Abstract

Homeschooling adalah salah satu model pendidikan yang memperkaya model pendidikan di Indonesia. Ia juga sebagai lembaga pendidikan alternatif yang menunjang tujuan pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia. Dibawah payung hukum yang ada kehadirannya bukanlah sesuatu yang mesti diragukan. Peluang untuk tumbuh kembangnya di era globalisasi demikian membentang. Maka wajar bila keberadaannya mulai dilirik banyak kalangan. Inilah yang menjadi daya tarik untuk mengenalnya lebih dekat.

Abstract

Keberadaan pesantren di Indonesia memiliki berbagai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Bila dianalisa keempat unsur tersebut dengan SWOT, maka didapat nilai (1,25 : 0,90). Ini menunjukkan bahwa pesantren di Indonesia berada pada kuadran pertama yang berarti bahwa pesantren di Indonesia memiliki kondisi yang menguntungkan sehingga mendukung kebijakan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy). Maka ketika ada gagasan menjadikan pesantren sebagai pusat peradaban di Indonesia adalah suatu keniscayaan. Dan untuk mewujudkannya tentu dibutuhkan strategi umum (Grand Strategy) yang meliputi: (1) Memahami landasan dan konsep kebangkitan; (2) Merumuskan kembali tujuan pesantrren; (3) Membenahi sistem pendidikan pesantren; (4) Meningkatkan manajemen pesantren; (5) Meningkatkan kompetensi output pesantren; (6) Refungsionalisasi pesantren; (7) Membangun mitra kerjasama ke luar; (8) Meningkatkan peran pesantren; (9) Modernisasi dalam teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi; dan (10) Program unggulan di era globalisasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance through a bibliometric analysis. The aim is to understand how transformational leadership can address challenges faced by educational institutions, enhance innovation, and align practices with global trends while respecting the cultural values of Islamic education. Using VOSviewer software and data from Scopus and Google Scholar, this research systematically evaluates 77 articles published from 2014 to 2024. The findings highlight a significant increase in the literature on transformational leadership, with a focus on key leadership behaviours such as vision articulation, inspirational communication, and intellectual stimulation. These behaviours are strongly linked to improved organizational outcomes, including higher student enrolment in universities and greater institutional commitment. The study underscores the role of transformational leadership in fostering a positive, collaborative culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. The implications for educational leaders include the adoption of transformational leadership to improve organizational performance in response to evolving educational demands. Further research is recommended to explore the applicability of these findings in different educational contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the movement teacher program and to assess the program in terms of context, input, process, and product in Cikarang Pusat District, Bekasi Regency, which has been implemented. This research uses an evaluative approach with a descriptive method, and data collection is conducted qualitatively. Qualitative research is aimed at understanding the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subjects. The results of this research indicate that the Context Evaluation has mostly met the criteria required for implementing the program. Meanwhile, the Input Evaluation shows that most of the criteria have been met in the implementation of the Movement Teacher Program. Based on the data previously presented regarding the implementation of the program process evaluation, the Movement Teacher Program has fulfilled the requirements. The Product Evaluation concludes that this program has had a significant positive impact on education in the region. There has been an improvement in student achievement and the development of teacher skills.
