Abstract

Sinar-x adalah salah satu bentuk dari radiasi pengion dengan panjang gelombang berkisar antara 10 sampai 0,01 nm dan energinya berkisar antara 120 eV sampai 120 keV. Sinar-x umumnya digunakan dalam diagnosis gambar medis. CT-Scan (Computed Tomography Scanning) merupakan suatu alat penunjang diagnosis yang mempunyai aplikasi yang universal untuk pemeriksaan seluruh organ tubuh. Alat yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah MSCT Scan Philips Brilliance 64-slice, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu kalibrasi alat yang bertujuan agar alat tidak mengalami kesalahan pada waktu digunakan untuk mendiagnosa pasien kemudian dilakukan pengambilan data dan pengolahan data. Data yang digunakan pada MSCT Scan protokol Abdomen dan Kepala dengan usia pasien mulai dari usia 0-16 tahun (pediatri) dan usia 17-50 tahun (dewasa). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai CTDIvol dan DLP yang diterima pasien anak-anak dan dewasa lebih tinggi pada laki-laki dibandingkan dengan perempuan. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa pasien laki-laki memiliki luas paparan radiasi kepala dan abdomen yang lebih besar dibandingkan perempuan, sehingga dosis efektif pasien anak-anak lebih rendah dibandingkan pasien dewasa.

Abstract

One aspect of motor development that must be considered carefully when a child enters his teens is the maturation of his motor skills. The development of motor skills is often seen as evidence that a child is growing and developing healthily. Reading ability is one of the four components of linguistic skills. These four skills include listening comprehension, conversational fluency, reading comprehension, and writing fluency. desktop qualitative research was the method of choice for this study. Purposive sampling involves collecting data for a specific purpose rather than collecting data for the sake of it, as well as avoiding questions about sample size when determining research topics. The data collection methods used in this study included observation and interviews. In this flannel board game, children are told to learn how to play chili sauce, the child is asked to take some of the letters that are the same as those on the board after that the child says the letter is sambal. write back in their notebooks. So that children can understand the various letters. In spelling letters, children are told to read the letters on the flannel board, for example "Glasses" where children can follow them, so that children can read fluently. In Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten there are 13 children. There are some who have developed in reading and there are still children who have not experienced development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the entrepreneurial character of children aged 5-6 years before carrying out role-playing activities in the form of buying and selling at Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten (2) The process of role-playing activities in improving entrepreneurial character at Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten. (3) the entrepreneurial character of children aged 5-6 years after role-playing activities in Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten. This study was conducted at Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten, Jln. Bandar Khalifah No. 15 Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used Classroom Action Research. While the subjects of this study were 12 children aged 5-6 years. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, interviews and documentation. This study by conducting pre-cycle activities then carried out cycle I and cycle II activities, each cycle was carried out with 2 meetings. Based on the results of the study after being given action I, namely by carrying out role-playing activities in buying and selling, it was obtained from 12 children, there were 7 children in the complete category, and 5 were not complete. So the average value obtained is 18.75%. In cycle II there was a significant increase. Out of 12 children, 10 children were in the completed category and 2 children were in the incomplete category. So the average value obtained was 23.16%.
