Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of liquidity and solvency of profitability in the company PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. Quantitative research methodsused in this study, by collecting data based on the form of company financial public statements. Multiple linear regression using for analyzing research. The results show that the liquidity ratio has a positive effect on profitability, moreover the solvency ratio has a positive effect on profitability and there is a simultaneous influence between liquidity and solvency on profitability ratios. The conclusion of this research show there is a significant effect between liquidity ratios and profitability, and also solvency ratios with profitability, and liquidity ratios with solvability indicate a simultaneous effect on profitability ratios.

Abstract

Regional economic development is largely determined by the level of economic activity based on economic sectors that encourages an increase in Gross Domestic Product and the strengthening of regional economic structure, Optimization of the economic potential of the region is highly dependent on the level land ready kesesuaiaan subsectors in each sub-sector is the basis sectors that have a commodity that is considered superior in every sub-district that was dilahan either wet or on dry land, the potential for regional economic development is not only supported by the agricultural sector which is considered the base, however, supported by the development sector as a basis for encouraging the economic activities based districts, Strarategi and regional economic development policy is supported by a strategic program that will be described at the level SKPD and other entities related to the economic development of the region.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the power of influence of Communication on the Effectiveness of Work at the Public Works and Highways Office of Sidrap Regency. 25 respondents were taken as a sample. The research conducted by the researcher is a verification research or causality in nature, namely research that looks for the relationship between causal variables and effect variables. The relationship in question is the relationship between Communication (Independent variable) and Work Effectiveness (Dependent variable). The analytical tool used is the Spearman Rank coefficient formula (ρ) Based on the analysis of the collected data, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The results of the analysis show that Communication is associated with Work Effectiveness. This shows that the more effective the communication that occurs, the work effectiveness will increase, conversely if the communication is not effective then the work being done becomes even less effective. 2) Communication that occurs within the Public Works and Highways Office of Sidrap Regency is quite effective, because after all the role of the leadership here cannot be ruled out, because it is the leadership that creates pleasant environmental conditions or vice versa.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja, Disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja serta pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin secara bersama-sama terhadap  prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 80 responden dan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh  positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study to explore the theoretical and employee job satisfaction relationship with organizational culture and factors that influence the use of various sources reviuw literature theory and journals - journals. Based on the literature reviuw goals that must be achieved before the job satisfaction obtained is money, prestige, status, security, recognition, a sense of belonging, and creativity. Job satisfaction can be improved in three ways, on the premise that workers feel they are appreciated in his work, namely : increasing the hope that workers can obtain the desired value, increase worker confidence that he is doing the work that gives the results of value, raising the fulfillment according to the value his work .
