Abstract

Inventory management plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations by preventing stockouts that may cause losses. Toko Cat Gani still relies on manual recording, which is prone to data loss, duplicate entries, and delays in stock reporting, thus requiring a systematic solution. This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory information system using the buffer stock method to overcome these issues. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype model, consisting of needs analysis, system design, validation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, featuring item data management, supplier management, inbound and outbound transactions, buffer stock calculations, and real-time inventory reports. The implementation results show that the system facilitates transaction recording, minimizes data entry errors, provides notifications when stock reaches the minimum threshold, and generates accurate and timely reports. Expert validation and user testing confirm that the system is feasible and effective in supporting inventory management at Toko Cat Gani. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based inventory information system with the buffer stock method can be considered an efficient and reliable solution to improve accuracy and effectiveness in inventory control.

Abstract

Stock of goods not only determines the selling price of the product but also plays a major role in achieving the company's strategy in the future, especially in reaching the maturity stage and creating cost efficiencies. Companies must ensure that low inventory is managed through management accuracy to avoid large losses due to calculation errors. In addition to management accuracy, an information system is needed to be able to present data quickly and its accuracy is guaranteed for determining budgeting decisions and determining supplies in the supply chain that can be accounted for. To face this challenge, the author designed a supply chain management information system using the first in first out (FIFO) technique in the AHASS 2106 Waras Motor Workshop. This application will be created using PHP MySQL database to support employee performance in managing data. It is hoped that this system can provide fast and accurate inventory reports, as well as provide warnings when spare parts stock reaches the minimum limit, so that customers are not disappointed. System security is also ensured by the use of passwords, and a web-based database allows each user to work more effectively.   ABSTRAK Stok barang tidak hanya menentukan harga jual produk tetapi juga memainkan peran utama dalam mencapai strategis perusahaan di masa mendatang, terutama dalam mencapai tahap kematangan dan harus menciptakan efisiensi biaya. Perusahaan harus memastikan bahwa persediaan barang yang rendah dikelola melalui ketepatan manajemen untuk menghindari kerugian besar akibat kesalahan perhitungan. Selain ketepatan manajemen, sistem informasi diperlukan agar mampu menyajikan data dengan cepat yang dijamin ketepatannya, keakuratannya untuk penentuan keputusan penganggaran dan penentuan persediaan dalam rantai pasok (Supply Chain) yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Untuk menghadapi tantangan ini, penulis merancang sistem informasi manajemen rantai pasok dengan teknik first in first out (FIFO) dalam Bengkel AHASS 2106 Waras Motor. Aplikasi ini akan dibuat memakai PHP basisdata MySQL untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan dalam mengelola data. Diharapkan, sistem ini dapat memberikan laporan persediaan barang yang cepat dan akurat, serta memberikan peringatan ketika stok suku cadang mencapai batas minimal, sehingga pelanggan tidak kecewa. Keamanan sistem juga terjamin dengan penggunaan kata sandi, dan basis data berbasis web memungkinkan setiap pengguna bekerja lebih efektif.

Abstract

KM Anugrah Kendal in handling production costs still uses manual estimates based on consideration of raw material notebooks and other costs with a calculator calculation tool which results in production cost information often being inaccurate so that the company has difficulty in determining the total costs that have been incurred. every time they do production and there is a delay in presentation. Up-to-date production cost reports make the process of controlling production costs difficult. UD. KM Anugrah Kendal must improve the existing production cost recording system, namely by implementing a new production cost accounting information system. A production cost accounting information system is the right choice to support the smooth implementation of the overall production cost handling system. By implementing a production cost accounting information system at UD. KM Anugrah Kendal has been able to determine the accuracy of production cost information so that it can handle production cost needs more precisely, quickly, accurately, effectively and efficiently to support UD's production process. KM Anugrah Kendal can be fulfilled so that the process of controlling production costs becomes easy.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Asset and Goods Management Information System (SIPAB) implemented at Universitas STEKOM, Kendal Campus. The primary issue in asset management at this institution lies in the continued use of conventional tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, which are prone to errors and inefficiency in reporting and monitoring. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall development model. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this research is a web-based system comprising modules for asset data, maintenance, disposal, and reports accessible internally. The system is expected to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of campus asset management.

