Abstract

Penelitian hasil ubi kayu (Mannihot esculenta Crantz.) terhadap perbedaan jenis pupuk bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh perbedaan jenis pupuk terhadap hasil ubi kayu.Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak empat kali. Perlakuan tersebut adalah: A = tanpa pemupukan, B = 250 kg NPK/ha +150 kg urea/ha, dan C = 20 ton/ha bokashi kotoran sapi. Variabel pengamatanadalah: 1) Jumlah umbi/tanaman, 2) Bobot umbi/tanaman, dan 3)Produksi umbi/petak.Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA dan Uji BNT 5%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan jenis pupuk berpengaruh terhadap hasil ubi kayu (bobot umbi/tanaman dan produksi umbi/petak). Bobot umbi/tanaman dan produksi umbi/petak tertinggi diperoleh pada pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi dengan dosis 20 ton/ha dan 250 kg NPK/ha + 150 kg urea/ha. Perlu penambahan pupuk pada lahan penelitian yang ditanami ubi kayu.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aimed to find out the effects of several types of organic fertilizers on peanut’s yield. This study was conducted in the greenhouse environment using a randomized block design with of four treatments of organic fertilizer. Each treatment was repeated five times. Treatment A = without fertilizer; B = Liquid Organic Fertilizer Super Aci 4 cc / liter of water; C = Granular Organic matter 1000 kg / ha; and D = Humagrow 500 grams / ha. Observed variables included  1) plant dry weight, 2) numbers of pods , 3) numbers of empty pods, and 4) weight of pods. The results showed that some types of organic fertilizers influenced  the yield of peanuts. Organic fertilizers are super Aci 4 cc / liter of water and 20 tons of granular NPK / ha gave the highest yield. Pada Beberapa Jenis Pupuk Organik bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh beberapa jenis pupuk organik pada tanaman kacang tanah. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan pupuk organik. Tiap perlakuan diulang lima kali. Perlakuan tersebut adalah A = Tanpa pemupukan, B = Pupuk Organik Cair Super Aci 4 cc / liter air, C = pupuk Organik granular 1000 kg/ha, dan D = Humagrow 500 gram/ ha. Variabel yang diamati adalah 1) berat kering tanaman, 2) Jumlah polong berisi, 3) Jumlah polong hampa, dan 3) berat polong per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa jenis pupuk organik mempengaruhi hasil kacang tanah. Pupuk organik Super Aci 4 cc / liter air dan 1000 kg pupuk organik granular / ha memberikan hasil kacang tanah tertinggi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of kirinyuh organic fertilizer and phonska fertilizer on changes in the properties of tailings soil and the growth and production of upland rice. Land tailings are taken from the location of the  wilayah pertambangan rakyat (WPR) in Tatelu Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. And the research was carried out at the Green House, Faculty of Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University. This study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) with a factorial pattern consisting of two factors, namely: Factor I is kirinyuh organic fertilizer (A) which consists of 4 (four) levels: A0 = 0g / polybag, A1 = 300g / polybag, A2 = 600g / polybag, A3 = 900g / polybag and Factor II which is Phonska Fertilizer (B) consisting of three levels: B0 = 0g / polybag, B1 = 1,5g / polybag, and B2 = 3g / polybag. Pengambilan Tanah Tailing diambil dari lokasi Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat (WPR) di Desa Tatelu, Kecamatan Dimembe, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Dan Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca  Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sam Ratulangi. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu : Faktor I yakni pupuk organik kirinyuh (A) yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) taraf : A0 = 0g / polybag, A1 = 300g / polybag, A2 = 600g / polybag, A3 = 900g / polybag dan Faktor II yakni Pupuk Phonska (B) yang terdiri dari tiga taraf : B0 = 0g / polybag, B1 = 1,5g / polybag, dan B2 = 3g / polybag. Setiap polybag diisi tanah sampai seberat 20 kg.Kata Kunci:  Kirinyuh; Phonska; Tanah Tailing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLand use without regard to its ability to cause a decrease in the quality of the land, land degradation because they will affect the potential of land. Determine land capability class is expected that the potential of land owned by the obvious. This study aims to assess the potential of rural land capability classes based Kahuku. Research results showed that land potentially useful views of the class abilities gained in the research area of land where two six-unit class III land units with an area of 8.5 ha and a four unit class IV land with total area of 67.35 hectares.Key words : Potential Land, Capability Land

