Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had quite a broad impact on the community's economic sector. This condition is also felt by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), including business actors in the fisheries and marine sectors. The study activities were carried out for 3 months from July to September 2021. This research used survey methods and interviews with business actors. The data collected is in the form of primary and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. From the results of the study it can be seen that processing business actors are quite feeling the impact of this covid-19. The results of the study in terms of sales turnover experienced a significant decline (between 40 – 60%). The sluggish consumer demand for amplang products is due to various reasons such as restrictions on people's mobility (PPKM) and declining people's purchasing power.

Abstract

Desa Saliki merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Muara Badak yang cukup terkenal dengan olahan amplang. Namun di tengah pandemi Covid-19 seperti saat ini, usaha para ibu UMKM ini pun terkena dampaknya yaitu terjadi penurunan daya beli masyarakat. Padahal produk amplang yang dihasilkan cukup berkualitas dan memiliki rasa yang nikmat. Meskipun berkualitas baik, para ibu produsen amplang masih belum terlalu memahami bagaimana cara pemasaran secara e-commerce yang memungkinkan informasi penjualan terpublikasi secara luas. Padahal usaha amplang ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Saliki yang memang memiliki potensi dibidang perikanan sehingga menguntungkan dalam hal bahan baku yang mudah diperoleh. Selain itu, di Desa Saliki juga terdapat Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) yang merupakan usaha dari Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dan menjadi sumber air bersih di beberapa RT di Desa Saliki. Pengadaan PAMSIMAS ini dikarenakan Desa Saliki yang letaknya cukup jauh dari PDAM sehingga diperlukan pengadaan sarana air bersih mandiri. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Mulawarman Angkatan 47 tahun 2021 di Desa Saliki telah menargetkan beberapa kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk peningkatan promosi UMKM dan BUMDES Desa Saliki. Luaran dari Program KKN di Desa Saliki antara lain desain packaging produk, pembangunan media promosi digital melalui Instagram, dan pembuatan video PAMSIMAS untuk memberikan informasi sejarah PAMSIMAS dan langkah-langkah pengelolaan air kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui tingkat dinamika kelompok pengolah hasil perikanan KAMILAH Di Kelurahan Pejala Kecamatan Penajam Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara; 2) Mengetahui profil kelompok poklahsar kamilah. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dengan jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 10 oramg anggota kelompok poklahsar KAMILAH. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah skala Likert untuk menganalisis tingkat dinamika kelompok . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat dinamika kelompok poklahsar KAMILAH pada setiap indikator tujuan kelompok, struktur kelompok, pembinaan dan pengembangan kelompok, kekompakan kelompok, suasana kelompok, tekanan kelompok, keefektifan kelompok, maksud terselubung berada pada kategori dinamis sedangkan indikator fungsi dan tugas pada kategori sedang. Secara akumulasi keseluruhan tingkat dinamika kelompok poklahsar KAMILAH pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai skor 74,4 . Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok poklahsar KAMILAH tidak slalu dalam kondisi statis, tetapi berada pada kondisi dinamis yang berubah dalam kehidupan kelompok.

Abstract

Persepsi merupakan proses seseorang memahami dan mengetahui beberapa hal melalui panca indranya. Latar belakang kehidupan seseorang dapat mempengaruhi timbulnya persepsi pada seseorang. Persepsi yang timbul dari anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan menjadikan adanya proses pemahaman terhadap penyuluhan yang diberikan baik berupa informasi atau teknologi. Persepsi yang terbentuk dari anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat atau pendorong dalam pengembangan usaha budidaya sehingga perlu dilakukannya penelitian mengenai persepsi kelompok pembudidaya ikan (POKDAKAN) Karya Joyo Makmur terhadap kinerja penyuluh perikanan dilakukan dari bulan September 2022 hingga Juli 2023. Lokasi penelitian di Kelurahan Lempake, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara, Kota Samarinda. Reesponden berjumlah 10 orang yang terdiri dari seluruh anggota POKDAKAN Karya Joyo Makmur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi POKDAKAN Karya Joyo Makmur terhadap kinerja penyuluh perikanan di Dinas Perikanan Kota Samarinda. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang digunakan dalam wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 6 indikator persepsi kinerja berada pada tingkat tinggi atau sangat baik, sedangkan 1 indikator yang berada pada tingkat sedang atau cukup baik. Skor kumulatif dari indikator tersebut adalah 56,01 yang berarti sangat memuaskan.

Abstract

Fishery product processing business was an effort to increase and add value to fishery products. Activities that involve the community, especially womens who have the potential to be empowered. Fishery product processing activities, especially amplang processing in Sari Jaya Village, Sanga Sanga District, has been developing for a long time. Research aimed was to determine the business profile and business performance financially and to determine the breakeven point of production. The research was conducted using survey methods and interviews with business actors. The sample was taken by using the census method and the data were analyzed descriptively and financially. The research results showed that the business profile was household scale, simple technology, family labour and it has a business license (P-IRT). Financial analysis results showed that the balance value of revenue and costs was 2.19, it means by financially this business is profitable and prospects to be developed. Analysis results of break-even point production were 118 kg per month, while an average production actual is 258 kg per month. While the actual average production was 258 kg per month. The break-even point price is at level of Rp. 45,697 per kg. As for advice, intensive assistance required by technical agencies, especially field extension workers so that they can improve the quality of production and partnership programs to expand market segmentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of the performance of fishery instructors in Kutai Kartanegara Regency based on 14 extension indicators in carrying out the duties and functions of fishery instructors (Decree Number: 192/KEP-BRSDM/2020). This type of research is a type of descriptive statistical research. The research method used is the census method. The population in this study were 4 Civil Servant Fisheries Extension Workers in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The selection of the sample was by census, meaning that the four fisheries extension officers were sampled. The results of the evaluation of the performance of civil servant fisheries extension officers in Kutai Kartanegara Regency based on Decree Number: 192/KEP-BRSDM/2020 cumulatively are in the high category with a score of 80.5 which is between 70.02-90.00. This value can be interpreted that the performance of civil servant extension officers in Kutai Kartanegara Regency has been carried out well, although not optimal.

Abstract

Abstract Character education is a learning process aimed at shaping and transforming students’ personalities to reflect the character of Christ based on the Word of God. The primary foundation of this study refers to Galatians 5:22–23 concerning the fruit of the Spirit, which encompasses three dimensions of character: relationship with God (love, joy, peace), relationship with others (patience, kindness, goodness), and relationship with oneself (faithfulness, gentleness, self-control). These three dimensions serve as a theological framework for developing a holistic and integrative character education.Character transformation is understood as a positive and effective process, meaning a change that aligns with educational goals and can be sustained and applied in daily life. Although character transformation is not easy—especially for individuals with certain tendencies such as being introverted or passive—it remains possible through changes in behavior patterns, habits, and self-beliefs. These behaviors include both reflective and non-reflective aspects and involve cognitive, affective, and motor dimensions within the individual.The findings of this study indicate that character education based on the fruit of the Spirit can be concretely operationalized in the learning process. Its implementation is carried out through Project-Based Learning (PBL), Classroom Action Research (CAR), and integrated counseling services. Through these strategies, character values are not only taught conceptually but also practiced in students’ real-life contexts.The study reveals a significant improvement in students’ positive behaviors, such as responsibility, discipline, and empathy. Therefore, this research contributes meaningfully to the development of a theologically grounded character education model that is not only conceptual but also practical and contextual in the educational setting. This model is expected to serve as a reference for forming a generation with a holistic Christian character. Keywords: Education, Character, Fruit of the Spirit
