservation efforts that were carried out to provide legal guarantees, maintain sustainability, and expand the results of the participatory developments that were established by PNPM and facilitated by the guarantees). The problem faced by BKAD is that it is a sustainable arrears from the SPP group in iBanyuasin. This research takes up the issue by investigating the role of BKAD in protecting, managing, and preserving the results of the implementation of PNPM in Banyuasin. The qualitative qualitative method was chosen to examine the problem that is being investigated. The research data were collected by means of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data is validated through consistent participation, observation, member checking, and triangulation. The data were analyzed qualitatively, which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The research findings cover three problems. First, BKAD takes safeguards aimed at inventorying SPP assets and properties through discussions. Second, BKAD carries out a management program by restructuring client loans, collaborating with all the teams involved in PNPM. Third, the conservation efforts carried out by BKAD have resulted in sustainable SPP.
