Abstract

Direct Pilkada as a democratic event often presents problematic regional heads, be it the head of the corruption suspect who was re-elected or the regional head who only won because of his high level of popularity but lack of quality. In the end, many problems in the regions are often not resolved. Regional autonomy, which is expected to be able to produce more developed and quality regions, is collided with the reality and the will of the people who still do not clearly understand the meaning of direct democracy itself. The concept of an asymmetric regional head election system is one solution to overcome this problem. Currently, the asymmetrical system for regional head elections is already in operation, however, it is only applied to a number of regions with special labels. Asymmetrical implementation of Pilkada needs to be applied to all regions in Indonesia. As an indicator in the asymmetric concept, stability in economic growth before the implementation of regional elections or the democracy index can be used to measure the quality of democracy in a region. The research method in this article is normative juridical. The conclusion in this article is that an asymmetrical regional head election system needs to be done to create a more effective regional government.

Abstract

Communication is the key to marketing success, including marketing educational services. Marketing communication is an integral part of communication and also an integral part of marketing. The literature method is used; data is taken through online source searches, books and articles in scientific journals. While analyzing it, the analysis content is used as a technique in analyzing it. As a result, communication marketing of educational services is a two-way information exchange between parties involved in educational service marketing activities in schools to improve the customer's image of educational products. And to maintain its existence, educational institutions must be more creative in packaging the promotion or communication of educational services adapted to the challenges of today's times

Abstract

Diperkirakan 20 % anak berkebutuhan khusus dilahirkan oleh ibu yang berusia diatas 35 tahun. Beberapa kasus masyarakat cenderung menjauhi individu dengan kebutuhan khusus tidak jarang dari mereka juga menghina bahkan dikucilkan. Lebih parahnya penolakan ini tidak hanya dilakukan oleh masyarakat umum, juga oleh keluarga dan orangtua. Sampel Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga dengan rentang usia 35-41 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria orangtua yang memiliki anak anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan skala rendah dalam penerimaan pada anak anak berkebutuhan khusus. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan skala pengukuran penerimaan orangtua pada anak. Intervensi yang diberikan pada subjek ialah terapi realitas sebanyak 9 sesi. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan bahwa paired t-test diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 11,731 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) sehingga data yang terdapat pengaruh pemberian perlakuan terhadap data test. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa orangtua dengan tingkat penerimaan anak dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat meningkat melalui pemberian terapi realitas. Artinya adalah penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat penolakan ibu terhadap anak.

Abstract

The presence of the internet has brought new changes in communication behavior. In the real of the political use of the online media occurs by political leaders to construct their personal branding. Construction personal branding become part of political communication with a variety of functions, for political candidates, are expected to influence and attract voters. The purpose of this study is to analyze the construction of the personal branding of Joko Widodo as candidates for Indonesian President 2014-2019, through online medias by making use of news on online medias. Using content analysis method Hsieh & Shannon dengan pendekatan directed content analysis melalui prosedur induksi.. The research findings in the text indicate that Jokowi perform his personal branding construction.

Abstract

Tulisan ini hendak membahas mengenai asas Pemilu di Indonesia. Selama ini asas Pemilu tak lebih menjadi sekedar tulisan di teks undang-undang. Padahal asas Pemilu merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan Pemilu yang berintegritas. Asas Jujur dan Adil lahir tidak lahir di ruang hampa, akan tetapi keduanya diciptakan untuk menjaga integritas penyelenggara Pemilu. Sementara itu asas Langsung, Umum, Bebas dan Rahasia dipertahankan sebagai upaya memenuhi hak-hak asasi pemilih. Dengan kedua asas ini, baik Jurdil maupun Luber kita berharap pelaksanaan Pemilu akan berjalan lebih demokratis dibandingkan pada masa orde baru.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the phenomenon of the decline of voters in Islamic ideology in Indonesia. Indonesian history notes that Islamic Political Parties have triumphed in political circles with their ability to impose fierce debates against nationalist groups and religions other than Islam when discussing constitutional changes. The endless debate then forced President Soekarno to issue a presidential decree. The sweet history of Islamic Political Parties began to decline when the regime of the New Order government fused authoritatively and caused no more unity of opinion in the Islamic party. At present, Islamic ideology political parties also have a tendency to turn to the Cacth All Party, which is considered more profitable and provides wider opportunities to gain power. This paper aims to prove the changing behavior of voters of Islamic political parties in the history of Indonesia's political configuration.

Abstract

Keluarga sakinah merupakan tujuan utama pernikahan, karena itu sejak awal diupayakan melalui berbagai cara, dimulai sebelum pelaksanaan akad nikah sampai dengan waktu yang tidak ditentukan. Pada umumnya masyarakat beranggapan bahwa keluarga sakinah dapat terwujud apabila antra kedua belah pihak mempunyai kesesuaian keadaan fisik, kepemilikan harta, kekerabatan yang baik dan keberagamaan yang sesuai. Hal seperti itu disebut kafaah, bahwa kafaah dalam pernikahan merupakan faktor yang dapat mendorong terciptanya kebahagiaan suami istri agar terhindar dari kegoncangan rumah tangga. Adat Jawa mengenalkan sistim kafaah berkelanjutan, apabila pada masa pranikah belum tercipta kesesuaian strata kekufuan antara kedua belah pihak diupayakan acara atau pesta yang didalamnya mengajarkan agar tidak putus asa karena kesetaraan itu dapat diupayakan kapan saja melalui usaha yang sungguh-sungguh. Acara menuju kesetaraan tersebut dilakukan melalui ajaran adi luhung pada saat temu manten, yaitu waktu pertama kali suami istri bersama-sama menggunakan pakai kebesaran melakukan upacara gantalan, bobot timbang, kacar-kucur dan sungkeman di tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic outbreak that has occurred in Indonesia since March 2020 has forced the Government to postpone the simultaneous Regional Head Election which is planned to be held in September 2020. The problem is that the norms governing the implementation of Pilkada in September are written concretely in Law Number 10 of Year In 2016, the implication is that the government only has two options related to simultaneous regional elections in the middle of a pandemic, namely to postpone or continue implementing it with the risk of voters being infected with an outbreak. The government finally decided to postpone through Government Regulation in lieu of Law Number 2 of 2020 which in one article stated that the implementation of the Pilkada was carried out in December 2020. However, these changes were only temporary and had high risks, this was due to concerns. related to the implementation of elections in the midst of an outbreak and there are concerns if the outbreak occurs in the national election. Therefore, the change in the selection method with the asymmetrical selection model is the right alternative solution to be applied in the midst of a pandemic outbreak. The research method in this article is normative juridical. The conclusion in this study is that changes in the method of selection can be made and it is not against the law.
