Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) merupakan sistem berbasis teknologi informasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD dr. Karneni Campurdarat untuk mengevaluasi persepsi pengguna terhadap penerapan SIMRS di unit rawat jalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan teknik deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap 20 responden yang terdiri dari tenaga medis dan staf administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMRS dinilai mudah digunakan, bermanfaat dalam mempercepat proses kerja, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis, pengguna memiliki sikap positif terhadap sistem dan bersedia menerima pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIMRS di rumah sakit memiliki kontribusi penting dalam mendukung pelayanan yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas usability Aplikasi Panjalu e-Library yang dikembangkan oleh Perpustakaan Mastrip Pare sebagai sarana digitalisasi layanan perpustakaan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 104 responden yang terdiri dari siswa, guru, dan staf sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari enam variabel usability berdasarkan model User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), yaitu Attractiveness,  Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan metode korelasi Corrected Item-Total Correlation, sedangkan reliabilitas diuji menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha.  Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item instrumen valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha  rata-rata sebesar 0,827. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa lima dari enam variabel berada pada kategori “Baik”, yaitu Attractiveness (3,43), Efficiency (3,55), Dependability (3,56), Stimulation (3,68), dan Novelty (3,65). Sementara itu, variabel Perspicuity (Kejelasan) memperoleh skor 3,16 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”, menunjukkan masih adanya kesulitan pemahaman bagi sebagian pengguna. Berdasarkan hal tersebut aplikasi Panjalu e-Library secara umum sudah layak digunakan dan memiliki kualitas usability yang baik. Namun, perlu dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut terutama pada aspek kejelasan informasi dan kemudahan navigasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Modern agriculture increasingly relies on technology to increase efficiency and productivity, so that humans nowadays always need tools that can make their work easier, especially for monitoring soil moisture. in presenting a soil moisture control monitoring system tool, which can be used by the community for efficient gardening. Where the system uses microcontroller technology which has been developed internationally. The creation of this system aims to make gardening easier. From the case studies raised in this research, the lack of efficient soil moisture affects plant growth. A system was created to produce a tool for controlling and monitoring soil moisture conditions in waterfall method plants. The stages of this research include analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The implication of this research is the optimization of the gardening process by farmers in maintaining soil moisture by automatically turning on and turning off buttons. This system is based on IoT which is a soil moisture sensor using a soil moisture sensor & I2C LCD as a monitoring tool. It is said that the soil is damp if the water content is 60% -80%, if it is less than this then the water pump will turn on automatically.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a more systematic system for evaluating the performance of Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) based on the Health Center Management cluster. Performance evaluation of Puskesmas plays an important role in improving the quality of public healthcare services, particularly in Sragen Regency. However, the current evaluation process has not been integrated into a computerized system, making it less effective in supporting decision-making. Therefore, this study develops a decision support system by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the *Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion based on its level of importance, while the TOPSIS method is applied to generate an objective ranking of Puskesmas performance. The results indicate that the system is capable of utilizing nine evaluation criteria to produce a ranking of Puskesmas within the Health Center Management cluster, from the highest to the lowest score. The developed system is expected to support a more effective evaluation process and improve decision-making. Future research may enhance the system by incorporating additional evaluation clusters, expanding the number of assessment criteria, and optimizing its features and security.

Abstract

Digital documents have become an essential medium for storing, managing, and distributing information in various sectors. Nevertheless, the risk of document alteration and forgery requires an effective mechanism to verify document authenticity. This research focuses on the implementation of Base64 and Pepper methods in a QR Code-based document verification system. The system was developed following the Waterfall software development model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. A web-based application was created using PHP and MySQL. Verification tokens were produced from document identity data combined with a Pepper value, encoded using Base64, and embedded into QR Codes attached to PDF documents. During verification, the QR Code is scanned and the extracted token is compared with records stored in the database. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system is capable of verifying document authenticity accurately and efficiently. Furthermore, Black Box Testing confirmed that all implemented functions operated as expected. Therefore, the integration of Base64 and Pepper contributes to improving the security and dependability of digital document verification.

Abstract

The growth of digital marketing has become an important gateway for MSMEs to broaden their market visibility and strengthen product promotion. Even so, the wide range of digital marketing alternatives frequently creates uncertainty for MSME actors when determining which strategy is most relevant to their business context. This study focuses on developing a Decision Support System (DSS) that can recommend the most effective digital marketing strategy for Galih Gallery MSME through the implementation of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique. The system development follows the Waterfall approach, beginning with needs identification, followed by system design, coding, testing, and final evaluation. Research data were obtained from interviews, field observations, and questionnaire responses. Several decision indicators were used, namely implementation expenditure, market attractiveness, ease of operation, and the level of sales conversion. The application was designed as a web-based system using PHP and MySQL. The research results reveal that the system is able to process normalization, calculate criterion weights, generate preference values, and arrange strategic alternatives in ranking order automatically based on the SAW method. The Black Box testing outcome confirms that every feature operates in accordance with the expected user requirements. As a result, the system is intended to support Galih Gallery MSME in selecting digital marketing strategies through a decision-making mechanism that is more measurable, practical, and well-organized.
