Abstract

The use of problem based learning (PBL) to improve critical thinking skills and Indonesian language skills, to improve students' critical thinking skills, problem based learning (PBL) is the right learning model to use. The purpose of problem-based learning is to find out how problem-based learning can help students in improving their critical thinking and language skills. The subject in this study focuses on how students' Indonesian language skills. Data collection techniques are done by observation and finding references from various research journals. The research method used in this study is quantitative method, quantitative research to try to find out how effective PBL is in improving certain skills, such as critical thinking and Indonesian language skills. PBL model can serve as a useful tool to improve students' critical thinking and Indonesian language skills.

Abstract

This article discusses strategies for using technology, especially e-learning, to support Indonesian language learning. With advances in information and communication technology, e-learning has become a potential approach to the learning process in various fields, including Indonesian. This research outlines various strategies that can be applied in the use of e-learning to increase the effectiveness of Indonesian language learning. Various aspects discussed include the use of e-learning platforms, appropriate learning design, multimedia integration, interactivity, and learning assessment. This article also presents case studies or examples of the use of e-learning technology in the context of Indonesian language learning. In conclusion, the integration of e-learning technology with Indonesian language learning has great potential to increase learning motivation, student engagement and learning outcomes. This means that this approach can be an effective means of enriching and expanding the Indonesian language learning experience in the current digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the LIPIRTUP strategy on the short story writing skills of class VII students at SMPN 24 Medan. The method used in this research is the one-group pre-test post-test design experimental method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the "t" test. The data obtained showed that students' skills in writing short stories before using the LIPIRTUP strategy were in the sufficient category with an average score of 65.90, while students' skills in writing short stories after using the LIPIRTUP strategy were in the moderate category. good with an average value of 73.45. Hypothesis testing shows tcount > ttable, namely 3.99470 > 1.69913, so the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the LIPIRTUP strategy on the short story writing skills of class VII students at SMPN 24 Medan.
