Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi sangat dibutuhkan pada jaman sekarang dimana didukung dengan akses dan kecepatan mencari informasi sehingga dituntut juga media penyimpanan yang besar. Cloud computing memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan tersebut, dimana memiliki media penyimpanan yang besar dan dapat diakses di manapun dengan syarat memiliki jaringan internet untuk mengaksesnya. Sehingga para development juga dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan tersebut baik secara software juga hardware. Salah satu nya yaitu penggunaan sistem openstack dengan platform opensource yang cocok bagi para development untuk melakukan pengembangan. Artikel ini menyajikan tentang pembangunan sistem aplikasi docker terintegrasi openstack. Docker dipilih karena memiliki container-container untuk digunakan sebagai virtual machine dengan kapasitas sistem yang ringan. Sebuah platform VM memanfaatkan docker container yang terintegrasi openstack berhasil dibangun dan dianalisis efektifitasnya dalam hal penggunaan sumber data penyimpanan dan memory.

Abstract

The research was conducted for implementing of PSS (Power system stabilizer) which was designed based on the fuzzy logic controller (FLPSS). This approach has a main purpose for stabilizing and improving the damping of synchronous machine. The speed and active power deviation were used as fuzzy controller's inputs. The controller's output was forwarded into AVR subsequently. In order to achieve optimal setting, the optimal criteria of the Integral of Time were multiplied by the Absolute Error (ITAE). The performance of the proposed PSS under small disturbances, system parameters and loading conditions was tested. The experiment's results showed the usefulness of the specified method for damping out the system oscillations.

Abstract

Renewable energy is an energy of unlimited sources that covering wind, sunshine and water, which can be used as sources of renewable power plants. These power plants give several advantages, but also some disadvantages, such as expensive generation costs, etc. The difficulty of being raised, due instability of renewable energy resources (RER). Aim of this study is to design power management of a hybrid system based on operational control system due to load demand. In this study, Power Management of Hybrid System used 3 power plants: Photovoltaic (PV), Wind Power, and Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTmH), while Battery was employed as storage system. Main focus of the work was to determine the activation of each plant using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method to fulfill the load demand. Matlab Simulink was employed to developed and simulate the ANN on the system. From results of simulation can be concluded that ANN can reach target accuracy level in 80%. When interconnecting the entire plant, the ANN experienced a misreading due to the voltage drop in each generator that affected the ANN input.

Abstract

TK ABA 16 Malang saat ini adalah belum memiliki fasilitas website dimana setiap terdapat informasi mengenai sekolah hanya ditampilkan di majalah dinding sekolah. Tetapi kegiatan tersebut dirasa kurang maksimal karena saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin cepat, maka semakin banyak bidang yang bergantung pada teknologi informasi digital, salah satunya yaitu Website. Website ini dibuat sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penyampaian informasi dan profil TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 16 Malang agar lebih dikenal dan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh guru, wali murid dan pihak luar sekolah. Website TK ABA 16 Malang ini berisikan profil sekolah yang terdiri dari sejarah, visi misi, tujuan sasaran, sarana dan prasarana dan galeri. Data tersebut oleh TK ABA 16 Malang dipergunakan sebaik-baiknya untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah dan penyampaian infomasi sekolah kepada semua pihak dengan cepat dan efisien. Website ini dibuat dengan program PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu berupa website www.tkaba16malang.com.

Abstract

In this paper, effects of process variations in a HCMOS (High-Speed Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) IC (Integrated Circuit) are examined using a Monte Carlo SPICE (Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis) simulation. The variations of the IC are L and VTO variations. An evaluation method is used to evaluate the effects of the variations by modeling it using a normal (Gaussian) distribution. The simulation results show that the IC may be detected as a defective IC caused by the variations based on large supply currents flow to it.

Abstract

HESS is a suitable technology when applied to electric cars. One application is in SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) car. The use of Supercapacitors can reduce the excess of load on the battery. Uneven soil contours cause current spike and drop in battery voltage which can reduce battery lifetime. This journal presents a simulated study of HESS batteries and Supercapacitors in SUV cars. Fuzzy-based energy management strategies and threshold control are introduced. The simulation study shows the difference between the control using the number of climb data and not, and the Fuzzy control response to the demand load. The simulation results mention the reduction of the maximum current and the battery voltage drop according to the load. The total energy ratio used between the two controls is also presented.

