Abstract

Abstrak             Pola tingkah laku pegawai merupakan dampak dari seorang pemimpin, maka dari itu diduga penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD berdampak pada kedisiplinan pegawai yang masih belum sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi kerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD yang masih belum optimal dirasa berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, karena dapat menghambat pada kepentingan pelaksanaan tugas, pelaksanaan hubungan kerjasama, dan pada kepentingan hasil yang dicapai dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara langsung dalam penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat kedisiplinan pegawai dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung kedisiplinan pegawai UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, metode ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data: studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya Kabupaten Majalengka, dengan informan Kepala UPTD dan beberapapegawai. Hasil penelitian: 1) Penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya yang bertipe kepemimpinan paternalistik belum optimal dengan situasi dan kondisi sehingga menyebabkan dampak yang kurang baik bagi disiplin kerja pegawai, 2) Faktor penghambat kedisiplinan pegawai UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya yang disebabkan dari pemimpinnya yang kurang menindaklanjuti dalam menegaskan peraturan yang ada, dan 3) Faktor pendukung kedisiplinan pegawai UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya terdapat peraturan tata tertib kantor dan peraturan pemerintah tentang disiplin PNS sebagai pedoman dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Research by the author of " Influence Motivation By Camats Against Employee Job Performance in the District Head Office Gunung Jati Cirebon " begins with the discovery of a problem that is not achieving optimal performance of the employees allegedly due to lack of motivation by the sub-district . The method used is the survey method , the quantitative descriptive analysis techniques . Methods of survey research that is done on a large or small population , but the data are studied data from samples taken from the population . So the effect is found between variables . While the quantitative descriptive analysis techniques , namely the analysis of research data using statistical tests of non - parametik by using the formula " Spearman rank correlation coefficient " . Sample collection technique that I use is the saturation sampling , which takes all the population to dijadikam sample . Total population is as much as 16 employees . The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows : " Motivation by sub-district and a significant positive effect on work performance of employees in the District Head Office Gunung Jati Cirebon " . The statistical hypothesis is as follows : Ho ( null hypothesis ) = rs rs ≤ Calculate Table ( no positive and significant relationship between the sub-district Motivation Employee Job Performance ) . Ha ( Alternative Hypothesis ) = rs rs Calculate ˃ table ( there is a positive and significant relationship between the sub-district Motivation Employee Job Performance ) . Based on this research, it turns out that the motivation variable is not optimal , it is visible from a total score of 602 or a percentage of 62.708 % at pretty good levels . Then also less variable performance is achieved , it is seen from the total score of 300 or a percentage of 62.5 % had a level good enough . The authors propose the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha accepted rs Calculate the value of both variables at 0.807 and 0.425 Table rs value was significant.

Abstract

he title of the study is: "Discipline Policy Implementation Working Civil Harjamukti InCirebon City Village". The research was conducted with the aim to describe theimplementation of the policy discipline of civil servants working in the VillageHarjamukti Cirebon. The background of this research is the low labor discipline of civilservants in the Village Harjamukti Cirebon, it is evident from the lack of understandingof the civil servants of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 Concerning Discipline ofCivil Servants. This study aimed to determine the extent of policy discipline of civilservants working in the Village Harjamukti Cirebon city and what are the barriers thatexist in implementing the policy of labor discipline civil servants. The method I used isdescriptive qualitative methods, the research took place in the Village HarjamuktiCirebon, while the informants in this study were all civil servants ranging from villageheads, secretaries, Kasie and executive staff in the Village Harjamukti Cirebon. In theresearch results that work discipline has not been done optimally, seen from the factor ofcommunication where there are employees who do not understand the informationprovided by the village chief and still there are employees who do not follow brefingstaff, sources of factors are considered less where employees have less kehlian and skillsin their respective fields and there are employees with disabilities to operate a computer,and the disposition of the factors considered sufficient but not optimal where Ward hasprovided motivation but there are lazy employees and delaying the work, of the factorstructure of bureaucracy feels pretty good where the employee has to understand andexecute the existing working procedures and duties in accordance with their respectivefields.The theory of policy implementation that is used is the theory of Edward III, whichconsists of 4 factors: 1. Abstract

