Abstract

Abstrak Proteksi adalah suatu bentuk perlindungan terhadap peralatan listrik yang ada guna menghindari kerusakan peralatan dan juga agar stabilias penyaluran tenaga listrik tetap terjaga. Bagian dari sitem proteksi adalah trafo arus atau trafo tegangan , pengawatan, dan sumber AC/DC. Trafo arus terbagi menjadi dua fungsi yaitu sebagai pengukuran dan proteksi. Salah satu relay yang digunakan yaitu relay differential yang merupakan pengaman utama transformator yang bekerja tanpa koordinasi dengan relay yang lain. Relay differential sendiri mempunyai beberapa syarat yang harus dipenuhi sebagai pengaman, diantaranya:CT yang digunakan harus mempunyai ratio perbandingan yang sama sehingga Ip = Is serta sambungan dan polaritas CT1 dan CT2 sama. Yang kedua pemasangan Auxiliary CT yang terhubung Y karena harus membandingkan arus pada dua sisi tanpa perbedaan fasa. Yang terakhir adalah karakteristik kejenuhan CT1 dan CT2 harus sama. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan setting relay differential dengan perhitungan pemilihan ratio CT, perhitungan ACT, setting relay differential itu sendiri dan error mismatch. Error mismatch pada trafo arus masih dibawah batas maksimal yaitu 5% karena didapat hasil perhitungan masing-masing trafo arus baik pada sisi 150 kV dan 20 kV sebesar 1,129% dan 0,721%. The second installation connected Auxiliary CT Y having to compare the current on the two sides without a phase difference. The latter is characteristic of CT1 and CT2 saturation should be the same. It is necessary for setting differential relay with a CT ratio electoral calculation, calculation ACT, setting differential relay itself and mismatch error. Error mismatch in the current transformer is still below the maximum limit of 5% as the result of each calculation of the current transformer on either the 150 kV and 20 kV amounting to 1.129% and 0.721%. Abstract

Arkhan Subari, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that most electronic equipment is non-linear load. Likewise with the equipment in campus buildings Diploma III Faculty of Engineering. Non-linear load is a load that has a voltage waveform supplied from non sinusiodal although sinusoidal voltage. Non-sinusoidal wave causes the shape of the voltage becomes distorted or defects that result in decreased quality of power. The defect wave called harmonics. To dampen harmonics on non-linear load can be used filter. With the addition of a filter on the power system, then the waves of unwanted harmonics can be suppressed as small as possible. In addition, harmonic filter at the fundamental frequency can compensate for reactive power and is used to improve the power factor of the system. From the measurement results in the Diploma Program Campus FT Undip found that the influence of harmonic waves big enough. THDv reached 32.13% while the THDi amounted to 7.85%. It affects so cos phi cos phi measured just 0.72. After the installation of a passive filter, the value THDv and THDi be good lebik ie 1.61% and 0.39% to reach 0.94 cos phi measured. Abstract

Muhammad Ishaq Islahuddin, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that in a home security system is very important information dissemination system. One of them by the use of SMS Gateway. By using Gammu and MySQL as a database and use a webcam as a tool for monitoring room in the house. The way this system works is a home security system using a PIR sensor detecting human movement. After that, if the data from the sensors in the microcontroller. Microcontroller then sends the data to a computer through a serial port. On the computer there is a VB 6.0 application. when the PIR sensor detects the presence of a human, the computer will be otomstis capture and send SMS alerts to a database of numbers that have been stored. Abstract

Galuh Wahyu Wohingati, Arkhan Subari, in paper pulse measuring tool using pulsesensor based on Arduino Uno R3 integrated with Bluetooth explain that emerging disease and claimed the lives of many people is often due to late treatment , when it should be in the modern era has many tools made to overcome this problem , medical devices can only be used by medical experts , and of course takes time and no small cost . as well as heart disease which sometimes can only be detected when it is advanced because of the lack of monitoring , both from people who are sick or from a doctor . Other factors that cause costs adalahkesibukan and not everyone can do medical check- ups regularly . Whereas By knowing the health condition of a person's heart rate will then be awake , do not need expensive care from a doctor , but could by changing lifestyle . Therefore it needs to be made a tool that can measure heart rate , showing whether or not the condition of the heart and of course, this tool can be used by everyone without kecuali.Dengan development of technology and the number of components on the market which can be accessed , Arduino Uno facilities in R3 can be used . Arduino is a physical computing platform that is open source means , Arduino can be developed by many people , not just programmers .But not just a development tool , Arduino is a combination of hardware , programming language and integrated development environment ( IDE ) that is advanced . Paired with a pulse sensor , a media reader analog heart rate is then converted into digital data that is in the readings , then integrated using serial bluetoothsecara so it can be displayed on your android smartphone and used repeatedly as needed measurements .. Abstract

Agung Hanifan Lutfiyanto, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that at present, profit plyaground still uses manual measurement to select visitors who will enter the vehicle. Measuring just selecting one's height by putting aside weight can have a negative impact on the smoothness and safety of the playing area. Therefore, an automation is needed to measure body weight and height to be safer from game accidents and increase vehicle life to avoid damage. This design makes the device an automatic vehicle area entrance system using Arduino Mega 2560 for the main controller system supported by various sensors namely HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor as a measure of prospective visitor height, 100 Kg Load Cell sensor as a measure of prospective visitor's weight and motor servo as the opening and closing door of the vehicle. When prospective visitors will enter the vehicle, prospective visitors stand on their height and weight gauges. Furthermore, Arduino compares with the standard height and weight previously set. If the weight and height are in accordance with the standard, the door will open automatically and visitors can enter the vehicle. For testing the prospective visitor's height as measured by the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor has an average error ratio of 1.01%, while testing prospective visitor's weight measured by sensor Load Cell has an average error ratio of 2.90% and is calculated quite accurate.

