Abstract

Bawang Berlian alias atau bawang dayak (Eleutherine americana Merr) merupakan tumbuhan asli Amerika Selatan yang dijumpai tumbuh di pula di jawa, kalimantan, dan sumatra. Penduduk lokal di kalimantan sudah menggunakan bawang mekkah ini sebagai obat tradisional. Bagian yang dapat di manfaatkan pada tanaman ini adalah umbinya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini meningkatnya pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK tentang khasiat dan manfaat tanaman bawang berlian sebagai tanaman obat keluarga, pemanfaatan  lahan perkarangan rumah serta usaha bawang berlian/ bawang dayak sebagai home industri teh celup untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu-ibu PKK desa kebong di kecamatan kelam permai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of personalized recommendation marketing strategies in increasing customer retention. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals, and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that personalized recommendation marketing strategies have proven effective in increasing customer retention. By using email marketing, website personalization, mobile applications, e-commerce and marketplaces, and social media Ads, companies can build closer relationships with customers, increase loyalty, and extend the customer life cycle in the business ecosystem.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has changed the structure of the economy and labor market patterns, requiring the younger generation to have adaptive and innovative skills. The uncertainty of the labor market in the digital era requires the integration of economic education with an entrepreneurial approach to strengthen competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship-based economic education in enhancing the ability of the younger generation to cope with labor market dynamics. The method used is a literature review with a systematic search of journal articles, academic books, conference proceedings, research reports, and education policy documents. Literature sources were obtained from Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect using the keywords entrepreneurship-based economic education, youth skills, labor market uncertainty, and digital era. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship-based economic education positively contributes to developing adaptive skills, creativity, and self-confidence among the younger generation, enabling them to respond to rapid changes in the digital labor market. The conclusion emphasizes that integrating entrepreneurship into economic education should be a priority in the curriculum to prepare graduates not only as job seekers but also as job creators. The implications of this research encourage the design of higher education programs that are responsive to the challenges of the digital economy and technological disruption.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to organizational dynamics and human resource management patterns. The digital era is characterized by developments in information technology, automation, big data, and artificial intelligence, which directly require organizations to change their approach to managing their workforce. This study aims to analyze relevant HR management strategies in the digital era with a focus on building adaptive and innovative organizations. The study method was conducted through an analysis of the latest literature related to digitalization trends, modern HR management models, and best practices in employee competency development. The results of the study show that key strategies include digital talent management, technology-based skills development, digital recruitment systems, data-based performance management, and a collaborative work culture supported by digital platforms. In addition, strengthening soft skills such as creativity, critical thinking, and agility are determining factors for organizational success in facing business environment uncertainty. This research confirms that organizations that are able to integrate HR management strategies with digital technology will be more adept at adapting to change and encouraging continuous innovation. Thus, HR management in the digital age not only functions as a workforce manager, but also as a strategic catalyst in creating long-term competitive advantage
