Abstract

The exchange of information and culture through student exchange programs is becoming increasingly important in this era of globalization. One of them is the Asian Students Exchange Program (ASEP), which aims to evaluate the Asian Student Exchange Program at Al Azhar Islamic Middle School 9 Kemang Pratama Bekasi. Research methodology using the CIPP. Methodology is carried out to analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of the program. Through the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) approach, the evaluation provides a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of the program, from the initial context to its long-term impact. 2) The Input Aspect indicates that the implementation guidance, program management, and participant preparation have been done well. The guidelines are available complete and understandable, the management of the program is organized effectively with clear task division, and the participant is prepared with the required qualifications. 3) The Process Aspect, in which the ASEP (Asian Students Exchange Program) program implementation is generally good enough but still needs improvement in some aspects to provide optimal benefits. 4) The Product Aspects, ASEP Program found that the participants showed a good level of independence during their homestay in Taiwan and confidence in their English presentation. As for the conclusion of the research results based on analysis and interpretation that the implementation of the ASEP (Asian Students Exchange Program) program is generally good enough but still needs improvement in some aspects in order to provide optimal benefits for schools that have this excellent program.

Abstract

Islamic Parenting di TK Al Haud Setu, Bekasi, merupakan program yang bertujuan menumbuhkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa usia dini melalui peningkatan peran serta orang tua dalam pengasuhan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Islamic Parenting Class di TK Al Haud Setu, Bekasi, dalam upaya menumbuhkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa usia dini. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai relevansi program, sumber daya yang digunakan, pelaksanaan program, serta hasil yang dicapai. Metode penelitian melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua sebagai responden, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa secara konteks, program ini relevan dengan visi sekolah dan kebutuhan pengasuhan spiritual anak. Pada input, kualitas materi dan fasilitator memadai, namun keterlibatan orang tua masih rendah. Dari aspek proses, pelaksanaan program sesuai rencana, tetapi tantangan partisipasi orang tua tetap menjadi kendala. Dalam produk, dampak positif terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa belum maksimal karena minimnya penerapan materi di rumah. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar program Islamic Parenting dilanjutkan dengan peningkatan partisipasi orang tua melalui sosialisasi yang lebih intensif dan penyesuaian metode pengajaran.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of industrial work practice (prakerin) programs. This study employs a descriptive qualitative technique. The evaluation model employed is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Data was gathered through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the data reduction technique developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that: (1) The context for implementing internships at Tridaya Bekasi Vocational School is appropriate, in planning, compiling and synchronizing competencies it is necessary to involve DU/DI elements, and the development of internship collaboration through an MoU has not been well realized; (2) the input for implementing internships is appropriate, but participants still need to be prepared in terms of competency, where the obstacles faced by students are more about competency mastery and lack of work readiness, therefore maximizing the time and training materials is very necessary; (3) the process of implementing internships is appropriate, but the supervisor's role and responsibilities are less than optimal, causing communication about student competency development to be poorly monitored; (4) the product for implementing the internship is appropriate, this is shown by the changes that occur in students in terms of attitudes, responsibilities and increased competence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the movement teacher program and to assess the program in terms of context, input, process, and product in Cikarang Pusat District, Bekasi Regency, which has been implemented. This research uses an evaluative approach with a descriptive method, and data collection is conducted qualitatively. Qualitative research is aimed at understanding the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subjects. The results of this research indicate that the Context Evaluation has mostly met the criteria required for implementing the program. Meanwhile, the Input Evaluation shows that most of the criteria have been met in the implementation of the Movement Teacher Program. Based on the data previously presented regarding the implementation of the program process evaluation, the Movement Teacher Program has fulfilled the requirements. The Product Evaluation concludes that this program has had a significant positive impact on education in the region. There has been an improvement in student achievement and the development of teacher skills.

Abstract

The disruption of Industry 4.0 compels the education sector to adapt to digital technology, demanding digital leadership from school principals as drivers of transformation. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and lack of motivation remain. This community service aims to equip students, teachers, and education staff with digital competencies to become agents of change in facing Society 5.0. The program was conducted through training/workshops led by expert speakers covering digital literacy and student innovation in the digital era. Participants engaged actively in discussions, Q&A sessions, and strategic planning exercises. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation and pre- and post-training questionnaires. Results showed that 85% of participants experienced significant improvement in knowledge and skills related to Islamic education planning. The training proved effective and strategic in preparing student leaders for the digital era with technology-based leadership competencies.

