Abstract

One of the main points of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi is to regulate tertiary institutions to solve problems in the community including through the community service activities, this activity is called Kuliah Kerja Nyata orsimply KKN. However, the type of KKN activity held this time is slightly different from the previous generation KKN because it was carried out during the covid-19 virus pandemic. Various efforts have been made to prevent the transmission and spread of the covid-19 virus which has plagued our lives, one of which is the work program proposed by the Singosaren Village Community Service group, namely response to the Covid-19 outbreak and student learning assistance. The method used in this service consists of the first four stages of students observing the mobility of community activities during a pandemic. The second stage, students prepare media that will be used as an effort to prevent Covid-19. The preparations include planting family medicinal plants (toga), making disinfectants, making a poster warning about Covid-19 and suggesting a place to wash hands. The third stage, students and residents carry out activities in Singosaren village such as installing posters in public areas and installing hand washing facilities and carrying out activities.

Abstract

Islamic culture is a culture that emerges, emanates from Islam, or all cultures (human works) that are influenced by the existence of Islam. Human work in Islamic culture is a dynamic method of implementation, while the principles come from God and are permanent. A person in his life must have guidelines and visions to establish himself from the pace of progress in modern times, students are educated and taught the values ​​of Islamic culture so that they can have broad insight and can reflect Islamic values ​​in their daily life. In improving this, a person should be able to be more critical and also careful on several new things as well as find ways to filter things that have positive and negative impacts and religion to become the main foundation for oneself in order to control oneself. The hadith about the virtue of reading the Prophet's prayers has penetrated the souls of the people of Kalitelon Rt.03 Rw.04 Kaligentong Village. The community has increasingly enjoyed hadroh and shalawatan training which are held every week. This social phenomenon implies that religion is an important indicator. Especially the traditions relating to commands and fadhilah (virtue) to pray to the prophet. This forms the mindset and religious spirit of the people of Kalitelon Rt.03 Rw.04 Kaligentong Village, Gladaksari District, Boyolali Regency. This phenomenon is also known as the living hadith phenomenon. The phenomenological approach with functional theory is the focus of this research. It can be concluded that this phenomenon is a tradition that develops in society. This study is considered to be a contemporary hadith study that can shift the existence of previous hadith studies.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has caught the attention of both the public and the government. With the increasing rate of spread, the government is more responsive and issues various policies. One of the policies to slow down the spread of Covid-19 by taking into account the pace of the economy is the application of a new life order or often called the New Normal. The new life order (New Normal) demands that people always wear masks and pay attention to their health. The existence of this policy makes all people need to know the importance of using masks and living healthily. Therefore, there is a need for Covid-19 education efforts and the use of masks to slow the spread of Covid-19. This education uses several modes, including: the virtual media method and the lecture method. Evaluation related to this activity uses a questionnaire to find out how effective Covid-19 education and mask donations are to slow the spread rate. This educational activity is targeted at village people who, in fact, do not understand Covid-19 information. The results of the activity showed that the covid-19 education and distribution of masks provided by the facilitators could increase the awareness of the village community and be useful for the rate of spread of Covid-19 in the area.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is still the biggest outbreak in our country. Various ways have been taken by the government to overcome this outbreak, but they have not succeeded. In fact, if the public has self-awareness about the dangers of the Covid-19 virus, and this is accompanied by community discipline in implementing the health protocols that have been established by the government, this can suppress the growth of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia. Covid-19 has succeeded in changing the habits that we do every day at home, at school, at work, on the road, and anywhere else. As is well known, Covid-19 is a disease caused by the Corona Virus, a very small creature measuring about 125 nanometers but can cause death. Symptoms of Covid-19 are characterized by the appearance of cough, cold, flu, fever, respiratory problems, but some have no symptoms, and in severe conditions they can cause respiratory failure and lead to death. Transmission through coughing or sneezing droplets. In this year's Real Work Lecture (KKN) activity which was held at Dukuh Kulon Rt 01 Rw 11 Sidomulyo, Ampel Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, has a joint program against Covid 19 towards an independent village and has the potential to get used to always wearing masks and implementing the 5M health protocol ( wearing a mask, washing hands with soap and running water, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, limiting mobilization and interaction)