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe effect mixing of chicken manure and clayed soils (soil colloids) into ex-mining soils (tailings) on soil chemical properties and growth of sweet corn plants were the objective of this study. Tailings and the clay soils were taken from Tatelu Village of Dimembe Subdistrict and from Paniki Mapanget Subdistrict, respectively. This field research was conducted in Tara-tara II Subdistrict Tomohon West, District of Tomohon. Soil analyses were conducted in Soil Chemistry and Soil Fertilizer and in Soil Physics and Soil Conservation Laboratory at Soil Department, Agriculture Faculty UNSRAT Manado. A completely randomized design consisting of 7 treatments in 4 replicates is utilized in experiment using a 30 kg polybags. The results showed that mixing of clay-textured soil and manure on tailings gave significant effect on soil cation exchange capacity, soil P-available, K-available, corn dry weights, and corn cob weights. However, mixing materials have no significant effect on pH, C-organic content, and total N-content. The best combination mixing of materials is 40 persent clay textured soil and 30 tons of chicken manure and tailings.Keywords: Tailings, Clay Textured Soil and Chicken Manure

Abstract

ABSTRACK This research was conducted to observe the changes of physical properties and responses of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) planted on Tatelu's tailings soil. The reserch conducted at the UNSRAT Experimental Garden in Wailan Village, Tomohon City on July 2018 to February 2019. The research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) as research methodology which consisted five treatments. The treaments were: A = 300 kg / ha of phonska fertilizer + 0 tons / ha of organic fertilizer, B = 300 kg / ha of phonska fertilizer + 50 tons / ha of goat manure, C = 300 kg / ha of phonska fertilizer + 40 tons / ha of fertilizer organic plus + 10 tons / ha goat manure, D = 300 kg / ha phonska fertilizer + 30 tons / ha organic fertilizer + 20 tons / ha goat manure, E = 300 kg / ha phonska fertilizer + 30 tons / ha organic fertilizer plus + 20 tons / ha of goat manure. Each treatment was repeated four times to obtain 20 experimental pots. Sweet corn plants as indicators. Parameters observed included: 1) Sweet corn cobs weight, 2) Oven dry weight of sweet corn plants 3) Analysis of soil physical properties after harvest: organic-C, Soil Pemeality and porosity. The field experiment used a polybag pot with a completely randomized design consisting of five treatments with four replications. The data obtained will be analyzed by variance. If F-count is greater than F-table (F count> F table), then the data will e analyzed with the smallest real difference test (BNT 5%). The results showed that the combination of organic matter in soil tailings had a significant effect on organic-C, porosity, and permeability, but it had no significant effect on cob weight, and plant dry weight, but tended to provide a greater value compared with no organic matter. Organic materials and plus organic materials tend to be better than goat manure to rehabilitate tailings.  Keywords: Rehabilitation of tailings, and kinds of organic materials.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study was to determine the state of soil chemical fertility in the soil planted withchilies (Capsicum annum L.) in Lowian village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency, aswell as to support chili farming in Lowian village. This research was conducted in Lowianvillage, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. Soil sampling was carried out in twolocations, namely at the top of the village and at the bottom of the village. Furthermore, theanalysis of soil chemical properties at the Laboratory of Chemistry and Soil Fertility, Facultyof Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. The research period starts from Septemberto October 2020. The results of the analysis of several soil chemical properties in chilicultivation in Lowian village, Maesaaan District show that soil acidity (soil pH) is in a slightlyacidic state (6.3 - 6.4), C-organic has a low to moderate content value (1.74). - 2.22), the valueof the cation exchange capacity (CEC) is in a low to moderate state (13.82 - 18.54), Nitrogennutrient content is low (0.14 - 0.19), Phosphorus nutrient content is in a low state (11.64 -12.45), and the nutrient content of Potassium is in a low state (13.32 - 20.11) In general, basedon the results of laboratory analysis, it was stated that the soil chemical fertility in Lowianvillage, Maesaaan District, was at a low level.Key words: Soil, chemical properties, chili plants
