Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi dewasa ini turut memberikan berbagai dampak positif dan negatif terhadap penyampaian sebuah  pesan melalui media. Dimana pesan atau informasi yang ingin disampaikan melalui media  sangat cepat untuk di ketahui khalayak. Terlebih pada media massa, informasi tersebut menyebar diberbagai media massa seperti facebook, instagram, twitter, whatsapp, berita online tanpa proses filterisasi sebuah pesan. Padahal kebenaran dari sebuah pesan akan mempengaruhi fikiran, emosi dan kepercayaan seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam bertindak. Apabila pesan atau informasi tersebut berisi nilai kebohongan (hoax) maka akan mempengaruhi kredibilitas sebuah media sebagai alat untuk menyampaikan sebuah pesan atau informasi. Sehingga media yang dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai perantara akan terancam reputasinya dan kepercayaan dari komunikan atau publik sebagai sebuah alat.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi antara penganut agama Islam dan Kristen dalam menjaga kerukunan umat beragama, dan apa hambatan komunikasi interpersonal masyarakat Islam dan Kristen dalam menjaga kerukunan. Peneliti menggunakan teori fundamental internasional relationship orientation (FIRO). Teori ini ditemukan oleh William C. Schultz, tahun 1960 untuk menggambarkan hal dasar mengenai prilaku komunikasi interpersonal. Teori ini menjelaskan bagaimana seseorang memasuki kelompok karena adanya tiga kebutuhan interpersonal, yaitu: inclusion, control, dan affection. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini mengemukakan lima sikap positif yang perlu di pertimbangkan ketika seseorang merencanakan komunikasi interpersonal, lima sikap positif tersebut meliputi: Keterbukaan, Empati, Dukungan, Rasa Positif, dan kesetaraan/kesamaan. Dan tidak terlepas dari beberapa hambatan, Hambatan tersebut tidak disebabkan karna perbedaan agama, melainkan hambatan tersebut di sebabkan oleh Interaksi yang salah, dan Budaya/kultur yang masi sering salah faham,dari masing-masing masyarakat islam dan kristen.

Abstract

RuangGuru is one of the most successful startups in Indonesia, which is engaged in online tutoring. The application user has reached up to 15 million students. This achievement is the result of the advertisements that often appear on television media, especially during new school academic year or new semester. This study examines advertisements on television media less than 30 seconds to attract customers. This study uses semiotic to analyze television ads for the product. The research method uses an interpretive descriptive approach to analyze the signs used in advertisements. The data resource is four video recording advertisements on television media. The analysis starts with transcription and making video screenshots to sharpen the analysis. The results indicate that to attract television viewers, RuangGuru uses signs that indicate superior features. The features such as animated learning videos, practice questions, discussion, and ease of learning through applications. The celebrity figures in the advertisement represent students and parents who will later become consumers of RuangGuru. The ad also has a sign indicating how easy it is to pay and how cheap it is to subscribe to the Ruang Guru application compared to conventional tutoring. The blue color, which is the dominance of advertisements, shows that the RuangGuru app is trustworthy and can increase students' confidence in facing classroom learning.

Abstract

The application of Islamic law in Langsa City is currently still reaping the pros and cons, until now the application of Islamic law is not going well. Good communication is needed between the government and the people of Aceh to build harmony in the application of Islamic law. This article aims to analyze the communication model built by the Langsa City government for the Urban Muslim Society to socialize the implementation of Islamic law. This paper is generated from empirical research with a qualitative approach, the main data obtained from in-depth interviews with parties directly involved in policy-making and implementing Islamic law in Langsa City. The results of the study show that there are several communication models built by the Langsa City government in the application of Islamic law, including; First, the interpersonal communication model that focuses on a personal approach, so that the message that reaches the community is more concrete and there is no miscommunication; second, the mass communication model that focuses on the pattern of delivering messages through several media such as social media and print media. The use of social media and print media is very useful in disseminating Islamic law, although, on the one hand, the mass communication model carried out by the Langsa City government is not able to reach remote areas that cannot access information technology. The communication model is carried out as a form of government authority in the enforcement of Islamic law in Langsa City because when religion enters the state system, the implementing authority belongs to the government.

Abstract

The TikTok application, video social platform supported by music. Whether it's dance music, freestyle, or performance. Makers are encouraged to be as creative as possible and imagine freely and express their expressions by using this application. This application is also currently very popular with teenagers. This study aims to determine the effect of using the TikTok application on the behavior of teenagers in Langsa City. In this study, the sample taken by researchers was 59 respondents. This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used in this research is product moment and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that thecalculated 21.019 > Ftable 2.002. Shows the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 then, it is certain that there is an influence between the independent variable (X) on the related variable (Y) in this study. Then it is known that the value of the Pearson correlation is 0.519 with a sig. (2-tailed) 0.000. Obtaining this score means that the variable that influences the use of the Tiktok application has a correlation with the child's behavior variable with a value of 0.519 . moments)

Abstract

When it comes to preach (da'wah), it can be challenging to connect with university students as the main target audience, particularly those who are not very involved in religious activities. Additionally, there are limitations in terms of human resources, budget, and infrastructure that can impact the implementation of effective communication tactics. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies utilized by campus da'wah institutions as a means of assistance for da'wah activists at IAIN Langsa. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with da'wah institution managers and activists, as well as participatory observation of da'wah activities. The results show that effective communication strategies play a vital role in extending the reach of da'wah, reinforcing the Islamic identity of students, and boosting participation in da'wah activities. The importance of improving communication strategies to boost the impact of da'wah on campus and promoting a deeper understanding of the role of da'wah institutions in molding a community based on Islamic values at IAIN Langsa is highlighted by this research.

Abstract

This research focuses on the emergence of messages in the media in the form of religious moderation which aims to provide teaching related to moderation knowledge to viewers who are experiencing a crisis in terms of understanding and implementing religious moderation such as intolerance towards the implementation of other religious worship in the current era. The aim of this research is to find out and understand the concept of religious moderation  in Pemuda Tersesat content. The subject of this research is the Pemuda Tersesat YouTube channel. This research uses Rolland Barthes' semiotic analysis which includes denotation, connotation and myth. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques use Library Research and Digital Research. The results of the research show that there is moderation in connotation, denotation and myth. The emergence of moderation varies in media by giving rise to the moderation that exists in today's society. As for religious moderation, in connotation, denotation and myth, there are values of moderation, understanding each other, respecting other people's beliefs, and doing justice to everyone. The emergence of religious moderation has become a middle way for various religious adherents as well as a solution so that every religious community does not have radical and intolerant views.
