Abstract

Pertumbuhan penggunaan internet dari tahun ke tahun selalu meningkat di berbagai media terutama di media online. SMA Windu wacana sangar peduli pada pendidkan seringkali memposting dan memotivasi siswanya untuk peduli pendidikan terlebih lagi literasi media. Sebagai tindakan prepentif bagi Siswa mengenai nilai dan etika berkomunikasi untuk menjaga nama baik dan almamaternya dengan melakukan ceramah melakukan pengenalan, evaluasi dan studi kasus dalam postingan mereka di media sosial. Remaja SMA Windu Wacana sebagai peserta mereka mengatakan bahwa mereka menjadi lebih mengetahui tentang komunikasi, lebih mengetahui tata cara berkomunikasi dan lebih bijak menggunakan komunikasi karena seperti pada materi sosialisasi bahwa banyak informasi berada di media digital membuat seseorang sulit menentukan informasi yang benar dan tidak benar serta upload informasi maupun foto harus bagus dan baik dan menjaga sopan santun. Peserta sosialisasi bertambah pengetahuannya dan dapat menyimak serta menjelaskan kembali bahkan mampu menganalisis dan memaknai tentang materi yang disampaikan. Literasi media sosial diantara mereka sudah mulai tertatam berdasarkan wawasan dan pengalaman yang mereka alami. Mereka memiliki kesadaran dan ikut berupaya dalam melakukan etika komunikasi di media sosial dengan mendeskripsikan upaya dan cara yang harus mereka lakukan. Mereka menggunakan media sosial untuk kebutuhan akan informasi, wawasan serta mereka dalam mengposting informasi dan gambar dipertimbangkan dari aspek etika dan nilai manfaatnya, bahkan mereka menerima saran untuk mengikuti Akun yang ada kaitannya dengan hobby, promosi dan lainnya sehingga mereka dapat menjadi rujukan untuk beretika komunikasi dalam menggunakan media sosial karena semua siswa dan guru yang mengikuti sosialisasi memiliki media sosial dan peningkatan keberdayaan mitra sesuai permasalahan yang dihadapi

