Abstract

This study focused on Songkok Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Gresik Regency, to examine the effect of human capital on market orientation, effect of human capital on performance MSME, and effect of merket orientation on performance MSME. This study processed primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 163 MSME. The research sample was selected using probability sampling method. This study uses a cluster sampling method involving 163 respondents and uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tools with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that human capital affect market orientation, human capital affect performance MSME, dan market orientation affect performance MSME.

Abstract

Motivation is an impulse that can move a person to carry out any activity, whether originating from himself or from outside, in order to achieve the goals that have been set. This research aims to describe the work motivation of PT Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi Madiun employees. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive; this method explains the situation to be researched with the support of a literature study so that it further strengthens the researcher's analysis in making a conclusion. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi, with a sample size of 86 respondents. The data processing technique uses Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The indicators used in the motivation variable are physical needs, safety and health needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. The results obtained show that employee work motivation is categorized at a medium level with a percentage of 73%. The order of application of employee motivation at PT Bumi Pembangunan after conducting research is safety and health needs, self-actualization needs, social needs, physical needs, and finally the need for appreciation. The need for appreciation for PT Bumi Pembangunan employees needs to receive attention from management. This is necessary to maintain and appreciate the work efforts of employees within the company so as to encourage employee morale.

Abstract

The development of content marketing in companies focuses on the production and distribution of relevant content. This development aims to attract social media users to follow the activities of PT Berniaga Sinergi Nusantara Madiun, fostering a more positive relationship between the company and potential customers while expanding the company’s reach and influence on the Instagram platform. The purpose of this study is to identify the content and writing style used on the Instagram account of PT Berniaga Sinergi Nusantara Madiun. This analysis aims to understand the aspects that need improvement to make the produced content more effective in capturing the attention of potential customers.The method employed in this research is Research and Development (R&D), which involves stages such as data collection, planning, product development, design validation, product revision, and product testing. The process is expected to result in Instagram content that is relevant and consistent, designed to attract the attention of the targeted customers. The findings indicate that after the content marketing development, Instagram insights showed an increase, with 53.9% of the audience being followers and 46.1% being non-followers. These results demonstrate that the development of content marketing has a significant impact on PT Berniaga Sinergi Nusantara Madiun

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam program kerja Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dari masyarakat setempat untuk membangun suatu usaha yang mengakibatkan sulitnya perputaran ekonomi, rendahnya pemanfaatan Ilmu Pengetahuan Teknologi (IPTEK) yang menyebabkan warga setempat mengalami lambatnya mengikuti perkembangan teknologi saat ini, dan pemberdayaan manusia di desa setempat masih kurang memperkenalkan kepada khalayak luas mengenai produk yang dihasilkan dari UMKM, sehingga diperlukan suatu program kerja untuk menangani kendalan perekonomian terutama UMKM dengan menyelenggarakan sosialisasi dengan tema “Meningkatkan Potensi Ekonomi Kreatif dalam UMKM di Kelurahan Kadipaten, Babadan, Ponorogo”. Program kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa setempat. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan berkoordinasi dengan pihak aparatur desa setempat dilanjutkan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap program yang sudah dilaksanakan. Adapun output yang diharapkan nantinya dari program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi bersama dengan pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Kadipaten, Babadan, Ponorogo. Dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan dapat menangani kendala yang ada Kelurahan Kadipaten, Babadan, Ponorogo, sehingga dapat menjadi desa yang maju dan sejahtera.

Abstract

In the current digital era, information is readily available using digital technology. Economic activities are also facilitated by the digital economy. E-commerce is one such digital economic activity. The growth trend of e-commerce continues to increase annually. This expansion is driven by the emergence of various online buying and selling sites or marketplaces, which positively influence the high level of internet usage and spur the development of e-commerce in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the influence of advertising and online trust on marketplace purchase decisions. It also aims to examine how online advertising and trust in marketplaces influence Gen Z's repurchase intentions. The study used a quantitative method, as an explanatory research within a field survey. The sample size was 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software. PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method that is superior to other SEM techniques. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions. Further research indicates that trust has a positive and significant effect on both purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions. In this study, purchasing decisions also showed a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

Career decision-making is an important stage for students, specifically the process of making career decisions that is realized through the selection of companies and job positions. To make an optimal selection, many aspects are involved or influence the decision, both internal and external factors. Career decision-making should also align with the abilities possessed by the students themselves. One of the factors that can influence the decisiveness of students' career decisions from the individual perspective is Self-Efficacy, while from the environmental perspective, one of the factors is Social Support. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which social support and self-efficacy in job search influence the development of Career Adaptability in final-year students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all university students in the city of Madiun. The sample was taken using purposive sampling based on the population criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression with SPSS software
