Abstract

Tujuan studi:. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Confirmation & Satisfaction terhadap Percieved Usefulness yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa pada sistem pembelajaran Open Learning. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif, penelitiannya melalui survey kuesioner secara online dan penyebarannya dengan menggunakan platform google form. Sampel yang peneliti peroleh sebanyak 240 orang dan metode pengambilan sempel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling. Untuk teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda serta pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial Confirmation & Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh terhadap Percieved Usefulness. Confirmation & Satisfaction secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Percieved Usefulness. Manfaat: Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi penulis agar dapat menambah wawasan, dan bagi pengelola Open Learning untuk melakukan perkembangan guna mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Usefulness dan Curiosity terhadap Continuance Intention mahasiswa pada sistem pembelajaran Open Learning. Metodologi: Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur yang berjumlah kurang lebih 890 orang. Sampel adalah 240 mahasiswa prodi manajemen universitas Muhammadiyah yang direkrut dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji t dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Perceived Usefulness diperoleh nilai t hitung 2,459 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 (0,015< 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai sebesar 0,136 yang berarti PerceivedUsefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention mahasiswa pada sistem pembelajaran OpenLearning. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Curiosity diperoleh nilai t hitung 6,447 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai sebesar 0,241 yang berarti Curiosity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention mahasiswa pada sistem pembelajaran Open Learning. Manfaat: Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan untuk pengembangan serta pendalaman ilmu pengetahuan khususnya bagi pengelola Open Learning. Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa menjadi rujukan untuk pengembangan yang lebih baik lagi terhadap segala sistem pembelajaran yang ada pada Open Learning sehingga memberikan layanan yang lebih nyaman dan kemudahan proses pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif pada masa pandemi seperti sekarang, atau pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tujuan studi:Untuk mengetahui pengaruh satisfaction dan attitude terhadap continuance intention mahasiswa pada sistem pembelajaran open learning. Metodologi: Dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada responden yang kemudian hasilnya diuji menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil:Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hanya satisfaction yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Sedangkan attitude memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Manfaat:Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran keputusanstrategi agar metode pembelajaran open learning dapat lebih meningkatkan efektivitas dan memberikan manfaat yang sesuai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove perceived brand awareness and health consciousness and product variety on repurchase intention through purchase intention and purchase decision on Ultra Milk consumers in Samarinda. This study used a questionnaire with a sample of 145 Ultra Milk consumers in Samarinda. This research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis which is processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23 software. this research uses a method or approach that has been determined by distributing a sample questionnaire of 145 Ultra Milk consumers in Samarinda, sampling using the accidental random sampling technique. By conducting instruments, namely validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests such as normality tests and multicollinearity tests, then estimation tests and structural model fit tests are carried out. Based on the structural model, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables perceived value, brand awareness, health consciousness and product variety to purchase intention; purchase value, product variety, purchase intention to purchase decision; purchase decisions and products variety to repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of Lifestyle and Self-Concept on Brand Loyalty, using iPhone users in Samarinda as the study subjects. The variables examined include Lifestyle (independent variable), Self-Concept (independent variable), and Brand Loyalty (dependent variable). The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, which allows for the collection of structured data. The sample consists of 99 respondents who are users of the iPhone brand. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure respondents’ perceptions. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application. This study aims to provide deeper insights into brand loyalty in relation to the lifestyle and self-concept of iPhone users in Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and streamer expertise on consumer purchase intention among TikTok users in Samarinda City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 102 respondents who were active TikTok live users. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using a 1–6 Likert scale. The data were analyzed with the aid of SPSS version 26.0, through a series of statistical tests including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) to ensure regression assumptions were met, and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression, partial, simultaneous, and coefficient of determination tests). The results showed that both trust and streamer expertise have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the higher the level of trust and expertise possessed by the streamer, the greater the consumer’s tendency to make a purchase. The implications of this research may serve as a strategic reference for business practitioners in utilizing the TikTok live feature as an effective digital marketing medium tailored to the characteristics of local consumers.

Abstract

Cokelat Harapan was established as a solution to increase cocoa consumption and empower cocoa farmers in Indonesia, particularly in Samarinda and Blitar. The enterprise focuses on developing ready-to-drink chocolate beverages in various flavors, utilizing local cocoa to support the local economy. Through collaborations with farmers and chocolate production companies, Cokelat Harapan aims to become a chocolate retail company with a focus on research and development. Its primary mission is to empower cocoa farmers by providing them with a share of the profit not only from cocoa purchases but also from the utilization of cocoa sold back to the market.
