Abstract

The Information and Complaints Service Unit (UPIK) is a media for receiving and responding to information or input from the public related to government administration and public services to submit complaints, information and suggestions for the development of government services in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency for the better. The aim is to facilitate the public in notifying or complaining of problems in urban development or government problems and issues related to inadequate public facilities. Because these problems can become obstacles to the progress of a government. During this time the public complaints system in Tanjab Timur Regency still uses sms so that it is less optimal, namely the absence of transparency or openness of information between admin and user. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new system, which is a web-based information service unit and public complaints service system that makes it easy for the public to submit complaints and this system is transparent or there is openness between the admin and user. Input data in the form of fire data, complaint data, attitude violence data, traffic traffic data, critical data, and message data to be processed and the output in the form of fire data reports, complaint data, attitude violence data, and traffic traffic data. By making this information system it is hoped that it can help the people of Tanjab Timur in making complaints or see other information about East Tanjab Regency more easily and transparently and transparently from the admin.

Abstract

Inventory is an activity and effort to provide records of the condition of facilities, items that have a laboratory. For educational institutions that have several laboratories it is very important to record facilities or inventory laboratory equipment and materials for activities, guidelines are obtained for preparing budgets or preparing for activities in the coming year, for example as learning. Muhammadiyah University (UM) is one of the universities in the city of Jambi in processing inventory data using Microsoft Word and there are several obstacles that are encountered, namely it is still difficult to record inventory. By paying attention to and also analyzing the problems faced, it is necessary to build a web-based information system with the aim of helping and making it easier for employees to be more efficient in processing equipment and goods inventory data quickly, accurately, on time, relevant and effectively so as to minimize errors. As small as possible and also optimize the performance of employees in the inventory of tools and goods. System input is in the form of inventory data, equipment and goods data, and transaction data. The data processing consists of the login process, the main menu display process, the inventory data menu display process, the tools and goods data menu display process, the transaction data menu display process, and the exit process. Output data in the form of goods data report. The expected result in this research is to make it easier to check the inventory data for tools and goods quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Along with the increasing needs of companies in managing and processing data for increasingly complex operational activities at this time, of course a data processing and management system is needed that has a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this research is to build a Financial Information System for Palm Oil Production at PT. Mendalo Prima Intiland (MPI). With input requirements from the information system, namely admin data, harvesting employee data, position data, attendance data, harvest data, revenue data, and expenditure data. The form of the process carried out by the system to display the desired results in making process requirements information includes the login process, main menu display, harvesting employee data menu display, position menu display, attendance menu display, harvest menu display, salary menu data display, menu data display receipts and disbursements, as well as the supervisor menu display.The output requirements generated are in the form of information and reports that will be displayed in the form of harvest data reports, attendance data, salary data and salary slip data. This Financial Information System is a way to facilitate office administration in processing data, the expected results of a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL can fix all the shortcomings that exist in the old system.

Abstract

Desa Sumber Mulya is a village located in the North Bahar District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The population continues to grow every year in Desa Sumber Mulya along with the demands of the community both inside the village and outside the village for population administration services which of course demand to switch from a manual data collection system and population administration service to a more advanced administrative service system efficient and effective administrative data collection of its citizens. The purpose of this research is to make the population administration service system better and easier in terms of data processing. The input requirements include population data, social assistance data, and certificate data. The process needs are population data processing, social assistance data processing, and certificate data processing. Meanwhile, the output needs are in the form of population data reports and reports of certificates that have been processed previously. This web-based application is built to assist the Desa Sumber Mulya government in serving the activities of recording births, deaths, marriage certificates, and statements of introduction for family cards, identity cards, temporary resident certificates, residents moving in and out and collecting data on social assistance. So that the expected results in this study are to facilitate the population administration service system so that it is effective and efficient.

Abstract

Tower Bersama Infrastructure,Tbk is a company engaged in providing network tower services. Currently, the process of processing inventory stock maintenance data is still done manually, so it takes a long time and is less accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a Web-based inventory stock maintenance information system, to facilitate the data processing so that it becomes fast, precise and accurate. This information system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The input data needed are stock data, maintenance team data, supplier data, user data, incoming goods and outgoing goods. The process carried out is the process of incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, supplier data, and team data, while the output is in the form of stock data reports, maintenance team data reports, supplier data reports, incoming goods data reports, and outgoing goods data reports. The expected result of this research is to create a web-based inventory information system that can simplify inventory and speed up the process of delivering inventory information.

