Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cross-sectional capacity of the Sigulung river, Kec. Brebes based on hydrological and hydraulic analysis using the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 program. Hydrological calculations were carried out using rain data obtained from the Water Resources Management Office (PSDA) and Spatial Planning of Brebes Regency from 2009-2018. After calculating with several kinds of distribution methods, it is concluded that the appropriate distribution method used in this research is the log normal distribution. Then from the results of the distribution calculation, the distribution of rainfall at the return period is 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 25 years, 50 years, and 100 years. There are several calculation methods in calculating the planned debit. The rational method was chosen because it produces the highest discharge compared to other calculation methods. This discharge will be input for hydrological analysis into the channel model in the HEC-RAS program which is then observed so that the output of the model obtains a cross-sectional and longitudinal cross-sectional view of the flow in the channel model and it is known at what time the channel discharge causes flooding. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that at the 25-year return period, the distribution of rainfall reaches 377.97 mm/hour with a planned discharge of 31.29 m3/second. And on this 25th anniversary, the cross-sectional capacity of the river can still accommodate it.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is one of the programs that must be implemented in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) during construction development in order to protect workers from work accidents that can interfere with workers' activities. Kalisapu permai housing construction needs to be analyzed regarding K3 in order to find out how the implementation of the occupational safety and health (K3) program is adequate, the relationship of variables that can affect K3 to the implementation of the K3 program in the housing construction, and what variables are very influential in the construction. The method used is descriptive hypothesis, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, relative contribution. The results of this test show that the implementation of the occupational safety and health (K3) program in kalisapu permai housing construction is classified as good. The relationship between variables that can affect K3 can be made in the equation Y = 5.732 + 0.05 X1 + 0.11 X2 + 0.46 X3, with variables X1 Management Policy, X2 machinery and work equipment. X3 personal protective equipment shows that the implementation of OHS (Y) can be influenced by these three variables. The magnitude of the variable influence obtained from the F test with a correlation value of 0.66 indicates a strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 44.44%. While the most influential variable is personal protective equipment with a value of 60.02% obtained from the calculation of relative contribution.

Abstract

Abstract

Poorly maintained border monuments have not been able to represent village identity as a symbol of pride. This program aims to revitalize the monument as a rural branding medium to strengthen visual identity and increase community participation. The method uses a participatory approach involving village officials, youth organizations, and residents, with stages of observation, volume calculation, cleaning, painting, acrylic installation, and evaluation. Success is measured by the physical changes to the monument, community involvement, and community response. The results show significant aesthetic and symbolic changes, with high participation in cleaning (80%) and painting (70%), although lower participation in acrylic installation (60%) and evaluation (50%). The revitalization not only improves the physical appearance but also increases collective pride, sparks initiatives to expand the program to other public facilities, and has proven effective as a community-based rural branding strategy.
