Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of business process agility in creating a significant relationship between digital marketing capabilities and marketing performance in construction companies in Java. The research method was carried out quantitatively by collecting data by distributing questionnaires through electronic forms and printed formats which were delivered directly to respondents where the respondent was a director working for a contractor company on the island of Java. The sampling technique was carried out purposively based on the criteria for a director who has worked for at least five years in a contractor company on the island of Java. Based on these criteria, there are 211 company directors who have met these criteria. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that digital marketing capabilities had a positive and significant effect on business process agility. Digital marketing capabilities have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Likewise, business process agility has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, pemilihan karyawan baru yang tepat menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses seleksi karyawan baru dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menggabungkan berbagai kriteria seleksi menjadi satu skor komposit yang memudahkan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan organisasi untuk menentukan kriteria dan bobot yang relevan dalam seleksi karyawan, seperti pengalaman kerja , keterampilan  , pendidikan, wawancara  , dan status sosial . Indikator-indikator ini memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang kemampuan dan potensi kandidat. Data karyawan potensial dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan metode SAW dengan penjumlahan tertimbang dari rating kinerja setiap alternatif dari seluruh atribut. Metode SAW memerlukan proses normalisasi matriks pada skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan seluruh rating alternatif yang ada untuk menghasilkan peringkat kandidat yang objektif dan transparan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode SAW diperoleh hasil penilaian pada  calon karyawan berdasarkan kriteria dan bobot yang ditentukan perusahaan dan nilai yang terbesar atau tertinggi diperoleh kode A1 dengan skor 0,248682824. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SAW dalam proses seleksi karyawan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pemilihan karyawan baru. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini, organisasi dapat lebih mudah mengidentifikasi kandidat terbaik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan budaya perusahaan.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is one of the technologies that is currently developing rapidly. Information technology has now played a very important role in the world of business or business. Besides, the presentation of a good information system is very helpful in making decisions by the management appropriately and is very helpful in improving information systems within an institution. UPTD Pegandon Public Health Center as one of the public service institutions requires the existence of an information system that is fast, accurate, effective and efficient, to improve its services to patients and the related environment in it. With such a wide scope of services, of course, there are many complex problems that occur in the service process. The number of variables also determines the speed of information flow needed by users and the Puskesmas environment. The registration process, recording payment transactions, searching for patient data and patient payment reporting systems that still use manual methods, are of course also very prone to errors. To improve patient services, it is necessary to implement an Administrative Information System and the Pegandon Public Health Center UPTD is also expected to take on a role as a facilitator in developing patient services to improve and facilitate serving and providing information through Information Technology. With the Web-Based Administrative Information System, it is hoped that the performance of the Pegandon Health Center UPTD can be improved, so that the quality and quality of service increases.

Abstract

IoT technology is useful for chicken farming to control the condition of the farm concerning some problems such as odour, temperature fluctuations and feeding time system. This study used MQ135 to detect ammonia odour level, DHT11 to check room temperature, and RTC3231 to regulate feeding time. The data obtained from the sensor was sent by wemos to the fire base and MySQL to be read on android so that it can be monitored directly by the breeder. When the ammonia level is above normal it will turn on the odour fan. If DHT11 reaches the value above 300C, it will turn on the cooling fan, and turn on the heating light when the temperature is below 250C. As RTC3231 sets the time at 07.00 and 14.00, the chicken feeder will automatically open to feed the chickens according to the time set. Table 1 and 2 show that the experiment obtained a value of 100% working well. This study succeeded in monitoring environmental conditions through Android and executing automatic feeding at the predetermined time. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of IoT technology for monitoring and feeding system automation in chicken farms is highly recommended.