Abstract

Belum optimalnya peran perempuan, khususnya ibu rumah tangga, dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui kreativitas dan pemasaran produk keterampilan dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi. Hal ini diperparah dengan beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan kapasitas SDM dalam pengelolaan usaha, kurangnya pemahaman bisnis dan strategi pemasaran, minimnya kesadaran akan risiko kegagalan, serta belum adanya sistem pelaporan keuangan yang terstruktur. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu peserta memahami dan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan, serta menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi untuk menjadi wirausaha, termasuk pemahaman tentang biaya dan fasilitas yang diperlukan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif yang terstruktur, dimulai dari tahap persiapan (survei, FGD, analisis SWOT), pelaksanaan (pembelajaran interaktif, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, praktik), hingga penutupan (apresiasi, evaluasi internal dan eksternal). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden, sebanyak 86%, mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang signifikan dalam landasan berwirausaha hingga manajemen keuangan, sementara 14% menyatakan cukup meningkat. Kegiatan ini berhasil membangun sinergi kelompok, melakukan transfer pengetahuan secara efektif, dan memberikan pendampingan intensif untuk implementasi materi serta perluasan jejaring. Realisasi kegiatan meliputi pelatihan manajemen organisasi sederhana, implementasi strategi penguatan usaha mandiri dan pemasaran, identifikasi risiko kegagalan usaha, penguatan kompetensi kewirausahaan di berbagai sektor (kuliner, fashion, kecantikan), dan penyusunan sistem pelaporan keuangan. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini adalah secara nyata meningkatkan kompetensi berwirausaha para peserta dan mendukung upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya perempuan, untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga.

Abstract

The low competence of teachers in carrying out systematic and accountable evaluation of learning, which has an impact on the quality of assessment of student learning outcomes is a crucial problem in the world of Education. The purpose of this service is to increase the capacity of teachers through training on the preparation of evaluation instruments based on a systematic approach, focusing on validity, reliability, and accountability principles. The implementation method uses a combination of Forum Group Discussion (FGD), intensive assistance (offline and online), and the practice of preparing evaluation instruments. The results of the service showed that 76.2% of participants experienced a significant increase in evaluation competence, the formation of Teacher Learning Communities, and standardization of assessment systems in madrasahs. Implications of the program include strengthening the culture of data-based evaluation, increased accountability of learning, as well as replication model for madrasah. These findings confirm the importance of continuous mentoring and technology integration in the development of educational evaluation systems.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology presents both challenges and opportunities for Islamic education, such as the separation of religious and general knowledge, weak research culture, unstable curriculum, limited human resources, and suboptimal management. This community service aimed to enhance understanding of the importance of strategic planning in improving educational quality at SMP Terpadu Jamanis Parigi, Pangandaran. The implementation method combined observation, descriptive approach, FGD, and active participation using a persuasive-educative approach. Observation was used to map the actual management conditions, while active participation involved all school stakeholders. Results showed 80% of participants experienced significant improvement in understanding and skills, and the remaining 20% showed moderate improvement, demonstrating the effectiveness of the solutions provided. The impact includes the development of an actionable plan to improve education quality, potential for further training in financial management and adaptive curriculum development, as well as independent learning modules, group-based learning, and online discussion forums. The program highlights strategic planning as a crucial guide for educational institutions in achieving their vision and mission.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers at the As-Syifa Al-Khaeriyah Subang Foundation to write quality scientific papers that are worthy of publication. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Unisma Bekasi Graduate School as a form of academic contribution in supporting teacher professionalism through strengthening academic literacy. The method of implementing the activity consisted of a pre-test to measure initial understanding, interactive training that included material on the nature of scientific papers, writing structures, article preparation techniques, and the selection of appropriate journals, and ended with writing practice and a clinic for the revision of participants' works. This activity was held for a full day on April 13, 2025, with a total of 50 teachers participating. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the aspects of knowledge, technical skills, and positive attitude of teachers towards scientific paper writing activities. Post-test evaluation showed an increase in the average comprehension score of participants compared to pre-test. In addition, participants also showed enthusiasm and commitment to developing a writing culture in their respective school environments.

Abstract

The condition of adequate facilities and infrastructure in elementary schools is essential to support an effective learning process. This research aims to identify the condition of facilities and infrastructure at SDN Sukajadi 04, Bekasi Regency, and offer appropriate improvement solutions. This research is based on the importance of a conducive learning environment to support students' academic achievement and teacher productivity. The methodology used in this study includes direct observation of the physical condition of school facilities, interviews with teachers and school staff, and documentation of current conditions through photographs and field notes. Observations were carried out to directly assess the condition of facilities and infrastructure, interviews to gain perspectives from facility users, and documentation to record visual evidence and written records regarding the condition of facilities. The results of the study showed that the classrooms at SDN Sukajadi 04 had dirty walls, desks, and chairs that were not suitable for use, and low-quality equipment. The Principal, Teacher, and Administration rooms are combined into one room with poor conditions, reducing comfort and productivity. Improper toilets and muddy fields when it rains are also major problems. This study concludes that the condition of inadequate facilities and infrastructure hinders the learning process and the performance of school staff. The implication of these findings is the need for improvements and upgrades to facilities through fundraising strategies, renovation planning, and ongoing maintenance to create a better and more comfortable learning environment. The implementation of this improvement is expected to improve the quality of education and welfare of the entire school community at SDN Sukajadi 04, Bekasi Regency.
