Abstract

The world is currently being hit by thepandemic Covid-19 that is happening in all countries. Thepandemic Covid-19 has made the living arrangements of citizens undergo enormous changes, including in learning activities. particularly on learning activities carried out in Indonesia, the government has made a policy of teaching and learning online or online.related to online learning activities, research is carried out to understand the condition of students in online learning activities. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis procedure with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online through the google form. This research aims to determine students' perceptions of online education at the University of Bina Sarana Informatika Kaliabang Bekasi, where they have participated in online learning throughout thepandemic Covid-19. The purpose of this study is to understand how students perceive online education during thepandemic Covid-19. 19, where in this study the sample used was 180 people. The results of descriptive analysis, it is known that the majority of students have a fairly good perception of the application of online lectures.

Abstract

COVID-19 berdampak mendalam pada perusahaan perusahaan di Indonesia secara umum, terutama terhadap sikap para karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut dalam menghadapi pandemi. Keadaan ini menyebabkan adanya dampak pada karyawan dalam menyikapi kondisi pandemi yang terjadi. Banyak karyawan yang merasa cemas akan nasib mereka kedepannya akan bagaimana. Adapun dampak yang sangat dicemaskan oleh karyawan adalah pendapatan mereka sebagai karyawan yang menjadi berkurang. Kemudian faktor lain yang membuat cemas karyawan adalah mengenai kecemasan karyawan terhadap pendapatan perusahaan yang akan menurun

Abstract

Kualitas Produk dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan ber-efek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Kiki Catering. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara faktual dan konseptual tentang pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Kiki Catering. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi atau survey dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) terhadap Pelanggan Kiki Catering. Daftar pertanyaan dibuat secara terstruktur dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 56 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk mampu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk ? 0.05 (Perhatikan Prob Sig, 0.000), dan mampu pula memberikan kontribusi yang relatif kuat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, perhatikan (R-Square = 0.270 dengan estimasi residual yang explaned Residual atau sebesar 0.854). Kondisi ini juga mampu menjelaskan, bahwa produk secara parsial memberikan pengaruh sebesar 85% terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to research methods used qualitative methods with reference to the Strategy to Build E-Business for MSME Actors Towards Digitalization. Data collection techniques through interviews with similar companies and Product Launching experts. The results of the analysis show that there are 4 things that must be done in building e-business for MSMEs including:1.Development of E-Business Architecture 2. Installation3. Selection of Development Options, 4.Applications that have been selected and implemented are expected to be well integrated with all existing applications.5. Operation/Maintenance.In building E-Business, it is not merely transferring conventional business into E-Business, but the most important thing is consistency in terms of updating information, technology, good systems, good management, fast service and response, and communication with customers or consumers. So that consumers become satisfied and continue to make repeat orders, it remains only for MSME entrepreneurs to continue to develop the market with promotions on various promotion platforms.

Abstract

During the pandemic, face-to-face learning activities are reduced or even eliminated. Teaching and learning activities at schools and campuses are carried out online, where the teaching and learning process between educators and students is carried out through the internet network. In tertiary institutions, online learning is also applied. Changes in teaching and learning activities that were previously carried out face-to-face to online, of course, are a challenge for lecturers and students. With the implementation of online learning, adjustments in various ways must be made. The research was conducted on students of Bina Sarana Informatika University, Slipi Campus. Online learning activities are welcomed by students, where online lectures make students more comfortable studying because they are done at home and students feel more independent in learning when online lectures

Abstract

The participation of universities is highly expected in assisting economic recovery, so that economic turnover activities can continue without increasing the number of Covid-19 sufferers. In this case, universities provide solutions in the field of renewable energy as a source of electricity to support the efficiency of the prototypes produced. This activity was carried out by students and lecturers as a form of community service. Where the concept offered is online to offline to maintain shopping loyalty. Consumers can make transactions by selecting product quality, tasting the product, and tasting the product first and they do it in front of their house in the form of a solar-powered mobile market. The method used in the data collection process: the Preparation Stage, the Group Discussion Stage, the Capacity Building Implementation Stage: the Research Stage, the Data Analysis Stage. The conclusion from this study is that the community is enthusiastic, especially those living in housing because of the online to offline system (online ordering system, goods come offline, consumers can choose). For vehicles, it can save fuel because it uses a solar power engine.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has destroyed the economy in Indonesia since March 2020, where all regions implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and Micro-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBM). This causes people to reduce their shopping activities and limit business activities by the local government. Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of understanding of digital literacy in the use of the internet by students. Indonesian students' level of understanding of digital literacy can vary depending on their level of education, interests, and experience. Increased awareness about the importance of digital literacy among students, especially due to the increasingly dominant role of technology and the internet in everyday life. Some Indonesian students have a good understanding of digital literacy and are able to use technology carefully and effectively. They have basic skills such as operating digital devices, accessing information online, and communicating through social media. They may also have an understanding of digital security, online privacy, and how to validate the authenticity of information they encounter on the internet. However, there are still some students who may have a limited understanding of digital literacy. Some of the factors influencing this understanding are limited access to technology, lack of formal training or education in terms of digital literacy, and lack of awareness about the potential risks and dangers associated with the use of technology. This study sample used was as many as 72 people. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that students have excellent digital literacy in internet use.

Abstract

Companies must be careful in managing early retirement policies. In designing, implementing and administering it. If the company does not do it properly, problems will arise for the company. For example, many employees retire early while they are still needed by the company. This research is aimed at examining the extent to which these four factors can change employees' intentions in making decisions to retire early. Using the case study method of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung HR unit. The research method uses binary number calculations. For the instrument, a questionnaire was distributed to 50 respondents. The variables studied are differences in personal interests (difference variables) and organizational factors which significantly influence the intention to participate in an early retirement program. Meanwhile, opportunities in career paths and external factors have little influence on employees' intentions to take early retirement.
