Abstract

Letak geografis Indonesia yang berada diantara dua samudera luas serta dilalui oleh garis khatulistiwa berdampak pada potensi tingkat curah hujan yang tinggi sehingga mengakibatkan resiko bencana banjir pada hampir seluruh wilayah di Indonesia. Sistem peringatan dini adalah salah satu upaya yang dapat dibuat dalam rangka mengendalikan dan meminimalisir resiko kerugian akibat bencana. Dengan mengembangkan sebuah sistem peringatan dini yang berbasis IoT memungkinkan informasi resiko bencana disebarkan dengan cepat kepada masyarakat dengan harapan tindakan antisipatif dapat diambil dengan segera. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang mampu melakukan monitoring terhadap tinggi permukaan air sungai menggunakan sensor ultrasonik yang kemudian diproses melalui perangkat pemrosesan. Hasil pemrosesan kemudian disebarkan melalui media sosial Twitter. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa tingkat akurasi bacaan ketinggian air memiliki rata-rata error 0.47% yang menunjukan bahwa sistem memiliki akurasi yang baik.

Abstract

 The COVID-19 pandemic has created the need for online learning activities at schools and universities. The use of the video conference application itself is one of the most important alternatives to traditional learning activities. According to researchers, the main issues are the high cost of existing applications and the limitation of access devices. There are three main phases in developing this application: server preparation, application development, and implementation. This application was developed using WebRTC, Jitsi JICOFO, Prosody XMPP server, and Nginx web server. The technical maturity of this study is two, the construction of this application is practical, and the examples are limited to the study and speculative. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based video conferencing application that can be accessed from anywhere without logging in with a web browser alone, has a limited time, and can be attended by over 100 users.

Abstract

Abstrak:  Pandemi Covid-19 telah mendorong penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menerapkan flipped classroom pada pembelajaran daring mata kuliah statistika untuk menyelidiki pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan bernalar dan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Sesi tatap muka flipped classroom dilakukan secara daring dan sesi luar kelas menggunakan e-modul. Penelitian ini berbentuk eksperimen kepada 56 sampel mahasiswa kelas statistika yang dipilih secara acak di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Prisma. Instrumen menggunakan tes tertulis untuk mengukur kemampuan bernalar dan kuesioner untuk mengukur intensi berwirausaha. Uji statistik t dua sampel dan uji t berpasangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif penerapan flipped classroom dengan dukungan e-modul pada pembelajaran daring statistika terhadap kemampuan bernalar dan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa.Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has compelled the implementation of distance learning. This study applied the flipped classroom in online learning of statistics courses to investigate its effect on students’ reasoning ability and entrepreneurial intention. In-class sessions of the flipped classroom were conducted online and out-class sessions using e-modules. This study was an experiment with 56 samples of students in the statistics classes who were randomly selected at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Prisma University. Instruments were a written test to measure reasoning ability and a questionnaire to measure entrepreneurial intentions. Statistics test of two-sample t and paired-t were used in this study. The results showed that there was a positive effect of the flipped classroom in online learning of statistics courses with e-module support toward students' reasoning abilities and their entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi sistem keterampilan dinamis dalam permainan multipemain online Wardeka. Dengan memperkenalkan peningkatan keterampilan acak, sistem ini bertujuan memberikan pengalaman bermain yang unik dan meningkatkan Game strategy. Melalui pendekatan desain acak, setiap pemain dapat mengembangkan keterampilan yang berbeda pada setiap putaran permainan. Penelitian ini berfokus hanya pada tahap desain dan implementasi, dengan mengandalkan asumsi dari tim pengembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem keterampilan dinamis dapat menciptakan pengalaman permainan yang lebih menarik dan variatif. Kesimpulan penelitian memberikan pandangan terhadap potensi pengembangan Game yang lebih baik melalui peningkatan kreativitas dalam desain keterampilan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and enhance IT governance at Universitas XYZ by implementing the COBIT 2019 framework. The study acknowledges the growing significance of technology in operational efficiency and productivity. IT governance ensures the alignment of IT with organizational goals, managing resources, and mitigating risks. The methodology includes collecting primary and secondary data through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The research framework focuses on 11 design factors of COBIT 2019, assessing Universitas XYZ’s IT capabilities and identifying gaps. Findings reveal that Universitas XYZ prioritizes cost leadership and innovation, with a strong focus on quality financial information. The risk profile indicates substantial impact areas like IT investment and operational incidents, while the role of IT is classified as critical yet not fully integrated into strategic innovation. The IT sourcing model leans towards outsourcing, and traditional implementation methods are predominant. The study identifies APO10 (Managed Vendor Relationships) and BAI01 (Managed Program) as priority objectives. The capability levels for these objectives indicate areas for improvement, particularly in vendor management. The research concludes with recommendations for enhancing IT governance through strategic resource allocation and staff development, aiming to elevate Universitas XYZ’s IT maturity and competitive edge.
