Abstract

Fungsi planning  dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam merupakan sebuah strategi yang dapat diwujudkan dalam sebuah keputusan dan tindakan yang dilakukan selama waktu tertentu sesuai dengan jangka waktu perencanaan agar penyelenggaraan sistem pendidikan menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien serta menghasilkan lulusan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sebagai upaya peningkatkan efektifitas dan efeisensi kerja suatu organisasi pendidikan perhitungan-perhitungan secara teliti sudah harus dilakukan pada fase perencanaan pendidikan dan memfungsikannya secara optimal. Untuk itu dalam proses merencanakan perencanaan pendidikan prinsip-prinsip perencanaan harus mencerminkan nilai-nilai kebaikan dan rasa tanggung jawab bagin setiap individu dalam lembaga pendidikan. Sangat diperlukannya upaya penyadaran, serta pembinaan oleh kepala sekolah akan pentingnya implementasi sistem planning dalam manajemen sekolah dengan melibatkan guru dan sumber daya sekolah yang ada secara langsung terutama dalam proses  kegiatan perencanaan sekolah.

Abstract

To realize quality human resources requires direction from education and development policies that strongly focus on education as an investment in the future. As an investment in the future, compulsory education has been carried out from an early age as a continuous and systemic program taken in various policy programs, which starts from early childhood education, primary education, and secondary education, to higher education. To make the program successful, various improvements in education policy for all future generations of the nation have been determined, improving the quality of educators and education programs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang apa saja kebijakan terkait dengan pembiayaan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam, salah satunya di Pondok Pesantren. Pondok Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk mempelajari segala sesuatu tentang Agama Islam secara mendalam. Saat ini, Pembiayaan pondok pesantren dapat diperoleh dari banyak pihak, antara lain pemerintah, orang tua santri, masyarakat dan dunia usaha. Dari sumber pendanaan tersebut, pesantren memiliki akses dana reguler dan otomatis yang dapat digunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan pendidikan dan pengembangan pesantren. Penulis juga melakukan studi kepustakaan dengan mengkaji berbagai buku, jurnal dan Karya-karya lain yang barkaitan dengan permasalahan kebijakan pembiayaan pendidikan di pesantren guna menyempurnakan penelitian.

Abstract

Pendidikan Ekstrakurikuler keagamaan Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Kota Jambi disebut dalam sebuah organisasi yaitu Rohani Islam yang memiliki fungsi sebagai sarana pendidikan karakter siswa. Pendekatan Penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi keterpercayaan hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik triangulasi guna memenuhi kriteria kredibilitas, keteralihan, ketergantungan dan obyektifitas. Hasil penelitian Bentuk pendidikan karakter melalui keigiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan Islam yaitu: Mengintensifkan pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Agama Islam di Kelas. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter siswa melalui ekstrakurikuler keagamaan Islam yaitu dukungan dari Bapak dan Ibu Guru, Siswa yang antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Adapun penghambatnya adalah belum efektifnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan anak, Belum selektifnya siswa memilih teman. Upaya meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa melalui ekstrakurikuler keagamaan Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Kota Jambi melalui: Adanya pengawasan guru terhadap perkembangan perilaku siswa, Perlu adanya koordinasi antara guru dan orang tua dalam pengawasan perilaku siswa. Hasil yang dicapai dari pendidikan karakter pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Kota Jambi telah berhasil dimana siswa telah memiliki karakter baik seperti suka menolong, rajin dan jujur.

Abstract

Pedagogic competence is one of the abilities that must be possessed by a teacher in teaching. The pedagogic competencies possessed by teachers at Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mamba'ul Ulum are quite good, such as making lesson plans, managing teaching and learning interactions, mastering teaching materials and other elements. However, in ongoing learning the abilities possessed by the teacher are not maximized so that they can affect student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is quantitative. The research hypothesis is that there is an effect of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes. The sampling technique was taken by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique and simple random sampling technique. The population in this study was 50 students, namely class VIII A - VIII B, for the sample in this study were 44 respondents. This study used observation data collection techniques, questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. The questionnaire is aimed at students to find data about scores and the influence of teacher pedagogical competence. Documentation that aims to obtain information about learning outcomes, school history and so on. The results of this study concluded that there was an effect of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes at Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mamba'ul Ulum, Paal Merah District, Talang Bakung Village, Jambi City. This is evident from the results of calculating the effect of variable X (teacher's pedagogic competence) on variable Y (student learning outcomes) of 0.365. Based on r_table at the 5% level = 0.297. Thus, it is known that r_xy=0.365> r_table=0.297 at a significance level of 5% so that it can be declared significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that the teacher's pedagogical competence influences student learning outcomes at Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mamba'ul Ulum Jambi City.

Abstract

This research is collaborative class action research (PTK) which is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. In collecting data used the method of observation, tests, interviews and documentation. The observation method is used to measure teacher and student activity per cycle. The test method is used to determine students' learning abilities after participating in learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model. The interview method was used to find out opinions and descriptions at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Tangkit Muaro Jambi. And the documentation method is used to describe what happened in class during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model is able to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VIII C of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Tangkit Muaro Jambi, namely 52% in cycle I, 76% in cycle II and 84% in cycle III. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that learning Fiqh using the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes on the subject matter of zakat from increasing post-test scores in each cycle.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes of Fiqh caused by the lack of absorption of students in learning Fiqh, the lack of activity of students and the methods used by teachers in managing learning are still monotonous so that students often feel bored quickly when faced with conventional learning methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) Method on the Fiqh Learning Outcomes of Class VII Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Al-Hidayah Talang Bakung, Jambi City. This study uses quantitative research methods with a Quasi-Experimental research design with a post control group. The research instrument used was a test sheet consisting of questions. In analyzing descriptive data and parametric statistics used normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test (T-Test). Based on the results of research conducted, the average score obtained from classes that do not use the SAVI method is 68.62%, while the average score for classes that use the SAVI method is 79.11%. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis obtained a value of 3.45. This value is higher than Ttable 5% = 1.677. The score shows that the use of this research method is better than those who do not apply the SAVI method (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual). Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommends schools or other parties to use the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) method in learning fiqh with taharah material.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of instructional leadership and teacher self-efficacy on job satisfaction among teachers in Indonesian Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah), focusing on the mediating role of school climate. Instructional leadership plays a crucial role in shaping a positive school environment, which can enhance teacher job satisfaction by providing necessary guidance, resources, and support. A mixed-method approach was employed, with data collected from 219 teachers using validated survey instruments. The Content Validity Index (CVI) was used to ensure instrument reliability. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess relationships between variables and the mediating effect of school climate. The results show that instructional leadership significantly impacts both school climate and teacher job satisfaction, with path coefficient values of .463 and .818, respectively. However, school climate did not significantly mediate the relationship between instructional leadership and job satisfaction. Teacher self-efficacy, while positively influencing school climate (p < .05), did not have a substantial direct effect on job satisfaction (ß = -0.058). This research provides fresh insights into the nuanced interplay between leadership, teacher self-efficacy, and job satisfaction in the context of Islamic schools. The findings highlight school climate's indirect yet pivotal role in educational leadership dynamics. By integrating these variables, the study offers practical recommendations for improving leadership strategies and enhancing teacher well-being in faith-based educational settings.
