Abstract

One of the main points of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi is to regulate tertiary institutions to solve problems in the community including through the community service activities, this activity is called Kuliah Kerja Nyata orsimply KKN. However, the type of KKN activity held this time is slightly different from the previous generation KKN because it was carried out during the covid-19 virus pandemic. Various efforts have been made to prevent the transmission and spread of the covid-19 virus which has plagued our lives, one of which is the work program proposed by the Singosaren Village Community Service group, namely response to the Covid-19 outbreak and student learning assistance. The method used in this service consists of the first four stages of students observing the mobility of community activities during a pandemic. The second stage, students prepare media that will be used as an effort to prevent Covid-19. The preparations include planting family medicinal plants (toga), making disinfectants, making a poster warning about Covid-19 and suggesting a place to wash hands. The third stage, students and residents carry out activities in Singosaren village such as installing posters in public areas and installing hand washing facilities and carrying out activities.

Abstract

Background: The practice of interprofessional collaboration is one of the elements that determines the quality of inpatient services. As a result of dysfunctional or non-existent interprofessional collaborative health practices is a medical error, which is the leading cause of death worldwide. Objective: to analyze factors related to interprofessional health collaboration in hospital hospitalization. Methods: Survey research methods, with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were doctors and health workers who provided care for 58 inpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in June-July 2019 determined by consecutive sampling. Data was collected by filling out the Collaborative Practice Assessment Tool (CPAT) questionnaire. Data analysis with chi-square. Results: the practice of interprofessional collaboration in hospitalization is mostly good (mean index = 3.00). Years of service and age are significantly related to the practice of interprofessional collaboration in hospital hospitalization. Type of profession, gender, education, marital status and income are not related to the practice of interprofessional collaboration in hospital hospitalization. Conclusion: The higher the work period and age of the healthcare professional, the better the practice of interprofessional collaboration in hospital hospitalization.

Abstract

Pandemi penyakit virus corona 2019 (Covid – 19) telah menjadi fakta yang mengglobal. dalam arti, nyaris tidak ada Negara di dunia ini yang tidak terinfeksi Covid – 19. Sehingga berakibat pengehentian terhadap semua aktivitas kehidupan, baik dalam konteks perekonomian, maupun lainnya. Penghentian aktivitas itu, dalam upaya memutus rantai penyebaran Covid – 19, yang disandarkan pada penyelamatan ummat manusia. Seiring dengan itu, kebijakan – kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia untuk penanganan pencegahan Covid – 19 pun terus meluncur ke publik, kendati berdampak terhadap pembatasan kegiatan – kegiatan masyarakat umumnya, dan kegiatan – kegiatan institusi – institusi pemeirntah maupun privat. Pada situasi demikian itulah, tentu saja tak terhindarkan banyak warga masyarakat terkena dampak yang tidak sederhana, seperti merasa tertekan, kefanikan sosial dan lainnya. Survei ini ingin memotret ketahanan sosial masyarakat Jawa Barat dalam hadapi Covid – 19 sebagai bagian integral ketahanan nasional. Hasil survei, memang memnunjukkan bahwa dimensi kemampuan mengidentifikasi dan mengelola (menyelesaikan) persoalan, kemampuan menyesuaikan diri pada keadaan tak mementu, dan dimensi kemampuan berubah dan menyesuaikan tuntutan kondisi yang juga berubah dengan adanya pandemi Covid – 19 sangat berarti sebagai indikator ketahanan sosial masyarakat