Abstract

Character education is an educational process aimed at learners to develop the values, attitudes, and behaviours that emit noble character or noble character. Research with the aim of, (1) To describe the implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang; (2) To describe the form of school activities in the implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang; (3) To explain the constraints faced in the implementation ofcharacter education to students at SMPN 5 Malang; (4) To explain a solution that is made to overcome the obstacles to implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang. This study uses qualitative research techniques. Researchers directly involved in collecting information related to their topic. The collection of data obtained by observation techniques, interviewing techniques, and technical documentation. The informant information that needs to be explored is the principal SMPN5 Malang, Student representatives, IslamicTeachers, PPKn Teachers, and class 7, 8, and 9. Then the data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of character education to students in Junior High School 5 Malang to implement school culture that prays together, implement 5S, flag ceremonies and manners of incorporating the materials into every subject. Form of school activities in the field of religion is Imtaq, Khotmil Qur’an, and commemorating religious holidays. Field of self-development and winning personality to hold extracurricular,flag ceremony, student council activities and comply with regulations. And social fields which carry out social service. Constraints on the internal factors that character education lessons were removed, and students are still unstable, external factors are the impact of globalization, parents and children often indulge milieu wrong. The solution is to provide guidance that provide insight, training and supervision, teachers set a good example, providing facilitiessupporting character education and establish good communication between parents and the school. The conclusion that the implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang to implement and incorporate the material culture of the school moral and character are integrated into each subject. School events that shape the field of religion, self-development field and superior personality, and social areas. The obstacles are internal factors and external factors. And solutions to overcome these obstacles is to provide guidance, teachers give good example, providing character education support facilities and establish excellent communication between parents and the school.

Abstract

Berbagai macam sektor telah mengalami berbagai kemajuan yaitu mulai sektor industri, pendidikan, kesehatan dan bahkan dalam sekala kecil yaitu rumah tangga. Kemajuan ini membuat kebutuhan akan listrik meningkat setiap tahunya. PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) sebagai penyedia layanan listrik untuk konsumen memiliki peran penting yaitu tercukupinya ketersedian listrik. Proses penyaluran listrik sendiri melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pembangkitan, transmisi dan distribusi. Pada saluran transmisi memiliki peran penting yaitu sebagai sarana pengiriman listrik dalam jumlah yang besar sebelum sampai ke jaringan distribusi dan di sebar luaskan ke konsumen. Namun pada proses pengiriman daya atau transmisi sering kali mengalami berbagai macam kendala diantara adalah kerugian daya. Pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pada saluran transmisi GI purwosari – GI Pakis Malang dilakukan dengan menganalisa kerugian daya dan cara memperbaiki nilai tegangan dengan menggunakan kapasitor. Metode algoritma genetika di gunakan untuk menentukan letak optimum pada penempatan kapasitor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebuah kenaikan tegangan yaitu sebesar 0,328 % dari tegangan awal.

Abstract

Motor induksi merupakan motor arus bolak-balik (AC) yang paling luas digunakan. Penggunaan motor di perusahaan industri adalah sebagai penggerak utama proses produksi, dimana untuk menunjang berbagai sistem produksi. Salah satu mesin penunjang proses produksi adalah mesin hoist crane dimana mesin tersebut termasuk jenis pesawat angkat yang banyak dipakai sebagai alat pengangkat dan pengangkut yang terdapat pada bagian dalam maupun luar pabrik. Menurut survey Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) ada sebanyak 6.312 kasus kerusakan motor sedangkan survey dari Motor Reability Working Group IEEE-IAS ada sebanyak 1.141 kasus kerusakan motor. Survey tersebut banyak disumbang oleh kerusakan bearing baik dari outer-race maupun inner-race yaitu sekitar 41-44% kerusakan. Sehingga diperlukan adanya pendeteksian awal kerusakan pada bagian outer race bearing motor hoist crane sebelum kerusakan nya menjadi semakin parah. Pengolahan data dilakukan oleh program Microsoft Exel yang kemudian menjadi data inputan untuk diolah dengan pemberian algoritma Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) menggunakan aplikasi MATLAB 2016a. Pengujian juga dilakukan dengan cara pemberian beban variasi tanpa beban, beban seperempat, beban setengah, beban tigaperempat dan beban penuh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma short time fourier transform (STFT) mampu mendeteksi perbedaan kondisi bearing normal maupun rusak pada bagian outer race bearing yang terdapat di motor induksi.