Abstract

Information system is a set of components that interconnect, collect, process, store, and distribute information to support decision making and supervision within an organization. Today the information system can not be separated with computer technology that feels growing rapidly along with our increasingly complex needs. These developments can be seen from the many organizations or institutions in various fields that use computerized systems to perform various jobs quickly and with great accuracy. The use of computerized systems is expected to minimize errors made by humans thereby reducing large losses. And can mengefisienkan time in completing the work quickly and accurately. One concept of building a computerized information system is dengfan MVC model. Model-View-Controller (MVC) is a concept introduced by the inventor of Smalltalk (Trygve Reenskaug) to encapsulate data along with processing (model), isolate from the process of manipulation (controller) and view to be represented on a user interface . The MVC architecture has the benefit of separating between model and view allowing multiple views using the same model. As a result, an application model component is easier to implement, test, and maintain, because all access to the model runs through this component. One of the frameworks that works based on the MVC concept is Codeigniter. Codeigniter is an open source web application framework that is used to build dynamic php applications. The main purpose of Codeigniter development is to help developers to work on applications faster than writing all the code from scratch. Because of the superiority of codeigniter that the system of practical work administration and the final task is built using the framework..

Abstract

Irene Ega Novena Putri, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that this study will describe the existing condition P2TL implementation in Rayon South Semarang, examine the root of the problem of lack of optimal implementation of P2TL, and describes efforts to optimizing the implementation in Rayon P2TL South Semarang. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The approach used to establish the conditions of implementation P2TL is through observation by setting a good standard P2TL, examining implementation procedures and examined the results of the implementation P2TL P2TL in January-March and discussed the obstacles in its implementation. The approach used to discuss in detail P2TL performance in January-March was through discussion violations committed customers, the amount of saving kWh for three months, the effect of saving kWh in the percentage of shrinkage, and effort optimizing the performance of P2TL. Results of this research note that saving kWh obtained in January-March amounted to 48 599 kWh, or approximately 13% of the targeted savings through the implementation P2TL kWh, thus concluded that the performance P2TL not optimal. Effect of kWh saved is able to suppress shrinkage in January by 0.16% and in March by 0.5%. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of technically P2TL is through Early Detection of Violations. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of the non technical P2TL is through targeting of saving kWh monthly, fixing TO Rayon, a sweeping legalization customers, regeneration P2TL implementation team, and socialization prepaid electricity. Abstract

Azis Nurrochma Wardana, Arkhan Subari, in paper comparison of the effect of placement arrester before and after FCO as safety of 3 phase transformator from interruption of lightning at Pandean Lamper 5 Feeder, East Semarang explain that problem of the studied is location of arrester at distribution which have is same function and target but owning location of different arrester. Location of arrester  relate to wiring of arrester with transformer and fuse Cut Out (FCO) owning target to give protection at transformer of over voltage. In the last location of this arrester require to study again about its efficacy of its at transformer. Efficacy of pr otection at such transformer is efficacy of passed to protection is transformer by minimizing over voltage that happened at the transformer so that equipments and transformer which its of him do not experience of damage. By considering factor influencing the level of voltage of surge and current of surge that happened at each system, like wiring of arrester, length of wire, apart arrester which is utilized in system location of arrester, steepness of wave come, speed creep waving surge, and Basic InsulationLevel (BIL) equipments, so that is in the final got one of location of correct arrester as 20 kV distribution transformer protection. Abstract

Redi Permata Hati, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that batch Mixer is a tool that accommodates some of the raw materials to be mixed so that it becomes a usable product. Raw materials can be a liquid, solid and gas. The use of raw materials and way of mixing the raw materials that distinguish Batch Mixer design at each industry. In this thesis, design Batch Mixer consists of two tanks, namely the mixing tank and tank heaters. In the mixing tank, there HCSR-04 Ultrasonic sensor that functions as a detector of the level of the liquid level, and the stirrer motor-driven DC 12 V. While the heater tank, there MAX6675 Thermocouple temperature sensor and heater. There are also three pumps that pump fluid 1, pump 2 and pump fluid mixing. Batch Mixer working process is controlled automatically using the Arduino Uno R3 displayed via HMI Raspberry Pi. The use Arduino Uno R3 allows users to create a variety of issues related to the microcontroller. The control system is used to control the work process in a plant. The control system in the Batch Mixer works by two indicators: the water level and water temperature. In the manufacturing system, water temperature control using PID control (Proportional Integral Derivative) with PID tuning method to find the value of Kp, Kd, and Ki. Based on test results, use the most optimal value for use PID control value Kp = 60, Ki = 0.005 and Kd = 0.5. By using the value of the achievement level will be faster and the value of the maximum error of 2.5% is still within the tolerance limits of 3%.

Abstract

Umi Setiyani, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still high, every 1 hour, 2 maternal death. Lack of information about the health of pregnant women, to be one cause. By utilizing the WAP ( Wireless Application Protocol ) and expert systems can be made to maternal health expert system -based mobile website. Maternal health expert system is able to diagnose 15 to 61 illnesses symptoms often suffered by pregnant women . Diagnosis of the disease is designed using forward chaining inference engine with the aid of decision tables and decision trees . In addition the system is also able to calculate the daily calories needed by pregnant women using cooper .