Abstract

Desa Lubuk Jering is one of the villages in Air Hitam District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. Most of their lives work in the agricultural and business sectors. Recognizing the magnitude of the benefits of currently developing information technology, a web-based system is needed that aims to make it easier for the community to find information in the village at any time, without having to be limited in the working hours of village officials to obtain this information. The input needs are in the form of admin data, year data, official data, pkk data, neighborhood association data, work program data, achievement data, announcement data, activity data, and message data. Process requirements are announcement pages, activity pages and other processes, while output requirements are activity data reports and announcement data reports. With this web-based information system, village communities can more easily get information and can provide advice to the village. So that the expected results by building this system can motivate people to become more familiar with technology and take advantage of technological developments, especially for the village youth.

Abstract

Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is an application that integrates all the main processes of an Education business, into an information system supported by information technology. At the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School NurulKhoir Jambi for the academic system and information delivery still use a manual system, so the delivery of information is rather slow to the public and students, for this reason a new system is needed, namely the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Academic Information System NurulKhoir Web-Based Jambi with php programming language and MySQL database. In building this Web-based Academic Information System, there are several input requirements, namely user data, tuition payment data, news data, educator data, student data, curriculum data, subject data, schedule data, learning method data, registration requirements data. For process needs such as student page processes, educator page processes and other processes. For output needs such as tuition payment data reports, student data reports, and value data reports. With this system, the public can more easily get information and provide advice to the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School NurulKhoir Jambi, and it is hoped that this system will make it easier for the community and students, as well as the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School NurulKhoir Jambi.

Abstract

The smallest government agency at village level is the sub-district office, which is an agency that handles population data processing, especially in the process of making family cards, birth certificates, death certificates, immigrant certificates and moving certificates. In terms of data processing, Kelurahan Solok Sipin still experiences several obstacles, resulting in a long time in making reports. To overcome this, a web-based application is needed to speed up or simplify work and data and provide information more quickly and accurately. This application aims to make it easier for sub-district officials to improve population data collection and reports. The input requirements are admin data, population data, family card data, transfer mutation data, migrant mutation data, and birth event data. For process requirements, namely population data processing, family card data processing, transfer and immigrant mutation data processing, and processing data on birth and death events. The output requirements are population data reports, family card data reports, migration transfer data reports, migrant mutation data reports, and birth event data reports. So the expected results in this research are wide accessibility, no installation required, and updates can be automatic.

Abstract

Tourism is a vital economic sector in Indonesia, including in Jambi City, which contributes significantly to regional income and increasing employment. However, the management of tourist visit data at the Jambi Provincial Culture and Tourism Office is still done manually, making it difficult to obtain accurate information on tourist trends and their preferences. These constraints include the limitations of modern information technology and the lack of application of data analysis methods such as clustering, which hinders the effectiveness of strategic decision making. This study proposes the application of the K-Means clustering method to group tourist visit data based on characteristics such as tourist origin, purpose of visit, and type of destination. The Orange data analysis tool is used to accelerate the analysis and visualization process, resulting in in-depth and strategic insights. With the integration of Orange and Python, data analysis can be more flexible and tailored to needs. This approach is expected to improve the management of tourist visit data, help identify tourist patterns, and support more effective tourism development in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Telanaipura Sector Police is the Republic of Indonesia's Police command structure at the sub-district level in Jambi Province. In the criminal investigation department, the telecommunication sector in processing criminal data is still done manually assisted with Microsoft Word so that the processing of the data has not been properly processed in order to carry out data analysis, evaluation and profiling of data on the increasing number and extent of crime. extensively. The aim of reducing crime rates is that it needs to be built web-based applications and tested using WEKA applications to help process and analyze data using data mining techniques using the decision tree method. In analyzing the data using the age, time, place of occurrence, crime decision tree as an attribute of the case and article theft as a class. In making this prediction application, the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​are used. And using databases using MYSQL and in analyzing using Microsoft Excel and WEKA. The data inputted is in the form of data on the offender, violation data and admin data. The attributes that are inputted in the WEKA application are attributes of age, time, place of occurrence, and crime and articles of violation as a class. The output generated from the WEKA application is in the form of rules or rules from the decision tree while the output generated by the web-based prediction interface results in article violation classes and generates reports on the perpetrator's actions, the number of crimes, crimes per period and per violation article. With the Mining Data Prediction Interface Criminal Classification on the Police of the Jambi Telecommunication Sector Using the Decision Tree Method Can Help the Telanaipura Jambi Sector Police in evaluating and profiling criminal offenders.