Abstract

vendors (PKL) are a common phenomenon that occurs in big cities in Indonesia. The case of street vendors is considered by many parties as a form of government failure in providing job opportunities for the poor. Boyolali City is one of the cities which is alsStreeo inhabited by street vendors. This research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach, the authors went to the field to make observations and direct interviews with research informants. There are two formulations of the problem in writing this thesis, namely: (1). How is the policy of controlling street vendors in the Boyolali district, and the second (2). What are the suporting and inhibiting factor in controlling street vendors in the Boyolali area. The structuring policy by the Boyolali city government is appropriate and in accordance with the Boyolali regional regulation Number 18 of 2016 concerning the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors. The control carried out by the Satpol PP is also in accordance with PP number 6 of 2010

Abstract

DETERMINATION OF VILLAGE FUND AS A FORCE MAJEUR IN HANDLING CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 IN GEMAWANG VILLAGE 2020-2022 Gemawang Village is one of the villages in Jambu District, Semarang Regency which implements Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, but in determining the different 2019 Corona Virus Disease handling budgets in 2020-2022 which is mandatory in the budget, it requires a sufficient process. long considering that the determination of the budget has been determined in the previous year. Some of the problems that arise as a result of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic require several problem formulations in completing the budget changes that have been set, so that everything can be carried out in accordance with the government's expectations but does not leave the basis for determining the deliberation set by the village and approved by the Village Consultative Body. The purpose of this study was to find out about village procedures in force majeure in determining the budget for handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Gemawang Village in 2020 to 2022 based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. In Gemawang Village, Jambu District, Semarang Regency, this research uses an empirical juridical approach which examines the process of determining the budget process for determining the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Handling Budget in Gemawang Village, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. Some of the benefits for the author in compiling this thesis, one of which is to fulfill the requirements for a Bachelor of Law, knowing the process in determining the Corona Virus Disease 2019 budget in Gemawang Village, as a legal research study on Force Majeure in Determining the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Management Budget in Gemawang Village. The results of the research on the determination of the Village Fund as a Force Majeur in Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Gemawang Village in 2020 - 2022, are in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Ministerial Regulations and Presidential Regulations, this proves that the Gemawang Village Government has implemented regulations set by the government to protect citizens from the spread of covid-19 with a budget sourced from the Village Fund for handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Gemawang Village, in a state of force (force majeure) as a non-natural disaster determined by the central government which has an impact on the determination a budget managed by the village sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. PENETAPAN DANA DESA SEBAGAI FORCE MAJEUR DALAM PENANGANAN CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 DI DESA GEMAWANG TAHUN 2020-2022 Desa Gemawang adalah salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Jambu Kabupaten Semarang yang melaksanakan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, namun dalam penetapan anggaran penangganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 yang berbeda-beda pada tahun 2020-2022 yang wajib di anggaran, membutuhkan proses yang cukup panjang mengingat bahwa penetapan anggaran sudah di tetapkan ditahun sebelumnya. Beberapa permasalahan yang timbul dari akibat pendemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 dibutuhkan beberapa rumusan masalah dalam menyelesaikan perubahan anggaran yang sudah ditetapkan, agar semua dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan harapan pemerintah namun tidak meninggalkan dasar penetapan musyawarah yang ditetapkan desa dan disetujui oleh Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tata cara desa dalam force majeure dalam menetapkan anggaran penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Desa Gemawang di tahun 2020 sampai dengan Tahun 2022 berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa. Di Desa Gemawang Kecamatan Jambu Kabupaten Semarang penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris di mana mengkaji proses proses penetapan anggaran penetapan Anggaran Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Desa Gemawang Kecamatan Jambu Kabupaten Semarang. Beberapa manfaat penulis dalam menyusun skripsi ini, salah satunya untuk memenuhi syarat Sarjana Hukum, mengetahui proses dalam penetapan anggaran penangganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Desa Gemawang, sebagai kajian penelitian hukum tentang Force Majeure dalam Penetapan Anggaran Penangganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Desa Gemawang. Hasil Penelitian Penetapan Dana Desa Sebagai Force Majeur Dalam Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 Di Desa Gemawang Tahun 2020 - 2022, sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, Peraturan Menteri dan Peraturan Presiden , Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Pemeritah Desa Gemawang telah melaksanakan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk melindungi warga masyarakat dari penyebaran covid-19 dengan anggaran yang bersumber dari Dana Desa untuk penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 Desa Gemawang, dalam keadaan memaksa ( force majeure ) sebagai bencana non alam yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat yang berdampak pada penetapan anggaran yang dikelola oleh desa yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Negara.