Abstract

Abstrak             Pola tingkah laku pegawai merupakan dampak dari seorang pemimpin, maka dari itu diduga penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD berdampak pada kedisiplinan pegawai yang masih belum sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi kerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD yang masih belum optimal dirasa berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, karena dapat menghambat pada kepentingan pelaksanaan tugas, pelaksanaan hubungan kerjasama, dan pada kepentingan hasil yang dicapai dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara langsung dalam penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat kedisiplinan pegawai dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung kedisiplinan pegawai UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, metode ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data: studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya Kabupaten Majalengka, dengan informan Kepala UPTD dan beberapapegawai. Hasil penelitian: 1) Penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya yang bertipe kepemimpinan paternalistik belum optimal dengan situasi dan kondisi sehingga menyebabkan dampak yang kurang baik bagi disiplin kerja pegawai, 2) Faktor penghambat kedisiplinan pegawai UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya yang disebabkan dari pemimpinnya yang kurang menindaklanjuti dalam menegaskan peraturan yang ada, dan 3) Faktor pendukung kedisiplinan pegawai UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Sumberjaya terdapat peraturan tata tertib kantor dan peraturan pemerintah tentang disiplin PNS sebagai pedoman dalam bekerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The modern market is not much different from the traditional market, but the market of this type of seller and buyer does not transact directly but the buyer sees the price tag listed in the barcode, is in the building and the service is self-service or serviced by the sales clerk. Items sold, other than foodstuffs such as food; fruit, vegetables, meat; most of the other items sold are goods that can last a long time. Examples of modern markets are hypermarts, supermarkets (supermarkets), and minimarkets. Modern markets in this sense, including minimarkets, supermarkets, hypermarkets. Most of the owners of this modern market are big businessmen. It is undeniable that the existence of modern markets has now become the demands of the consequences of a thriving lifestyle in our society. Modern market is not only a place to shop but also other activities, such as just a walk, hang out with friends and family.This writing aims to describe Implementation Policy Service License Market Modern Business in Cirebon City, Case Study in Kecamatan Kesambi. The background does this writing because in this case it is the other side that the implemented policy implementation has not run optimally.This writing is directed to know the extent to which the implementation of policies on the development and licensing of modern markets by the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperative Micro Small Medium Enterprises Cirebon City, and the Investment Board and Licensing Services Cirebon City in a case study in Kecamatan Kesambi, and factors anything that affects the implementation.The writing method used is using qualitative method through descriptive approach, by taking the location of writing at Department of Industry, Trade, and Cooperative Micro Small Medium Enterprises of Cirebon City, and Capital Investment and Licensing Service of Cirebon City in case study in Kecamatan Kesambi, Key informants in this paper are the Head of Industry, Domestic Trade and Economic Section, Kecamatan Development of Kesambi and then informants supporting the Staff of Industry Sector, Domestic Trade of Cirebon City, Head of the Cirebon City Licensing Service, Head of Kesambi sub-district, Kesambi Community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research that the writer did was the Effect of Motivation by the Head of the Agency on Employee Productivity at the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. The research method that I do is a quantitative research method, which starts with data collection, data interpretation, until the results of the research use numbers.The problem that the author pointed out is that the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics has not been maximized, it is suspected that the problem is caused by the lack of optimal motivation implementation by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency.The research question that the writer proposes is the influence of motivation by the head of the body on employee work productivity. The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows: "It is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency."From this hypothesis a statistical hypothesis can be formulated, namely: H0 (Zero Hypothesis): rs count <from rs table, then the formulation of the problem is: "There is no positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on employee work productivity at the Cirebon Regency Statistics Agency. "and Ha (Alternative hypothesis): rs count> rs table, then the formulation of the problem is:" There are a positive influence and significant correlation between motivation by the head of the agency to work productivity of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Cirebon."In the study showed that the results the motivation made by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics was good enough, but it was not optimal as seen from the successful implementation of motivation which reached 60.6% with a total score of 1637, and employee work productivity was good enough but not optimal as reaching 59.5% with a total score of 1740.The implementation of motivation by the head of the agency has a close influence on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency with a value of rs calculated 0.805 and when compared with rs table with a 5% precision of 0.248. Because the RS calculated is greater than rs table, there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency. Thus H0 (Zero Hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In village communities, participatory planning is a very important instrument. Because participatory planning which is one of the series of development trips mentioned above is the first stage that is crucial for the success of the development process, especially in the village.In the Holy Village Mundu District Cirebon District., there is a problem that is not yet fully visible in the implementation of participatory planning and optimization of its activities. Then it is generally found that during this time the level of community participation in development planning is lacking, In Suci village lack of public facilities and less optimal physical development in progress.This research was conducted with the aim to know the Implementation of Participatory Planning in Physical Development in the Holy Village Mundu District Cirebon District. The research method used is Qualilative research method. In this study, the author tries to describe the Implementation of Participatory Planning in Physical Development in the Holy Village Mundu District Cirebon District.The results of research on the implementation of participatory planning in physical development in the holy village of mundu district of Cirebon district are seen from the dimensions of communication gap, the material composed, the scope of the main idea of the implementation of activities, the role of the community, the detailed objectives in the planning, the motivation of community leaders, social gain legitimacy from community component which not yet fully optimal, need to be improved again participative planning until the end, due to lack of ideas channeled and busyness of citizen of Suci Village Mundu Sub-district of Cirebon Regency and other inhibiting factors. Therefore, efforts should be made in improving the level of participation in the Suci Village District Mundu Cirebon regency.

