Abstract

Penelitian hasil ubi kayu (Mannihot esculenta Crantz.) terhadap perbedaan jenis pupuk bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh perbedaan jenis pupuk terhadap hasil ubi kayu.Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak empat kali. Perlakuan tersebut adalah: A = tanpa pemupukan, B = 250 kg NPK/ha +150 kg urea/ha, dan C = 20 ton/ha bokashi kotoran sapi. Variabel pengamatanadalah: 1) Jumlah umbi/tanaman, 2) Bobot umbi/tanaman, dan 3)Produksi umbi/petak.Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA dan Uji BNT 5%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan jenis pupuk berpengaruh terhadap hasil ubi kayu (bobot umbi/tanaman dan produksi umbi/petak). Bobot umbi/tanaman dan produksi umbi/petak tertinggi diperoleh pada pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi dengan dosis 20 ton/ha dan 250 kg NPK/ha + 150 kg urea/ha. Perlu penambahan pupuk pada lahan penelitian yang ditanami ubi kayu.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to determine the response of sweet corn plants of urea fertilizer and the provision of Paclobutrazol. Randomized trials using Design Group (RAK) Factorial pattern. The experiments are a factor I (A): Nitrogen fertilizer, Ao = Without fertilization, A1 = 100 kg N / ha, A2 = 200 kg N / ha, and Factor II (B): The concentration of Paclobutrazol ie, Bo = Without Paclobutrazol, B1 = 500 ppm, B2 = 1000 ppm. Variables observed were: 1) Higher Plants, 2) The number of leaves. Data were analyzed using a variety of analysis followed by LSD 5%. The results showed that the interaction between nitrogen fertilizer and Paclobutrazol is not significant  on sweet corn plants but interaction on the number of leaves. Paclobutrazol independently affect the height of sweet corn plants. Giving Paclobutrazol 500 ppm and 1000 ppm to corn plants are shorter than without Paclobutrazol. Percobaan acak menggunakan Design Group (RAK) pola faktorial. Percobaan adalah faktor I (A): pupuk Nitrogen e Ao = Tanpa pembuahan, A1 = 100 kg N / ha, A2 = 200 kg N / ha, dan Faktor II (B): Konsentrasi Paclobutrazol yaitu, Bo = Tanpa paclobutrazol, B1 = 500 ppm, B2 = 1000 ppm. Variabel yang diamati adalah: 1) Tanaman tinggi, 2) Jumlah daun. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan berbagai analisis diikuti oleh Uji Perbedaan Terkecil Real (LSD) 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara pupuk nitrogen dan Paclobutrazol tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman jagung manis tapi interaksi nyata pada jumlah daun. Paclobutrazol mempengaruhi tinggi tanaman jagung manis. Pemberian Paclobutrazol 500 ppm dan 1000 ppm memberikan tanaman jagung lebih pendek daripada tanpa Paclobutrazol. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Response of rice to paclobutrazol (PBZ) depends on plant variety. This experiment were done to know the influence of PBZ to growth and yield of local rice Wesel using randomized block design (RBD). The treatment consist of four dosages of PBZ with four replications. The results showed PBZ treatmant enhance of grain yield per plant, number of productive tillers (NPT),  weight of 1.000 grains, crop growth rate (CGR), and leaf chlorophyll content. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the concentration of growth inhibitor Paclobutrazol (Pbz) against the high growth of clove seedlings (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merryl & Perry) and get Pbz concentrations that can produce seed cloves in a relatively short (dwarf). The results showed that spraying Paclobutrazol (Pbz) with 25-100 ppm affect height growth of clove seedlings. Pbz the higher concentration applications, the shorter the length of apical segments produced shoots. In other words, the higher the concentration Pbz, the higher the emphasis on high growth of clove seedlings. Pbz emphasis on high growth of clove seedlings varied from the lowest, ie. 3.79% (25 ppm) up to the highest, ie 69.85% (100 ppm). Based on the comparison of height increment of plants sprayed with Paclobutrazol, the dose applications can be used to get the seed cloves that dwarf is a concentration of 50 to 100 ppm. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using MS media and ZPT NAA combined with several concentrations of cytokinins, namely BAP and Kinetin on somatic embryogenesis as seen from the growth of shoots of chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum sp.). This research was conducted from June 2022 to October 2022 at the Genetics Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sam Ratulangi. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 7 treatments namely A (NAA 2.0 ppm); AB1 (NAA 2.0 ppm + BAP 1.0 ppm); AB2 (NAA 2.0 ppm + BAP 2.0 ppm); AB3 (NAA 2.0 ppm + BAP 3.0 ppm); AK1 (NAA 2.0 ppm + Kinetin 1.0 ppm); AK2 (NAA 2.0 ppm + Kinetin 2.0 ppm); AK3 (NAA 2.0 ppm + Kinetin 3.0 ppm). Each treatment was repeated 7 times resulting in 49 experimental units. Observational data were analyzed using the ANOVA test and continued with the 5% LSD test. The results showed that MS medium and growth regulator NAA combined with cytokinins could induce somatic embryogenesis of chrysanthemum plants, where concentrations of NAA 2.0 ppm and BAP 2.0 ppm had the best effect on the number and height of explant shoots. The concentration of NAA growth regulator at 2.0 ppm gave the highest number of roots and when combined with cytokinins it reduced the number of roots. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media MS dan ZPT NAA yang dikombinasikan dengan beberapa konsentrasi sitokinin yaitu BAP dan Kinetin terhadap embriogenesis somatik yang dilihat dari pertumbuhan tunas tanaman krisan (Chrysanthemum sp.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2022 sampai Oktober 2022 di Laboratorium Genetika Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sam Ratulangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 7 perlakuan yaitu A (NAA 2,0 ppm); AB1 (NAA 2,0 ppm + BAP 1,0 ppm); AB2 (NAA 2,0 ppm + BAP 2,0 ppm); AB3 (NAA 2,0 ppm + BAP 3,0 ppm); AK1 (NAA 2,0 ppm + Kinetin 1,0 ppm); AK2 (NAA 2,0 ppm + Kinetin 2,0 ppm); AK3 (NAA 2,0 ppm + Kinetin 3,0 ppm). Masing-masing perlakuan yang diulang 7 kali menghasilkan 49 satuan percobaan. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media MS dan zat pengatur tumbuh NAA yang dikombinasikan dengan sitokinin dapat menginduksi embriogenesis somatik tanaman krisan, dimana konsentrasi NAA 2,0 ppm dan BAP 2,0 ppm memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap jumlah dan tinggi tunas ekplan. Konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh NAA 2,0 ppm memberikan jumlah akar terbanyak dan apabila dikombinasikan dengan sitokinin dapat menekan jumlah akar. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to study response of sweet corn plants (Zea mays saccharata L.) that were fertilized with organic fertilizer. The research was implemented in green house of Agriculture Faculty, Sam Ratulangi University of Manado, on July to November 2012. The result of research as follow : Height of plants on D treatment (15 tons of stable fertilizer per hectare + 750 kilograms of granul organic fertilizer per hectare) gave best respons, Number of leaves on C treatment (15 tons of stable fertilizer per hectare + 500 kilograms of granul organic fertilizer per hectare ) and D treatment ( 15 tons of stable fertilizer per hectare + 750 kilograms of granul organic fertilizer per hectare) gave best response. Result of sweet corn that were measured by length, diameter and weight of corn cob on B treatment (anorganic fertilizer of N, P and K with recommended doses N 300 kg per hectare, P 150 per hectare, P 150 kg per hectare, and K 150 kg per hectare) gave best response. Abstract