Research by the author is the influence of communication on building permit (IMB) by unifiedlicensing offices (KPPT) for community participation in the management of the manufactureof building permit (IMB) in the city of Cirebon. The problem is that the writer suggestedparticipation in the manufacture of building permit (IMB) in the city of Cirebon less thanoptimal, the problem is suspected in non optimal result from the implementation of thecommunication by the unified licensing offices (KPPT) Cirebon. The research questionajuakan writer is, is there any influence by the office of the communication servicesintegrated permitting (KPPT) for community participation in the management ofmanufacturing IMB The method I used is quantitative (survey) The hypothesis that theauthors propose is as follows. "There is a positive and significant correlation betweencommunication by KPPT Cirebon terhapat community participation in the management of themanufacture of building permit (IMB) in the city of Cirebon". From the hypothesis can beformulated statistical hypothesis as follows:Ho (Null Hypothesis): rs count <of rs table, then the formulation of the problem is:"There is no positive and significant impact on the communication between the effect ofbuilding permit (IMB) by unified licensing offices (KPPT) on public participation in themanagement of the manufacture of building permit (IMB) in the city of Cirebon. Ha(Alternative Hypothesis): count rs> rs of the table, then the formulation of the problem is:"There is a positive and significant correlation between the influence of communication onbuilding permit (IMB) by unified licensing offices (KPPT) for community participation in themanagement of the manufacture of building permit (IMB) in the city of Cirebon.". In thisstudy obtained results that the communication made by KPPT good enough sufficient, but notoptimal segaimana seen from the successful implementation of the communication reached62.0% with a total score of 3019, while the participation of the community has been prettygood but not optimal, as the percentage is 60.9 % with a total score of 3702 Implementationof the communication by the close KPPT have an influence on public participation in themanagement of the manufacture of building permit (IMB) in the city of Cirebon. calculate thevalue of rs rs tables 0.220 0.642 sedangakan. Since rs rs count is greater than the table, thenthere is a positive and significant correlation between communication by KPPT influencepeople's participation in the management of the manufacture of building permit (IMB) in thecity of Cirebon. Thus, the authors propose a hypothesis that can be tested and accepted

Abstract

ABSTRACT Corporate social responsibility or social responsibility has now become an essential part of running a business enterprise. The role of a Public Relations practioners in this case to determine important aspect in the successful delivery of messages to the target audience, the aims of this Research “Communicatio Strategy Corporate Social Responsibility in Improving Corporate Image PT. Cirebon Electric Power” are: (1) To know the communication strategy use to PT. Cirebon Electric Power is currently conductingCorporate Social Responsibility, (2) To know a Public Relations strategy in improving the company’s image, (3) To know the corporate image of PT. Cirebon Electric Power in the public, (4) To know any obtacles encountered in conveying the message. Researcher used qualitative research methods with descriptive approach. Researcher directly to the field, conducting interviews and acting as observers, to get the data and arguments wich are then processed through a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that: (1) The communication strategy for implementing Corporate Social Responsibility first PT. Cirebon Electric Power did social mapping, research study and adjust to the propriety of the EIA/ environmental management framework, consultation in the village forum, involving the village and local community leader, (2) Strategic Public Relations is done through a series of activities especially Corporate Social Responsibility, philanthropy and gathering to establish communication tehnuiques used and the use of media as a a means of wider dissemination of information, (3) With a range of CSR activities and corporate strategy which has been very well reseived and get an impression, of course assessment and positive image of the community, (4) communication barrier experienced by PT. Cirebon Electric Power, among the negative perception the public about the impact of a power plant construction. However, these obstacles can be overcome through persuasive approach and program of CSR activities.  Keywords: Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Image

Abstract

” Analisis Komunikasi Antarpersonal Manager On Duty (MOD) Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Cutomer” (Study Deskriptif Komunkasi Antarpersonal yang Dilakukan MOD KFC Kartini Cirebon). Komunikasi berfungsi sebagai penyampaian pesan terhadap komunikator dan komunikan, selain itu juga menjadi media marketing bagi sebuah bidang jasa. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis komunikasi antarpersonal di sebuah perusahaan waralaba dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, analisis data dan triangulas data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1. Mengetahui pelaksanaan komunikasi yang dilakukan 2. Hambatan- hambatan pelaksanaan 3. Kualitas jasa pelaksanan yang dilakukan oleh Manager On Duty. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tiga bulan di Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Kartini kota Cirebon dengan analisis dan mengamati pelaksanaan pola komunikasi yang dilakukan manager on duty. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan komunikasi dilakukan pada low seasion dan peak season, hambatan yang ditemui yaitu pola jadwal yang tidak sesuai. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi antar personal, Kepuasan customer