Abstract

Home is an important place for most people, where they need to keep it safe and comfortable from outside interference. Therefore, there is a need for a security system that is able to protect against these disturbances. In this study, fingerprints were used to secure the door of the house, where in the process only the registered fingerprint was allowed to open the door. In table 1 it turns out that wet, wrinkled and peeling fingerprints can still be used and read by the sensor so that concerns that fingerprints cannot be used are refuted. In table 1 it is also proven that the process of opening the door can be done with an Arduino and a fingerprint sensor

Abstract

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

Abstract

Cattle theft in cow barns frequently occurs in Central Java, Indonesia, highlighting the need for a monitoring system to prevent such thefts. The system developed uses Wemos integrated with a PIR sensor, employing Internet of Things (IoT) methods to detect human movement within the cow barn. A magnetic sensor will be installed on the barn door to provide remote monitoring. The monitoring system activates a buzzer and sends theft data to the cow barn owner from different locations. Testing of this monitoring system was successful, as evidenced by the PIR and magnetic sensors detecting breaches by triggering the buzzer. However, test results indicated that sending data to smartphones requires an internet connection within the barn. Compared to a CCTV system, this setup can deter theft by emitting a loud sound from the buzzer, but it lacks video and photo recording capabilities since it does not include a camera. Based on the design and testing results, it can be concluded that this cattle theft monitoring system has effectively detected suspicious movements in the barn

Abstract

MQTT protocol is used by smart package box security systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to ensure the security and speed of package delivery. This system uses ESP32 devices and several sensors, including a keypad and magnetic sensors, as well as actuators like door lock solenoids and an LCD connected to an MQTT server that can be accessed via Android devices. The main features of this system include notifications about package arrivals, recipient identity verification using the last four digits of the phone number, and two operating modes, automatic and manual. After being tested under various conditions, this system has shown that it can effectively maintain security and monitor package status in real-time. The test results show that the smart package box hardware and the MQTT server can communicate well, allowing couriers and owners to communicate.

Abstract

Inklusi keuangan UMKM dapat dibedakan berdasarkan tiga indikator utama. Karakteristik individu yang menjadi determinan inklusi keuangan di UMKM adalah tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, dan usia. Sementara para pelaku usaha UMKM sendiri memberikan gambaran bahwa sektor ini memiliki potensi yang cukup baik dalam menunjang perekonomian. Untuk UMKM sendiri telah membantu untuk menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan yang cukup luas bagi masyarakat terutama untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang bisa membantu perekonomian keluarga, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Banyak usaha UMKM yang besar dan berkembang dari ibu ibu rumah tangga yang mungkin secara tingkat pendidikan tidak sampai di bangku kuliah. Sementara untuk usia sendiri banyak usaha usaha UMKM yang bermunculan karena faktor situasi dan kondisi sekarang ini, bisa saja karena cuaca, pandemi, atau banyaknya pengangguran. Sehingga usaha UMKM ini dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja yang memiliki keinginan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi. Manfaat penggunaan QRIS bagi UMKM adalah efisiensi dalam transaksi. Dengan menggunakan QRIS, transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan juga efisien. Kecepatan dalam bertransaksi ini juga akan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan. Informasi seperti ini penting sekali diberikan kepada Ibu ibu rumah tangga dan dapat disosialisasikan melalui kegiatan PKK. Pelatihan Edukasi Penggunaan InterActive QRIS Dalam Mendukung Inklusi Keuangan yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Dosen Universitas STEKOM dari berbagai lintas bidang ilmu bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang penggunaan QRIS kepada Ibu ibu kader PKK di Desa Nepen, Desa Kopen dan Desa Sudimoro, Kecamatan Teras , Kabupaten Boyolali. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman dan pratek Ibu ibu pengguna UMKM di desa desa tersebut terkait penggunaan QRIS.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan topik optimaliasi AI (Artificial Intelligence) Gamma App dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi digital bagi para penggiat literasi di Desa Gladagsari, Kabupaten Boyolali. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode presentasi, demostrasi, praktik, dan diskusi langsung. Pelatihan ini terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan AI, tahap FGD, tahap pembuatan bahan presentasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Materi pelatihan berupa optimalisasi pembuatan bahan presentasi berupa PowerPoint yang menarik dengan bantuan AI Gamma App. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Mbah Bingah, Ampel, Boyolali dengan peserta berasal dari para penggiat literasi digital di Desa Galadagsari, Kabupaten Boyolali yang berjulmah 18 orang. Hasil implementasi berupa paraktik pembuatan PowerPoint dengan bantuan AI Gamma App dapat meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital bagi para peserta pelatihan.
