Abstract

Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Livestock Jambi City has an annual activities that help animals to farmers' groups in the city of Jambi. Increasing number of people in the city of Jambi that make farmers' groups and the number of requests for assistance from the livestock farmer groups this causes the admin especially in the Division of Animal always update reports relating to data farmer groups. During the data processing system of cattle are still experiencing delays in the manufacturing process and still report frequent errors. This study aims to build an application system to help livestock farmers' groups, making it easier admin in data processing. The system was designed and built using Delphi 7.0 and MySQL database. Input data is data farmer groups, the data members of farmers and farm assistance data. While the output of the data report farmers, farm aid data reports and reports on the farm population farmer groups in the city of Jambi. The results showed with the construction Application Data Processing and Information Help Livestock Farmers Group data, the data processing and reporting of data help farm and farmer groups becomes easier, faster and data recording errors can be avoided. Abstract

Scholarship is a gift in the form of financial assistance given to individuals, which is intended to be used for the continuation of education pursued. Scholarship is a program of education in all schools and universities both public and private. Similarly, the Faculty of Science and Teaching Tarbiyah State Islamic Institute of Jambi in terms of scholarships are still having trouble because of the criteria used in determi ning the student is more appropriate for the scholarship. This research aims to develop a decision support system providing scholarships to students so that more minimize error correction candidate assessment in receipt of scholarships in order to obtain the assessment process more precise and accurate. This system is built using Borland Delphi 7.0. Input requirement is the student data, student alternative value, the final value of the student and the student's ranking results. If the needs of the process in the form of student data. The need for the output of student data report and report student rankings. The method used in this research is the method Profile Matching. This method outlines a process to compare the actual data values from a profile that will be judged by the value of the expected profile, so that can know the difference competence (also called gap). The results showed that the Decision Support System Profile Matching method can be used as a tool for the faculty in determining a student e ligible to receive a scholarship.

Administrative data processing are things that must be considered in detail. Good data processing goods and other administrative data. Assyifa always crowded. CV. Assyifa encounter obstacles in administrative data processing . During this CV. For that we need a Web programming applications to overcome these problems. With the programming language PHP (Personal Home Page) Hypertext Preprocessor and MySQL will create a Web-based application. PHP is a scripting language that can be implanted or inserted into HTML. PHP can be used to build Web applications. MySQL is a software SQL database management system or DBMS (Data Base Management System). With PHP and MySQL usual Dynamic Duo will be the solution in building management applications Web -based administration. Abstract

Human resources within an enterprise organization is very important to support the progress and quality of a place of business in achieving its objectives. Promotion is a very important factor for employee career planning and also to rejuvenate a proposed positions. Mandiri Jaya Farm is one of the businesses engaged in poultry which until today still find problems in time will determine whether employees eligible or not to be given a promotion because promotion process is currently only based on factors long worked alone and did not see aspects other. This research aims to develop a decision support system of promotion so it minimizes the error correcting candidate assessment process in order to obtain a more precise and accurate assessment. This system is built using the programming language Visual Basic .NET 2008. The need is employee data input, the data position, variable data, data categories, the data niai, and data calculation profile matching. If the needs of the process in the form of employee data. The output of the report need to determine a suitable employee to gain promotion process. The method used in this research is the method Profile Matching. This method outlines a process of comparing the actual data values ​​from a profile that will be judged by the value of the expected profile, so it can be the difference competence (also called gap). The results showed that a decision support system Profile Matching method can be used as a tool for the Mandiri Jaya Farm in determining karyaan eligible to get a promotion.

Abstract

Diabetes or Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar levels over a long period of time. This condition occurs because the body cannot use blood sugar optimally. Diabetes can cause damage to the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is one of the effective and popular classification methods in machine learning. Its advantages are simplicity and ease of implementation, even with small datasets. The application of this algorithm aims to classify diabetes mellitus and can help early detection of the disease based on the symptoms that appear. Consultation services for diabetes at the Klinik Pratama dan Apotek U.K. require several blood sugar tests, such as fasting blood sugar tests, blood sugar tests performed 2 hours after eating, and HbA1c tests. This diagnostic process takes quite a long time. Therefore, the Naïve Bayes method is used as a solution to generate predictions whether the patient is diagnosed positive or negative for diabetes. The application is built using Python programming which makes it easy to help process data. The output of this program model can be a recommendation in making an early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The expected result of this application is that the diagnostic process can be carried out more quickly and efficiently, thus providing significant benefits in diabetes-related health services.