This research was conducted at the experimental farm of the Faculty of Agriculture UNSRAT in the Pandu District Mapanget for 4 months, starting from the month Novenber 2012 to February 2013, which aims to determine the effect of spraying application time and concentration of paclobutrazol (PBZ) on the growth and yield of maize varieties Yellow Manado. The parameters measured were plant height, cob length, cob diameter, cob weight, number of rows cob, grain weight per ear. The results showed that the effect of concentration and time of application of paclobutrazol interact affect Manado Yellow corn cob weight, whereas high concentrations singly affect plants and spraying time singly affect the diameter of cob and grain weight per ear. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plant spacing on growth and yield of paddy Legowo row planting system. The study was conducted in South Minahasa District, District Tompaso New, Village Torout for 4 months from April - August 2014 in this study used materials rice seed Bulawan, taken from the village of Torout (one's own). Research was conducted using a randomized block design (RAK) with 5 treatments spacing grown using Legowo row planting system 2: 1. Each treatment was repeated four times, namely 1) 20 x 20 cm (control), 2) 20 x 20 cm, 3) 20 x 25 cm, 4) 20 x 30 cm, 5) 20 x 35 cm. Using the method of using the F test and if there is a treatment effect followed by a test of Least Significant Difference (LSD) at 5%. Spacing of rice that gives the best results are rice treated with a spacing of 20 x 25 cm Legowo row planting system. Keywords :jajar legowo, rice

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to memgetahui Bokashi fertilizer influence on the growth and production of rice using the SRI (System Of Rice Intensification) held at the Village Taratara the West Tomohon sub district for 5 months from July to December 2014. The study used randomized block design with treatment A (5 ton Bokashi / ha), B (10 ton Bokashi / ha), C (15 ton Bokashi / ha), D (20 ton Bokashi / ha) and repeated 4 times to obtain 16 experimental plots. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance followed by LSD (Least Significant Difference) at 5% level.The results showed that the use of Bokashi fertilizer to increase rice production SRI method. Dose of 15 ton / ha of fertilizer bokhasi provide the highest SRI method of paddy production.Keyword: Bokashi, peddy,SRI Method (System Of Rice Intensification)

Abstract

SUMMARY This research aims to inventory the weeds associated  in corn field in the highland and lowland.  This research was conducted  in two places on  corn field in the highlands at Palelon Village Distric Modoinding Regency South  Minahasa with altitude 975 metres AMSL and on corn field in at the lowlands Village Kima Atas Distric Mapanget Manado City with altitude 73 metres AMSL. Research conducted in  may to june 2016. Research used  survey method and data collection  by using the square method with make distribution of sample plots. Weeds data analysis using the formula  SDR (Summed Dominance Ratio). Observed variable that is  weed species,  number of weed, and dominance weed. The result obtained 10 weed species in the highland and 17 weed species in lowland area. The inventory results weed obtained three species of weed  highlands has SDR  value higher compared than other species  that is Paspallum conjugatum with the SDR value of each strata   (35,22 %, 38,77%,  37,66), Ageratum conyzoides with SDR value (28,99%, 30,15%, 25,89% ), Drymaria cordata with the SDR (8,8 %, 18,24%, 5,70%). While the three species of weeds lowland has SDR value higher compared  than other  species  that is Cynodon dactilon with SDR every stratum is (29,70 %, 50,24 %), Sida rhombifolia  with the SDR (12,12%,  23,69 %,  28,18 %), Calopogonium mucunoides with the SDR (2,95%, 14,29%, 29,09% ).   From the research  suggested  weed control of asteraceae family can be done mechanically, chemical by using herbicides systemic.  Poaceae can be done by mechanical or chemically.