Abstract

At SMK Bhinneka Patebon in the process of recording cash income and disbursements data and reports are still done manually using notes and books, there is often a buildup of transactions that have not been recorded. This resulted in the problem of making reports less fast and accurate for making reports because it took a longer time. The Cash Revenue and Expenditure Accounting Information System at the Bhinneka Patebon Vocational School uses the Cash Basis Method to facilitate the Bhinneka Patebon Vocational School in the process of managing cash income and disbursement data in making reports that are faster, more precise and accurate. By using the Cash Income and Expenditure Accounting Information System at the Bhinneka Patebon Vocational School using the Cash Basis Method, it also has the following benefits: (1) It can be seen what cash income and expenditure transactions are needed quickly and accurately. (2) Produce precise and accurate financial reports. (3) The system is used by the school principal as a means of accountability to the Foundation for later use as a consideration for decision making by the Foundation

Abstract

Every government agency or company must have a different financial plan, currently all government agencies or companies are required to make reports relating to their financial developments. This information is compiled and presented by the village government in the form of balance sheets, journal reports, because financial reports are a form of accountability from the Village Head or the Village Treasurer. one by one. The results of this study are to make it easier for the Kutoharjo Village Office in the process of financial management, assisting in the process of inputting financial data on an accual basis when giving or receiving cash, before a cash transaction occurs which acknowledges the effect of the transaction regardless of when cash is received or paid, data search, and village fund financial reports by optimizing data security.

Abstract

The Dahlia Cepiring Cooperative operates in the savings and loans sector. The admin records each customer's loan in one folder, then the admin inputs the data into Microsoft Excel. The process of granting KSP Dahlia Cepiring loans is fast and easy, submitting collateral and the requirements for KTP, STNK and KK so that the amount of receivables increases greatly, which of course can create a risk of difficulties in managing and reporting receivables. The result of this research is the implementation of a receivables control information system at the Dahlia Cepiring cooperative to manage, control receivables and produce receivables reports using the Average Collection Period method which is able to minimize losses on receivables and speed up the movement of receivables into cash.

Abstract

UPTD Puskesmas Subah adalah salah satu puskesmas yang ada di jajaran Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Batang yang selalu berkembang seiring kondisi dan dinamika masyarakat dengan upaya keras untuk menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, merata dan terjangkau. Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang cepat dan informasi yang dibutuhkan sangat penting, sebab harus dapat diakses dimana saja. Salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas Subah Batang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, salah satu kegiatannya yaitu pendaftaran pasien yang berfungsi sebagai menerima kunjungan pasien untuk berobat rawat jalan. Selama ini Puskesmas Subah melakukan pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dilakukan bersamaan dengan pendaftaran pasien baru langsung ditempat loket, sehingga terkadang para pasien harus sabar menunggu giliran dan antri untuk mendapat pelayanan masing-masing. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode hot-fit. Dengan adanya sistem ini memudahkan pasien dalam proses pendaftaran, memudahkan petugas dalam hal pencatatan dan juga sistem berbasis web memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat tanpa mengenal tempat dan waktu.

Abstract

Driver payroll management is a strategic aspect of financial management accounting because it not only accounts for a significant proportion of labor costs in logistics company operations but also directly relates to the well being of workers, the primary drivers of distribution. This study aims to analyze and design an integrated management accounting system that can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of driver payroll at PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk. Using Research and Development (R&D) methods, the study was conducted in the logistics business unit through observation, interviews, and document review related to the existing payroll system. The results indicate that the integration of a digital based system accelerates the payroll process, increases transparency, and strengthens operational cost control. This system ensures salaries are paid fairly, on time, and according to regulations, while minimizing administrative errors. These findings underscore the importance of digital transformation as a managerial strategy to support operational performance and provide appropriate rewards to drivers, the primary drivers of logistics services.