Abstract

Perjanjian pelaksanaan kontrak kerja konstruksi pembangunan pasar rakyat di Kabupaten Boyolali, yang melibatkan Pemerintah Daerah dengan kontraktor atau penyedia jasa konstruksi. Perjanjian tersebut umumnya mengatur tentang hak dan tanggung jawab kedua belah pihak, yang dibuat dalam bentuk tertulis otentik di bawah tangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif, yang melibatkan pengkajian dan analisis data mengenai pelaksanaan perjanjian dan tanggung jawab hukum terkait kontrak kerja konstruksi antara Pemerintah Daerah Boyolali dengan Kontraktor. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian kontrak kerja konstruksi pembangunan pasar rakyat antara Pemerintah Daerah Boyolali dengan Kontraktor telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Jasa Konstruksi, yang telah diubah oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 14 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Jasa Konstruksi, serta Pasal 1313 dan 1320 KUHPerdata. Perjanjian tersebut berakhir dengan adanya tindakan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai wanprestasi dan keadaan memaksa, serta kegagalan bangunan yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak.

Abstract

The development of criminal law in Indonesia has undergone a significant transformation, especially in handling cases involving children. Therefore, it is important to ensure that children in conflict with the law receive treatment in accordance with the principles of juvenile criminal justice, with a rehabilitative approach that focuses on recovery and social reintegration, not just punishment. This study aims to analyze how the restorative justice approach is applied in handling cases of children in conflict with the law, and to evaluate its ef ectiveness in creating restorative justice that can provide benefits for both perpetrators, victims, and the community. This study uses a juridical-empirical research type. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations and literature studies which were then analyzed using qualitative methods. Overall, the implementation of the restorative justice policy at the Boyolali Police deserves appreciation because it shows an implementation model that is in accordance with regulations. Although the potential for restorative justice is very large, its implementation is not always smooth and is often faced with obstacles that can hinder the achievement of a comprehensive sense of justice. In conclusion, although this policy has great potential in creating fairer and more rehabilitative justice for children, its implementation still requires optimal support through training, socialization, and cross-institutional coordination.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the juridical aspects of the annulment of a birth certificate issued due to verification errors in the digital-based population administration system, focusing on the Decision of the Administrative Court (PTUN) of Yogyakarta Number 19/G/2020/PTUN/YK. In this case, the birth certificate under the name of Setyowati was issued by the Civil Registration and Population Service (Dukcapil) of Bantul Regency by listing her grandmother as her biological mother. This error not only raised administrative issues but also potentially affected the civil inheritance rights of legitimate heirs. This research employs a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach, supported by a literature review, analysis of statutory regulations, the principles of good governance (AUPB), the doctrine of material truth, and an in-depth review of the court’s decision. The findings reveal that the Defendant (Dukcapil), who only conducted administrative verification through the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) without factual examination, violated the principles of accuracy, legal certainty, and justice. The panel of judges emphasized that a birth certificate as a state legal product must reflect material truth, not merely the formal completeness of documents. This decision not only annulled a legally flawed birth certificate but also highlighted the urgency of reforming verification systems in digital-based population administration services. The existing system must be supported by competent and ethical human resources, field verification mechanisms, and effective internal supervision to prevent data manipulation that may harm other parties. This study is expected to provide an academic contribution to the development of administrative law, as well as a practical reference for public service institutions to strengthen accuracy, accountability, and fairness in issuing population documents.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan gudang ilmu dan menjadi sumber belajar untuk semua kalangan. Penyediaan buku bacaan merupakan upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh SD Negeri 1 Kembangkuning untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan mencerdaskan generasi bangsa. Tidak adanya staf pengelola perpustakaan, menjadikan perpustakaan terbengkalai dan membuat siswa enggan untuk membaca di perpustakaan. Dengan ini kami melakukan program restrukturisasi tata kelola perpustakaan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa. metode yang digunakan berbentuk observasi, pelaksanaan program, pelatihan program kerja. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah memperbaiki manajemen perpustakaan yang sempat vakum dalam kurun waktu cukup lama sehingga membuat manajemen perpustakaan tidak terkelola dengan baik. serta mampu mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan software pada manajemen perpustakaan yang baru dan diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanan perpustakaan di SD Negeri 1 Kembangkuning.
