Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif, pengetahuan, pendapatan dan pola asuh dengan tumbuh kembang anak balita di Desa Meudheun Kecamatan Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Jaya tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain cross sectional Study. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak balita di Desa Meudheun berjumlah 74 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah total populasi sebanyak 74 orang, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner dan observasi yang dilakukan dari tanggal 18 Juli sampai dengan 22 Juli 2015. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan α = 0,05. Dari hasil uji statistik dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif (p value 0,009), pengetahuan (p value 0,006), pendapatan keluarga ( p value 0,009) dan pola asuh (p value 0,012) dengan tumbuh kembang anak balita di Meudheun Kecamatan Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Jaya tahun 2016. Abstract

Classroom action research has been done in SMA Negeri 1 Salo on Biology subject, the research object was class XI IPA 2 in the second semester 2012/2013. This study was conducted in an effort to improve students’ learning outcome on Biology with the topic of the human excretion system at class XI IPA 2. The learning model Know-Want-and Learn (KWL) have to be applied after observation and reflection carried out by the researcher. Researcher planned of action based on the results of observations and reflections that have been made through the development of learning-based learning tools Know-Want-and Learn (KWL) consisting of test questions (repeat), observation sheets and lesson plans and other supporting learning device. The learning model Know-Want-and Learn (KWL) consists of three main stages, namely: students know the material, ask students a question, ask the students to learn the material, ask students to discuss the subject material, and asked the students to do the exercise. This study can be completed in 2 cycles of 4 meetings and twice daily tests. Results of research is the observation data and the recapitulation of the test (replications) and recapitulation completeness study shows there has been increased activity of positive student learning in the classroom and increase the mean test (repeats) as well as an increase in classical completeness of cycle 1 to cycle 2. Activity of students during the process learning is observed by the observer as the data for evaluation and reflection. Recapitulation mean test (replications) and mastery learning derived from the value of the daily tests daily tests I and II. Based on the results of this study concluded that the application of learning models Know-Want-and Learn (KWL) in class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Salo is able to improve learning outcomes Biology subjects indicated by the mean test (replications) and classical completeness in every cycle.

Abstract

The stages of life from birth to death are shaped by the social influences which the person interacts with. In order to develop the social aspects of children, a family role, especially the parents, is needed so that children can develop properly. Social and emotional development are inseparable from one to another. Positive social and emotional development makes it easier for children to get along with others and learn better, as well as in other activities in the social environment. This study aims to determine the strategies taken by parents to develop the socio-emotional aspects of early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are that the strategies carried out by parents include providing understanding and education about the pandemic situation, in addition to holding other activities that can be done at home including playing with the mother as practiced by the informants. From the results of interviews, the researcher takes the point that good communication between children and parents, especially by mothers, will make the children easier to understand the conditions for activities that have changed due to the current pandemic. Tahapan kehidupan dari lahir sampai mati dibentuk oleh lingkungan sosial pengaruh yang berinteraksi dengan orang tersebut. Untuk mengembangkan aspek sosial anak, peran keluarga terutama orang tua adalah diperlukan agar anak dapat berkembang dengan baik. Sosial dan emosional pembangunan tidak dapat dipisahkan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Sosial yang positif dan perkembangan emosi membuat anak lebih mudah bergaul orang lain dan belajar lebih baik, serta dalam kegiatan lain di masyarakat lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua untuk mengembangkan aspek sosio-emosional anak usia dini selama pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua antara lain memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi tentang situasi pandemi, selain mengadakan kegiatan lain yang bisa dilakukan di rumah termasuk bermain dengan ibu seperti yang dilakukan oleh informan. Dari hasil wawancara, peneliti mengambil titik bahwa komunikasi yang baik antara anak-anak dan orang tua, terutama oleh ibu, akan membuat anak-anak lebih mudah untuk memahami kondisi kegiatan yang telah berubah karena pandemi saat ini. Kata kunci: sosial emosional, anak usia dini, orang tua DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpa.v7n2.22981

Abstract

AbstrakData microarray digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk diagnosa penyakit kanker karena kesulitan dalam dignosa kanker berdasarkan bentuk morfologis, yaitu perbedaan morfologis yang tipis antar jenis kanker yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun pengklasifikasi data microarray. Proses klasifikasi diawali dengan reduksi dimensi data microarray menggunakan DWT, dengan cara mendekomposisi sampel hingga level tertentu, kemudian mengambil nilai koefisien aproksimasi pada level tersebut sebagai fitur sampel. Fitur tersebut selanjutnya menjadi masukan untuk klasifikasi. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan adalah ELM yang diterapkan pada RBFN. Dataset yang digunakan adalah data microarray multikelas, yaitu dataset GCM (16.063 gen, 14 kelas) dan Subtypes-Leukemia (12.600 gen, 7 kelas).Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara membagi data latih dan data uji secara random sepuluh kali dengan proporsi data yang sama. Classifier yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini untuk dataset GCM belum memiliki performa yang cukup baik, ditunjukkan dengan nilai akurasi sekitar 75% ± 6,25% dan nilai minimum sensitivity yang masih rendah, yaitu 15% ± 19,95% menunjukkan bahwa sensitivity untuk tiap kelas belum merata, terdapat beberapa kelas yang sensitivity-nya masih rendah. Namun, classifier untuk dataset Subtypes-Leukemia yang memiliki jumlah kelas lebih sedikit dari dataset GCM memiliki performa yang cukup baik, ditunjukkan dengan nilai akurasi 87,68% ± 2,88% dan minimum sensitivity 51,90% ± 20,29%.   Kata kunci— microarray, ekspresi gen, DWT, ELM, RBFN AbstractMicroarray data is used as an alternative in cancer diagnosis because of the difficulties cancer diagnosis based on morphologis structures. Different classes of cancer usually have poor distintion of morphologis structures. The aim of this reserach is to bulid microarray data classfier. The classification process is started by reducing dimension of microarray data. The method used to reduce the microarray data dimension is DWT by decomposing the samples until certain decomposition level and then use approximation coefficients at those level as feature to classifier. Classifier used in this reserach is ELM implemeted on RBFN. Dataset used are GCM (16.063 genes, 14 classes) and Subtypes-Leukemia (12.600 genes, 7 classes). Testing process is done by randomly dividing the training and testing data ten times with same proprotion of training and testing data. The perfomance of classifier built in this research is not so good for GCM dataset, shown by accuracy 75% ± 6,25% and mean of minimum sensitivity 15% ± 19,95%. The low minimum sensitivity indicate that there are few classes that have low sensitivity. But the classifier for Subtypes-Leukemia dataset give better result, that is accuracy 87,68% ± 2,88%  and mean of minimum sensitivity 51,90% ± 20,29%.    Keywords— microarray, gene expression, DWT, ELM, RBFN

