Abstract

This research was conducted in Mongonsidi Medan where this study aims to determine how the influence of the service marketing mix consisting of: Product (X1), Promotion (X2), on the consumer's purchase decision (Y) to use the J&T expedition service of the Mongonsidi Branch in Medan. The population in this study was 375 consumers with a sample size of 79 samples. The sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 10%. The study was conducted from June to October 2019. Sources of data used primary data taken directly from respondents. The results showed that product, promotion, price, location, people, physical evidence, and process had a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions to use J&T expedition services in the Mongonsidi Branch of Medan. Process variables were the variables that most influenced consumer purchasing decisions. . Products, promotions, prices, locations, people and physical evidence, and processes contributed 88.0% to the formation of consumer purchasing decisions. Products, promotions, prices, locations, people and physical evidence, and processes have a very strong relationship to consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is the main focus of every company. Basically, job satisfaction is not just a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction for the work done, but rather the result of a thorough experience in the work environment. This study aims to analyze and get answers to whether leadership variables and work environment have a partial and simultaneous effect on job satisfaction of Delia General Hospital employees. This study used an associative approach where the number of respondents was 65 people. The test was carried out using SPSS ver 26. The results showed that under leadership (X1) had no effect and was significant on job satisfaction (Y) while the work environment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) have a silmultan effect on job satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a positive feeling or attitude that a person has towards their job. Job satisfaction not only impacts individual employees but also improves overall organisational performance. This study examines the relationship between leadership style, work motivation, and employee job satisfaction at CV Deli Motor. With increasing competition in the automotive industry, companies need to pay attention to factors that affect employee job satisfaction to increase productivity and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 36 employees of CV Deli Motor. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the variables of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is 34.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Content Marketing, Product Quality, and Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory Adam Malik Branch, Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research type. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents determined using the Cochran formula with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, while data analysis used multiple linear regression assisted by the SPSS 22 program. These findings show that partially Content Marketing has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions through a regression coefficient of 0.270 and a significance value of 0.006 (<0.05). Product Quality has a regression coefficient of 0.056 with a significance value of 0.530 (>0.05), which indicates that this variable does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Service Quality is proven to have a positive and significant impact as the dominant variable through a regression coefficient reaching 0.599 and a significance value of 0.000 (below 0.05). Simultaneously, Content Marketing, Product Quality, and Service Quality have a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions through the calculated F value reaching 45.502 and a significance of 0.000 below .05). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.584 indicates that 58.4% of the variation in Purchasing Decisions can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This finding confirms that strengthening content marketing strategies and improving service quality are key factors in driving consumer Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Online Delivery Service on Customer Satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that partially Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Meanwhile, Consumer Experience and Online Delivery Service do not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.029 <0.05. The R Square value of 0.597 indicates that the independent variables are able to explain Customer Satisfaction by 59.7%.
