<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country based on law and has diverse citizens, so there are majorities and minorities; this makes Indonesia have many problems regarding human rights. a large number of cases of human rights violations that have occurred in Indonesia are due to a lack of understanding of human rights about the essential values that everyone owns so that people easily violate the rights of others, as well as protection and law enforcement that is not optimal in handling rights cases human rights. it is not only the minorities who must get protection, but the majority also really need to voice their rights as citizens of Indonesia. So that the lack of law enforcement and protection of human rights becomes a problem in solving problems related to human rights. Law enforcement related to human rights should be able to resolve human rights problems that occur in Indonesia. This paper was written by discussing how to optimize law enforcement in resolving cases related to human rights. so that problems related to human rights in Indonesia get solutions and optimal protection.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak pada tahun 2024 berimplikasi terhadap sejumlah kepala daerah yang selesai masa jabatannya pada tahun 2022 dan 2023. Kondisi tersebut berimplikasi terhadao potensi munculnya penjabat kepala daerah yang tidak dipilih secara demokratis. Hal itu disebabkan, norma dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 memberikan legitimasi kepada Menteri Dalam Negeri untuk mengangkat penjabat sementara. Padahal, pasal 18 UUD NRI 1945 menyatakan bahwa semua kepala daerah sepatutnya harus dipilih melalui mekanisme yang demokratis. Selain itu, durasi masa jabatan penjabat kepala daerah berpotensi mencapai satu periode masa jabatan. Kondisi ini tentu saja berpotensi menciptakan persoalan baru dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia. Penelitian ini hendak menjawab pertanyaan bagaimanakah problematika yuridis pengisian penjabat sementara kepala daerah dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hipotesis yang dapat peneliti temukan adalah pengisian penjabat daerah bertentangan dengan konstitusi.]]>

<![CDATA[Communication is essential not only in personal communication but also in organizational and group contexts. Organizational communication occurs vertically, horizontally, and across channels. The Paguyuban Kampung Pesilat in Madiun is a way to build social ties. It has been approved by 14 pencak silat colleges in the city and supported by the government and TNI/POLRI security forces. Pencak silat is one of the nation's cultural treasures that must be preserved. Even pencak silat itself has contributed to the process of Indonesian independence. This research aims to: (1). what is the communication pattern on social media towards social relations between martial arts colleges? (2). what is the impact of social relations between martial arts colleges on social media and in the real world? This research aims to find out the communication patterns of social relations between martial arts colleges on social media. The research methodology used is a qualitative explanation which aims to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. In contrast, the data collection techniques used are interviews, document studies, observations and literature studies. The theory used is the theory of organizational communication Horrison and Doerfel, Persuasive Communication and S-O-R Theory Studies. It can be said through the theory's assumption that "Communication is a key variable that makes it possible to build relationships in an organization and interact and share information". The results of this study indicate that organizational communication has a vital role in improving social relations between martial arts colleges in Dimadiun. The pattern of organizational communication towards martial arts colleges in Madiun is the formation of a paguyuban kampung pesilat as a place to improve social relations and efforts to overcome conflicts that continue to occur every year.]]>

They can also transmit message, persuade, negotiate and persuade other people. In marriage relationship communication plays an important role in maintaining a good relationship among members of the family especially husband and wife. <![CDATA[This article explains about shemale (transgender subject) which have negative images in around of our society. This is because of the society social construction that used to seeing life of transsexual who always synonymous with prostitution. This study explains the deconstruction toward shemale (transgender subject) which is constructed by television’s programs. This study looked at not only the use of media of transgender subject on television, but it also sought to identificate the deconstruction of transgender subject on television’s program. In the fact, the values of Islam considered that being a transgender is a big sin. This study uses a Semiotic theory of Charles Sanders Pierce which cleaves the symbol through a triangle of meaning, they are representament, object, and interpretant. Then, the detail meaning which is gained after it is classified based on the kind of objects such as index icon and symbol. After we construct it, we will analyze based on the rules of deconstruction (Binner opposition and Differance) according to Jaqcues Derrida.]]>

<![CDATA[The presence of the internet has brought new changes in communication behavior. In the real of the political use of the online media occurs by political leaders to construct their personal branding. Construction personal branding become part of political communication with a variety of functions, for political candidates, are expected to influence and attract voters. The purpose of this study is to analyze the construction of the personal branding of Joko Widodo as candidates for Indonesian President 2014-2019, through online medias by making use of news on online medias. Using content analysis method Hsieh & Shannon dengan pendekatan directed content analysis melalui prosedur induksi.. The research findings in the text indicate that Jokowi perform his personal branding construction.]]>

Padahal asas Pemilu merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan Pemilu yang berintegritas. Asas Jujur dan Adil lahir tidak lahir di ruang hampa, akan tetapi keduanya diciptakan untuk menjaga integritas penyelenggara Pemilu. <![CDATA[This paper aims to examine the phenomenon of the decline of voters in Islamic ideology in Indonesia. Indonesian history notes that Islamic Political Parties have triumphed in political circles with their ability to impose fierce debates against nationalist groups and religions other than Islam when discussing constitutional changes. The endless debate then forced President Soekarno to issue a presidential decree. The sweet history of Islamic Political Parties began to decline when the regime of the New Order government fused authoritatively and caused no more unity of opinion in the Islamic party. At present, Islamic ideology political parties also have a tendency to turn to the Cacth All Party, which is considered more profitable and provides wider opportunities to gain power. This paper aims to prove the changing behavior of voters of Islamic political parties in the history of Indonesia's political configuration.]]>

<![CDATA[Direct Pilkada as a democratic event often presents problematic regional heads, be it the head of the corruption suspect who was re-elected or the regional head who only won because of his high level of popularity but lack of quality. In the end, many problems in the regions are often not resolved. Regional autonomy, which is expected to be able to produce more developed and quality regions, is collided with the reality and the will of the people who still do not clearly understand the meaning of direct democracy itself. The concept of an asymmetric regional head election system is one solution to overcome this problem. Currently, the asymmetrical system for regional head elections is already in operation, however, it is only applied to a number of regions with special labels. Asymmetrical implementation of Pilkada needs to be applied to all regions in Indonesia. As an indicator in the asymmetric concept, stability in economic growth before the implementation of regional elections or the democracy index can be used to measure the quality of democracy in a region. The research method in this article is normative juridical. The conclusion in this article is that an asymmetrical regional head election system needs to be done to create a more effective regional government.]]>