Abstract

This study tries to explore on How the intercultural communication of Madurese ethnic and Dayak ethnics in Basawang Village, East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province after the ethnic war at 2001. Researchers assume that this research is interesting because after the ethnic war at 2001 in the Village of Basawang Ethnic Dayak with Ethnic Madurese living together, in a harmonious and conducive state, there had even been an inter-ethnic language exchange. This phenomenon is being uncovered by using qualitative research method, the research that has the nature of describing situations and events, the data is stated in a makeshift condition, by describing the workings that are systematic, directed and accountable, so as not to lose their scientific nature. The result indicates that as a theory of intercultural communication model according to William B. Ludykunst and Young Yun Kim, this can be seen from the perceptions of the two ethnicities. Based on the two perceptions of the two ethnicities, the form of intercultural communication is mutual respect and respect for each other's ethnic customs. The relationship between the two ethnic groups has so far taken place without obstacles, which means that each ethnic group has accepted each other.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh corona virus, yang menjadi krisis kesehatan dunia karena penyebarannya yang sangat cepat. Peningkatan kasus COVID-19 yang terjadi di masyarakat didukung oleh penyebaran virus yang cepat, baik dari hewan ke manusia ataupun antara manusia. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 yaitu pengetahuan tentang pencegahan COVID-19, sikap tentang COVID-19 dan tindakan pencegahan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap pencegahan Covid-19 di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lawe Sigala Barat Kecamatan Lawe Sigala-gala Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2021 dengan responden berjumlah 45 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perilaku masyarakat yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan terhadap pencegahan Covid-19 sebagian besar berkategori rendah. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan agar perilaku pencegahan Covid-19 dapat selalu diterapkan oleh masyarakat Desa Lawe Sigala Barat.

Abstract

Religious early childhood that everything related or associated withattitudes, rituals and beliefs of children who are religious. Religiousdevelopment in children starts from the fairly tale stage and The realisticstage. As for religious properties owned subsidiary that is unreflective,egocentric, anthromorphis, verbalis and ritualists, imitative and awe /admiration. Religious values in children can be developed through theexample, habituation, advice, stories, songs and gift-giving. While theconstraints faced by parents/educators in internalize religious values are:1) parents/educators are less able to provide good role model, 2) theneighborhoods where children live less support or do not have consistencyin habituation, 3) lack of control storytelling techniques, and 4) parents /educators more berkomentator on children's negative behavior, and oftenignore the positive behavior of children.Kata Kunci:Pengembangan, Keagamaan, Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

This service aims to introduce the concept and utilization of cooperatives to citrus farmers in Gunung Omeh District, Limapuluh Kota Regency. The method used was the lecture method (counseling) and training. There were many farmers who do not know about cooperatives, cooperative objectives, cooperative benefits and how the cooperative formation process and willing to form a cooperative formation committee. It was hoped that the government can help the farmers to establish an cooperative system.

Abstract

School accreditation is school assessment activities that are carried out systematically and comprehensively through self-evaluation and external evaluation (visitation) activities to determine the feasibility and performance of the school. Accreditation has a meaning as a comprehensive assessment process of the appropriateness and performance of an institution or an educational program as a form of public accountability, a self regulation tool in which schools recognize strengths and weaknesses and continuously improve strengths and improve their weaknesses. This understanding will give more meaning in the results as an acknowledgment, a school has met the specified eligibility standards. Padangsidimpuan City as one of the cities in Indonesia is not immune from the policy to carry out accreditation in each of its educational institutions or units. Some education units have carried out accreditation in the District of South Padangsidimpuan. In carrying out accreditation, the institution certainly cannot be separated from the constraints that must arise, both internal and external constraints. Government efforts to develop human resources through PAUD and PAUD education units have encouraged education units to meet eight (8) National Education Standards (SNP). In the framework of meeting these standards, the central government and regional governments prepare education units to be ready to be accredited on an ongoing and ongoing basis in the hope that the accreditation process can improve the quality of education units. Especially in the city of Padangsidimpuan, South Padangsidimpuan Subdistrict. Based on the results of the interviews. Obtained data from the Padangsidimpuan City Education Office for South Padangsidmpuan Subdistrict, with a total of 17 units, more than 50% have been accredited, 9 are accredited institutions and 8 institutions have B grades and 1 institution with a value of C. Provide an overview of the level of school performance that is used as a tool for coaching, developing and improving schools both in terms of quality, effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and innovation. Providing guarantees to the public that the school has been accredited and provides educational services that meet national accreditation standards.
