Abstract

The background of this research is that there is still physical printing of documents carried out at the Office of the Investment and One-Stop Service (DPMPTSP) Office of Karawang Regency. DPMPTSP is committed to providing the best service to the community, such as efforts to shorten the time, procedures, and costs for licensing and non-licensing, also supported by Electronic Services (PSE). This is regulated in Karawang Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2017 concerning Electronic Licensing Services and Karawang Regent Regulation Number 50 of 2018 concerning Amendments to Karawang Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2017 concerning Electronic Licensing Services. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the Si Teteh Program Policy in Licensing Services at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Karawang Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Then the data collection techniques were used in several ways, namely literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and also drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study explain that the implementation of the Si Teteh program policy in licensing services has not been effective, because based on the theory of policy implementation by Charles O. Jones, (1994:166) which consists of three dimensions has not been fulfilled properly, among others: 1) Organization, Resources Human Resources consist of ASN and Non-ASN, facilities such as computers, printers and internet network; 2) Interpretation, socialization through social media, billboards, brochures, invitations from representatives of investment holders, mass media and online media as well; and 3) Implementation, an evaluation meeting is held every time there are problems or new regulations in the Si Teteh application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Religion Karawang District . This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods . The sample in this study was 313. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis model in this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study show that there is an influence between competence on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Religion of Karawang Regency Keywords: Competency, Employee Performance

Abstract

Digital transformation in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 has brought about new phenomena in people's lifestyles, including the shift towards a cashless society. The implementation of social and physical restriction policies has made consumers shift their shopping activities to e-commerce platforms and use digital payment services (e-wallets) more intensively. based on research, mobile banking users are more from Generation Z than Millennials. Young consumers are usually early adopters of technology and can be more innovative. Sometimes Generation Z is more worried about losing their mobile phones than their wallets because almost all transactions can now be done digitally. By using quantitative research techniques with purposive sampling method, the number of samples was 150 respondents with SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness, and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on interest in using e-wallets in Generation Z. Meanwhile, perceived convenience, trust and social influence have no significant effect on interest in using e-wallets among Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of budget planning, human resource competence, and utilization of information technology on budget absorption with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative research method, purposive sampling was used in the sample selection process, 185 respondents, including the Budget Implementation Coordinator (KPA), Budget Implementation Coordinator (PPK), Budget Implementation Coordinator (PPSPM), Head of Planning Sub-Division and Expenditure Treasurer in 37 work units under the Surabaya High Religious Court. The hypothesis was tested with SEM-PLS by SMART PLS 4.1.0.9. The results showed that budget planning does not affect budget absorption, human resource competence, and information technology, which significantly impacts budget absorption. Organizational commitment as a moderating variable does not moderate the impact of budget planning and human resource competence on budget absorption, but it does moderate the effect of information technology utilization on budget absorption.

Abstract

Perang dagang antara Amerika Serikat dan Tiongkok yang memuncak pada tahun 2025 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pasar keuangan global, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga emas dunia (XAUUSD), harga minyak dunia (XTIUSD), dan Indeks Dow Jones (DJIA) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Indonesia selama periode tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data harian selama Februari hingga Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga emas dunia dan Indeks Dow Jones berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan harga minyak dunia berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap IHSG. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi ketidakpastian global seperti perang dagang, aset safe haven dan indeks saham utama dunia memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan arah pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi investor dan pengambil kebijakan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal dalam strategi investasi dan pengelolaan risiko.