Abstract

Rental Praja is one of the Rental which is engaged in providing car rental services, which experience intense competition with similar rentals. For this reason, this rental is trying to improve the quality of its services so that it is not left by its customers. One effort that can be done so that the data processing process can be done better and get maximum results is by using an Android-based application. This study aims to assist Rental District in providing services to customers and providing car information and car booking transactions. This system is built using PHP Programming Languages ​​and MySQL databases. Inputs from this application are vehicle data, order data, confirmation data, transaction data, and category data. While the output is in the form of transaction data reports, confirmation data reports, order data reports and order details that customers will receive. The results show that this Car Rental Application is expected to be more helpful in Rental Cars especially in Mobile car rental booking transactions.

Abstract

Kwarda Pramuka Office Jambi Province is a scout movement organization in Jambi Province, which has the task of leading and controlling scout movements and scouting activities. But the information system that is used for data service and membership processing is still manual. This study aims to establish a membership data information system so that it is easier to obtain information about membership data services, registration of new members without having to go to the office of Kwarda Pramuka Jambi Province. This system was built based on the web using the Php programming language and MySQL database. Input from this application is activity data, gallery, admin, news, employees, members, and history. While the output is in the form of profiles, member registration and information on activities to be held by the Kwarda Pramuka Jambi Province. The results showed that with the web as a medium of information, the process of processing information data and activity agendas was more easily conveyed to the public such as the Kwartir Branch, Kwartir Branch, Front Cluster and especially Jambi Province Scouts and the general public easily knew some about Kwarda Scout Jambi Province.

Abstract

The Nurdin Hamzah Jambi School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is one of the computer science colleges established in 1992. During this time the data processing of the socialization and promotion of the Nurdin Hamzah Jambi STMIK is still done manually, that is, the socialization and promotion data processing is recorded on paper, and using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software so that the data collection and analysis of information dissemination and promotion process takes a very long time, data errors often occur and data searches are not so fast. The purpose of this research is to build an information system application that can later be used also as a means to process data dissemination and promotion. In making the Executive Information System for Socialization and Promotion used the PHP programming language. As well as using the Database using MYSQL. With the information system of the Executive Socialization and Promotion that was built, it made it easier for the staff of the socialization and promotion of STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi to process the socialization and promotion data effectively and efficiently. By inputting the data of the promotion team, school socialization, school actualization, schedule and budget so as to produce output in the form of a report on the promotion team, school socialization, school actualization, schedule and budget. The existence of the Executive Information System for Socialization and Promotion is expected to improve the performance of the socialization and promotion team at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi.

Abstract

Sumber Battery in checking Accu (battery) of customers is still done manually by using existing battery checking tools and frequent errors in analyzing battery damage. So the results obtained are still ineffective and inefficient, because in the case of the checking process is not right. This makes the customer feel dissatisfied with the results of the checks carried out by the technicians because they often do not match the actual results. Therefore it is necessary to build an expert system in checking Accu (Battery) at the Battery Source Store. In conducting this research using the Forward Chaining method which is a search method or forward tracking technique that starts with existing information and merging rules to produce a conclusion or goal. This expert system was built by inputting checking data, damage type data, and check result data, then carrying out the Forward Chaining process by answering a list of questions to find out the symptoms in Accu damage (Aki), output data in the form of checking reports and solutions. The advantages of reports can be seen in Realtime and minimize the occurrence of human error. So the expected results can help employees in the reporting process to the owner of the Sumber Battery Store.

Abstract

STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi routinely rewards lecturers with the best tridarma performance of tertiary institutions every year. Through this award every lecturer is expected to be motivated to become better and always improve the quality of performance. In carrying out this assessment, STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi formed a special team. The problem faced by this team is the difficulty in determining the decision of lecturers who are chosen to be lecturers with the best tridarma performance with criteria that have subjective or uncertain nature quickly. To overcome these problems, a decision support system was designed for the assessment of lecturers with the best tridarma performance of tertiary institutions using the Weight Product Method (WP). This study aims to build a software application that can help give consideration to decision makers in the selection of lecturers with the best tridarma performance of tertiary institutions at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi using the Weight Product (WP) method. The input needs are in the form of lecturer data, assessment criteria data, sub criteria, tridarma lecturer performance data of lecturers, and criteria weight data. The criteria used cover 3 fields, namely: Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service, which consists of Student Assessment, Peer Lecturer Assessment, Leadership/Management Assessment, Academic Qualification, Research, Journal, Training, Seminar, Community Service Society, and Academic Position. The output produced in the form of a report on the results of the selection assessment, reports in the form of graphics, and reports on the results of the performance evaluation of the three-tier lecturers of tertiary institutions. From the results of the evaluation evaluation of the performance of the tridarma of the lecturer of the Informatics Engineering Study Program in the even semester of the Academic Year 2018/2019, the highest score was obtained on behalf of Lucy Simorangkir, S.Kom, M.Kom. as a lecturer with the best Tridarma tertiary performance.
