Abstract

Kemungkinan senyawaaktif yang terdapat pada kandungan fraksi etil asetat ekstrak umbi sarang semut (Myrmephytum selebicum (Becc.) adalah kemungkinan mengarahkan senyawa pada struktur 5-OH isoflavon O-di OH pada cincin A (6,7 atau 7,8) Kata kunci : (Myrmephytum sp.), sitotoksisitas, fraksi etil asetat, sel HeLa Abstract Cytotoxicity test is to identify the development of new cytotoxic drugs or drug detection with antitumor activity by using HeLa cell line derived from epithelial cells of cervical cancer (cervical) humans. Anthill contains flavonoids and tannins. Flavonoids act as antioxidants for the body to prevent and overcome powerful attacks tuber extract ant kanker. The results of this study are: ethyl acetate fraction anthill bulbs are cytotoxic Based LC50 that of the sixth fraction ant tuber extract (Myrmephytumselebicum (Becc.) only two fractions that are toxic that a single fraction (A) and two fractions (B) with IC50 = 60.97 mg / ml and 71.86 mg / ml while the three fractions (C), four (D) five (E) andsix (F) is not cytotoxic to HeLa cells with LC50> 100 mg / ml is 29730898μg/ml, 13980.373μg/ml and 2667076808 ug / ml. The possibility of active compound contained in the content of ethyl acetate fraction tuber extract ant is the flavonoid 3 ', 4'-dihydroxy flavones. Total phenolic content and total flavonoid fraction of ethyl acetate bulbs anthill is:% w / w EAG for phenolic compounds fraction 1 = 15:33%, 2 = 16:36% fraction, fraction 3 = 12:08%. While% w / w EK for flavonoid fraction 1 = 5.00%, 2 = 3.92% fraction, fraction 3 = 3.34%. The possibility of active compound contained in the content of ethyl acetate fraction ant tuber extract (Myrmephytumselebicum (Becc.) is likely to lead compound 5-OH structure isoflavone O-ring DIOHonA (6.7or7.8) Keywords: (Myrmephytum sp.), Cytotoxicity, ethyl acetate fraction, HeLa cells

Abstract

Background: Borax and formaldehyde are prohibited from use in food, but it is still found in some products such as noodles and meatballs. Borax and formaldehyde content test can be done using a flame test methods and test methods color. Purpose: To find meatballs sold in Surakarta Muhammadiyah University campus environments containing borax and formaldehyde. Research Method: This study is a descriptive survey with cross sectional design and sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 8 (eight) where each stall investigated two (2) pieces of meatballs. Result: Borax and formaldehyde content test on the sample meatballs sold in Surakarta Muhammadiyah University campus environment using a flame test methods and test methods showed color negative or undetectable samples contain borax and formaldehyde. Conclusion: All of the samples tested meatballs that do not contain harmful preservatives, namely borax and formaldehyde. Meatball samples so it meets the requirements in Permenkes No. 033 Year 2012 on Food Additives.

Abstract

The problem faced by target partners (target schools) is the low ability of students to solve problems. In fact, problem solving ability is one of the skills that must be possessed in the 21st century. This community service aims to improve teacher pedagogical competence in implementing Computational Thinking learning as well as assistance in its implementation. The method used is an educational approach with stages, identification of target schools, socialization of activities, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The result of this activity was an increase in teacher knowledge in computational thinking by 95%, and teacher interest in applying computational thinking to subjects by 92%. The conclusion of this activity is known that community service partners have increased their knowledge of problem solving methods using a computational thinking approach and can apply them in mathematics learning.

Abstract

Augmented reality is an increase trending technology in education. Research in the field of AR for Education is increasing every year. A large number of research reviews have focused on the use of AR in education worldwide and at all levels of education, but there have not been many reviews of the use of AR at the elementary school level in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the trends of using AR in elementary school in Indonesia. This research used a Systematic Mapping Study approach, which consists of the stages of definition research question, conduct research, screening papers, keywording using abstract, and data extraction and mapping process. Subjects of elementary education, grade, type of AR application, and research method and facets, have been used in classifying AR. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used in determining the relevant papers. This study examining 42 articles containing “augmented reality”, “elementary school” and “Indonesia” in their titles, abstracts, and keywords. Articles were published between 2017 and 2021. The results have shown that science learning is the most subject to be the object of AR research, followed by mathematics, language, and culture. Most of the AR implementations are implemented in class IV, V and VI. The most widely used type of AR application is marker-based AR. The most widely used research method is R&D which focuses on developing AR products.