Abstract

Peneliti dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan, obeservasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dikantor kecamatan gebang kabupaten Cirebon. Informan kunci Camat kecamatan gebang kabupaten Cirebon dan informan pendukung yaitu Kepala desa dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pelayana pembuatan surat keterangan tidak mampu di Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Cirebon belum optimal karena masih masyarakat yang mengeluh dengan orang yang mampu bisa mendapatkan bantuan (beasiswa) sedangkan orang yang tidak mampu tidak mendapatkannya, sehingga sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak tepat sasaran,dalam faktor yang menghambat dalam pembuatan surat keterangan tidak mampu sudah cukup baik dalam pelayanannya namun lebih di teliti kedepannya, hambata-hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelayanan dikecamatan gebang kabupaten Cirebon diantaranya Masih belum adanya suatu keseimbangan antara jumlah pegawai dengan beban kerjanya, keterbatasan alat/computer dan belum tepat sasaran. Upaya yang dilakukan yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan yaitu menertibkan pedoman pelayanan dan menambahkan alat pencetak surat keterangan tidak mampu.Kata Kunci: Koordinasi, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study entitled "Study of Education Policy and Training Studies in an Effort to Improve Employee Performance in the Civil Service Agency and Training Education in Cirebon City (Case Study of Technical Training)". The title was raised because the employee's performance was caused by the lack of optimal implementation of education and training program policies, therefore it was suspected that the implementation of education and training program had an impact on employee performance which was still not optimal in accordance with the targets achieved. The implementation of Education and Training Policies that are still not optimal is felt to affect the performance of employees, because it can hamper the interests of the implementation of duties, the implementation of cooperative relationships, and the interests of the results achieved in the organization. This study aims to find out directly in the implementation of education and training programs in improving employee performance, to determine the inhibiting factors of employee performance at the Cirebon City Personnel Training and Education Agency. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods, this method uses data collection techniques: library studies, interviews, observation, documentation. The study was conducted at the Cirebon City Personnel and Education Training Agency, with Secretary informants and other employee. The results of the study: 1) the implementation of education and training programs is not optimal with the existing policies that cause adverse impacts on employee performance, 2) The inhibiting factors of the implementation of education and training policies are due to the quality of human resources that are not optimal, and 3) supporting factors the implementation of education and training policies has the capability of the implementing apparatus and the Civil Service Standard Operating Procedure as a guide in working.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pengelolaan arsip dalam organisasi atau perusahaan sangat penting dalam menunjang kegiatan administrasi demi kelangsungan suatu organisasi, dalam Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomer 43 tahun 2009 tentang kearsipan, dijelaskan bahwa arsip adalah rekaman kegiatan atau peristiwa dalam berbagai bentuk dan media sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dibuat dan diterima oleh lembaga negara, pemerintah daerah,lembaga pendidikan,perusahaan,organisasi,politik,organisasi kemasyarakatan, dan perseorangan dalam melaksanakn kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Pengelolaan kearsipan terbagi menjadi: arsip dinamis, arsip statis, di dalam pengelolaan kearsipan perlu adanya sumber daya manusia dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana, akan tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak instansi-instansi atau organisasi yang masih mempunyai permasalah mengenai kearsipan dikarenakan pengelolaan kearsipannya tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang dinilai menghambat pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini diberi judul “Pengelolaan Sistem Kearsipan Pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Cirebon”

Abstract

The research that the author has done is about the leadership of the Head of Culture and Tourism Department in the Development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency. Based on the observations made by the author, there are symptoms of problems in the development of tourist destinations for the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site in Depok District, Cirebon Regency, that is the less optimal development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site carried out by the Cirebon Regency Culture and Tourism Department. Based on these problems, there is an identification of the problem, such as How the Role of the Culture and Tourist Department Leadership in the development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourism Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency, what are the obstacles to the role of the Culture and Tourism Department Leadership in the Development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District Cirebon Regency and what efforts are made to overcome obstacles in the Leadership of the Head of the Culture and Tourism Department in the development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency. The purpose of the research that the authors do is to find out how the leadership of the Head of the Culture and Tourism Department in the development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency and what factors influence the development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method which is descriptive in nature. The research that the author does is to explore, find and explain the leadership of the Head of the Culture and Tourism Department in developing the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency. The results of the leadership research of the Head of the Culture and Tourism Department in the development of the Nyi Mas Gandasari Site Tourist Destination in Depok District, Cirebon Regency, are that the development of cultural heritage in Cirebon Regency is not yet optimal and does not have a legal umbrella related to the preservation of cultural heritage in Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

The research focuses on describing the implementation of the policy of developing and empowering social communication institutions of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict, Cirebon City. In relation to the policy implementation, questions of the research are: (1) how the policy of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict is implemented, (2) what factors support and inhibit the policy implementation in Kejaksan Subdistrict, and (3) what efforts are conducted to develop and to empower the social communication institutions of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict. Method of the research is descriptive-qualitative. Data of the research are collected through observation and interviews. Results of the research indicate that the community information groups can be the facilitator for the community, the partner of the local government, the aspiration and information channel for the community. The implementation of the government policy of developing and empowering social communication institutions of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict finds another dimension, namely the importance of budget and fund and monitoring, in addition to the factors of policy implementation used as an approach of the research.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Community Information Group, Social Communication, Empowerment.
